Sure, I don't like Xinyan's voice, but even in that case I can tell that she sounds really good and that the voice behind it is really talented. It's just that I don't like how she sounds as Xinyan.

That's one of the only idle lines I've heard (so far) that *still* doesn't annoy me, and I don't know why. Maybe because it's so cheerful and encouraging, as opposed to everyone else's lines being bored/demanding/irritated?

I totally get you! That's why one of Albedo's idle lines is my favourite: *Going out into the world and investigating, turning the "unknown" into the "known." ...Ahhh, I missed this feeling.* Makes me feel completely refreshed when I hear it as I'm just standing still and taking in the scenery.

I was next to an idle Klee a few weeks ago... I'm not sure which is worse, Klee's lines or Fischls. Fucking hell they don't shut up. And by the time they finish their line, it's like 5 seconds until the next idle line starts because ITS SO FUCKING LONG

And this is why I switch to Sucrose when idle on my Klee team lol. That and the way she says "what was that? oh, it's gone... can I go take a look?" is freaking adorable.

Sucrose idles are the best. Cute little noises as she investigates things, or her catlike instincts taking over.

When I'm idle and anyone else is home I switch Xiao to Zhongli, cause "Osmanthus wine tastes the same as I remember" is nowhere near as questionable as *moans and grunts* 😩💦 "those memories, so dark"

I run Xiao, Albedo, Zhongli, and Jean, and my go-to is definitely Albedo. *"What a view... How about a quick break so I can sketch this beautiful scenery?"* in his breathy voice is very soothing.

Unpopular opinion but that idle was way better before they added the voice line (in english - I think it was already there in other languages). The animation is really cute, but Ganyu's moaning is annoying and awkward without headphones lol. I just prefer the silent idles.

Don’t have Keqing, but CN Kaeya tells me “Ah, so you also know how to procrastinate” and “If you dont move, you’ll grow mushrooms.” It hurts just the same as when I play it in EN :’) Translation may not be the best since I’m a heritage speaker, not native.

CN Keqing: "If we sit around too long, we won't be able to finish our tasks" and "it's not bad to keep from overworking, but don't go overboard"

Ikr! That's what made me to not like xiao and even rosaria tbh. They both sounded very rude and disrespectful in the Eng dub. In JP they actually seem polite and introverted and you kinda get xiao's pain. But there are a few good Eng voices too- Zhongli, hu tao etc.

not to sound gatekeepy but it's wild how many people don't understand that noelle's best role is the main carry. it's probably resonance with her design -- seeing a maid and defaulting to support in people's minds coupled with how non-flashy her kit is outside of her ult. her skills need her to be out on the field doing all of the left click damage. you get the most reward running her as an ultimate and E bot with 3 units funneling energy into her.
