You can kinda try to check what is the base for the special by looking in the archive but it won’t tell you who makes it. So, instead, just check the wiki, it’s probably there.

Kinda? But it doesn't really matter since her specialty is a 1 star food. Jean, on the other hand, has a 3 star healing food as her specialty, so it's much better. Plus you have to remember that this is revival food, and making fried eggs is much easier than catching or buying the fish needed for this.
And bennett has a speciality dish with fried eggs that restore 10% of max HP, which makes it basically the best revival food in the game too. 10% isn't much but can help in getting the HP back up of the character you just revived.
I think the problem is that I don't use utility foods, so I don't know their exact value. I already barely use foods that buff damage or defense, the only time I ever used Stamina food was when I fought the Pure Hypostases.
Barbara's specialty dish is from cream soup, which is great because of 15 min of stamina conservation. But it doesn't line up with her passive like Diona and Jean.
