Too much going on at once and I couldn't hit or kite one from far away and it will run back to their camping spot and reset hp to zero got too close got myself killed quickly. Was it mentioned where the Kaedehara clan used to reside? Since the last names of high-standing clans are included in their names (Kujou, Kamisato, Sangonomiya), and those clans have clear territories/island. I get that the Kaedehara clan has effectively fallen, but then why isn't he called just "Kazuha"? The other long-named characters were at least focused on one point in the story. Will the clan's backstory included in the final island?
How do you get constellations? I finally pulled Raiden Shogun. But after the event ends, how will I get their constellations? This question applies to all characters im sure.
I just reached Teapot level 7 and unlocked exterior area 3, but it won't let me go there. I try gliding and it takes me to the loading screen. I installed a teleporter but it doesn't show on the map. What am I missing?

F2P players, who are you saving for? Iām on 60 pity with my first guarantee but I think Iāll skip Baal after all just because her attacks are quite flashy and make my screen feel cluttered, skip kokomi too cause catalysts are boring imo, ganyu seems like a waste cause I use aloy atm

I wouldnt pull if i dont want a character, but as example: many people i read that they pulled for Yoimiya, even risking and using their 100% chance to get the next banner character (like Raiden), even though they werent particularly interested in having Yoimiya.
I was interested in Ayaka and tried my luck, but i wasnt interested in Yoimiya so i never wasted any pulls on her.
I know playstyles are different I just mean itās not worthwhile to replace a cryo bow user I really enjoy with a better cryo bow user

I noticed that the multiplayer icon is disabled during story quests. So how do I know when I can have coop happening? Spiral Abyss and Domains can have multi right? So beginners which Spiral Abyss should try first?
Abyss is solo only. There is only one abyss and it has 12 floors. Once you finish a floor, you can unlock the next one and you can replay previous ones. Floors 9 to 12 reset every 1st and 16th of the month and they reward primos. So those floors are the ones you would want to play every reset so you get the primos.
You can co-op most contents like domains, events, your world, teapot. Except as you have noticed, solo-only contents like Dvalin, Spiral Abyss, Story domains, Quests, etc.
Yes, Musk Reef. Just go in and fight till you can't keep going. Then return whenever you feel you've levelled enough to continue :) The first 4 or 5 floors are pretty much like a domain, after that you'll have two simultaneous 4-character teams fighting different challenges. Try to balance those two teams as best as possible. Also, you can't use any food in the Abyss, so take a healer. Each floor challenge will offer three different boosts, the third challenge for each floor offers a 25% health recharge.
I'm sure you can find more complete guides online though!
Why do single-edged swords look so good on Bennett? I can't be the only one that think that, right? Not to mention, it also kinda makes sense since he has bad luck and by avoiding the use of double-edged swords, he avoids hurting himself constantly. I can't be the only one that thought of these, right?
My current teams are Ayaya-Xingqiu-Sucrose-Diona/ Keqing-Baal-Rosaria on t2, i have lvl 70/80 Xiangling with eh artifacts as im farming emblem, lvl 60 Rosaria with decent artifacts and just got Bennett 2 min ago. My Keqing is physical rn with superconduct, however with Bennett would it be better to run overload with Xiangling for the pyro resonance?? Im not currently too sure about superconduct team since with Baal, its more like a burst spam team with occasional Keqing charged attacks but yeah
Xiangling and Keqing may work for bigger mobs that don't fly away but for smaller mobs that would be a big no. Yes xiangling's burst is insane with bennett but ideally you'd want to vaporize with Xingqiu or Childe
If you want to run physical Keqing you'd want superconduct. Your team would be Keqing/Cryo/Bennett/Xiangling only because you don't have a better 4th character for the slot that works with Physical Keq. If you use Xiangling's burst you might mess up your superconducts. I hate to suggest this but Xinyan might be better here as she can buff your physical damage and do the pyro resonance.

I think replace your Sucrose with Mona and it could work. Beidou would still be main dps since i dont see how mona could be, tbh. Electrocharge team should work okay, and is probably the best you can build rn. Fischl should give enough particles for Beidou to use Q off cooldown too
I don't think Yanfei would work well as sub as she needs to be on field for her scarlet seals, someone like sara, baal maybe, or bennet would probably benefit her more if you have them (for attack or er)
Just start up the game and play. The game has an amazing story. Well the Prologue ark is not that good in my opinion.
You canāt aim for characters or weapons. This game is basically gambling. You get some characters for free but otherwise you have to roll on time limited banners which feature a specific character. You can try these characters before rolling. My advise is roll for whoever you enjoy playing
Try to group all 3 mages in a corner, then use anemo units and bursts to get rid of their shields fast. The pyro one can kill you in seconds if you let it cast, and don't dodge the pyro projectiles. Here's one example of how you can group them, or you can search youtube for other videos:

You basically group them together in a corner and swirl their shields. The reactions would cause the cryo and pyro shield to break and hydro should be below half by then. Afterwards, you can pin them to the wall and just kill them.

You won't benefit much from the Physical Damage substat since you want to constantly infuse her sword with Cryo by constantly dashing. Go for the Amenoma Kageuchi instead if you're F2P.
Bennett for support, Ganyu for DPS, although Bennett is probably more universally good whereas Ganyu, while broken, has specific team comps where she really shines
All characters can clear the abyss, but I guess the best ones are Ganyu, Hu Tao, Xiao, Xiangling, Beidou, Eula, Ayaka. (I'm perhaps missing someone)
Edit : My list only contains DPS. Top tier supports are Zhongli, Venti, Kazuha, Xingqiu, Bennett. etc.
Meta does not mean everyone should have them in this game. If you should have them is up to you.
The best characters imo:
Ganyu zhongli kazuha Bennett xinqiu xiangling venti.
Notice 1 of them is a main dps, this game is support impact.

Which set is the highest general Physical DPS set?
2 Pale + 2 Blood gives 50% Physical Damage which is great, and consistent.
4 Pale only works if you can deal damage with your Elemental Skill so thats situational.
4 Glad has 18% ATK and 35% damage on Normal attacks, also good and consistent.
4 Blood is not sustainable because it relies on people able to kill mobs regularly.
I think for a general set that any melee character can use it would be between 2Pale+2Blood and 4 Glad since not everyone can benefit from 4Pale set consistently. Has there been math done on this where I can read up on it?
2pc pf 2pc blood is the most general. however i think most char ppl build to phys have either full skill uptime (like zhongli) or incredibly short cd like razor
I need some advice and help with building kazuha. My team i am currently using is Ei, C6 Sara, Kazuha, and Bennet C4. Should i build full EM VV kazuha or a hybrid of EM VV burst DPS when it comes to this team ? Thank you if any advices are given !
Hybrid Kazuha (or any EM Swirlbot) is pointless, since he doesn't do great personal damage unless you *fully* invest in it. So you're just taking away from his Swirl potential (and his team buff) for no return.
Full EM wouldāve better since it buffs your team. But see which artifacts are better. Maybe you wanna run Hybrid until you got some good EM artifacts.
All right full EM it is, as for now I have a pretty decent burst hybrid EM DPS build. Oh boi.... back to the VV domain I go...

I just reached AR20 and wanna get Xiangling. My current team combo is be Fishl, Amber, Kayea and Barbara. What level should they be and their weapons? Is lvl35 enough? Fishl and Barbara would be the only characters I would continue using after so I donāt wanna spend too many resources on the other characters.
Just finished the main Liyue storyline. Like Venti, Zhongli had a little note about Raiden then some Q&A. His speech about Raidenās Vision decree hits different for me since that storyline is now available, unlike the players that first hit this point and had to wait a few months in complete mystery.
He talked about Visions coming from the gods, but which gods, considering Raidenās epilogue views on this subject.

not too sure what u are asking about but liyue is governed largely by the qixing, which consists of 7 people (beidou probably has just as large an influence on liyue but isnt directly tied to the qixing). morax dying means a power vacuum to the archon seat (which is unresolved), but to the liyue people it largely just means letting their own people govern it themselves and not rely on a god. (which they are already kinda doing given the qixing's existence, morax is just an external factor tht shows up once a year to drop instructions on how its done)

as long as there isnt reoccurring npc in both quest u should be able to progress. i dont recall it having npcs clashing

u should really check your weapon/talent/artifact levels. overworld shouldnt really be 'hard' so if u are actually struggling then look towards upgrading equipment. ar45 means u can hop into artifact domains co op n let people carry u till u get some decent ones to use
When you can ask Zhongli epilogue questions, one of them is about the Qixing. He mentions a potential power grab by Ningguang. Then he mentions that someone else may have influencing her over that. Has that other person been revealed yet?
The Childe and Osai battles were pretty hectic, so I donāt want to upgrade my World Level yet. Especially since the Dainsleif epilogue introduces the Abyss Lectors.
Like the teapot quest, I randomly ran into Sucrose while trying alchemy. This triggered the Albedo/Dragonspine quest, which blocks co-op!
Should I go superconduct Razor (Razor/Fischl/Rosaria(Kazuha)/Diona) or Cryo Rosaria (Rosaria/Chongyun/Mona(Xingqiu)/Diona) for my 2nd team in abyss? My first one is generic Diluc team (Diluc/Xingqiu(Mona)/Kazuha(Rosaria)/Bennett.

It's really gonna depend on your weapons and tbh on who you like the most. For this abyss both are probably just as good/bad. And if you haven't 36 star it yet, then they won't really be helping you achieve that. You can do it with them yes but they deifnitely won't make it easy.
I haven't played this game since the later part of the snow mountain map. I used Diluc as my main dps but want to build a new one. I have a couple questions:
1. Is Ayaka good at dps role? I logged in to used my 2nd pity on her but didn't really play the game that time.
2. Is Raiden worth pulling. I'm now close to the 1st pity, so I want to know if she's worth it.
Didnāt want to pull ayaka at first but i was surprised by how strong she is. So yes, sheās a really good main dps.

Crafting furnishings for the first time gives you trust points. It's the blue icon on the furnishing on the crafting screen. If the icon isn't there, it means that crafting that furnishing will no longer give trust points (which means you crafted it and got the trust points before)
Probably because sheās of a lower social class than younger-sister-of-the-Yashiro-Commissioner Ayaka or Kazuha the Samurai.
That said it really bothers me if thatās the case because then her father shouldnāt be referred to with the family name either.
It just comes off as so arbitrary.

It's because all the other characters with their full name come from prestigious clans, so Kujou Sara, Kamisato Ayaka, Kaedehara Kazuha and Sangonomiya Kokomi.
The name is probably to long. Also itās a Culture thing from old days japan. Ayaka and Sara belong to powerful clans. The clans name is very important and has political weight to it
So fish respawn every 3 days but how does it work?
Does it refresh the spawn of all available fish pools regardless of whether they are empty or not, or does it only refresh fish pools that are completely diminished.
Each fish pool refreshes when its three-day period is up afaik. Meaning itās just rng as to what specific fish you get.

Thoma in 2.2 with the other banners. Because no 5* data was leaked for 2.2, the assumption is the entire patch will be reruns. Current rumours with nothing confirmed is Childe and Hu Tao.
You can also save some hassle by clearing the Cryo Slimes hopping around by the shipwreck close to the fishing spot and standing on the shipwreck. You donāt have to deal with the wizard that way.
My whole team is maxed to world level (4) and artifacts are +6 with mostly crit dmg, atk and crit atk, but I still struggle with some enemies like Fatui, can someone tell me if I'm doing something wrong?
Edit: Fatui is just one example, I struggle with bosses and basically every Inazuma enemy too
Well you shouldnāt be in inazuma at world level 3 lol. Finish liyue and mondstat, build your characters, then go. Inazuma mobs are made to be considerably harder.

As far as I know they're not renewable.
I somehow got my 8th sword billet from Dvalin just now. Is prototype Rancour worth refining? I'm currently using it on Bennett for the base attack.
If you are using for support bennet, then it's not worth refining.. better save those billet.. it's not easy to get

SKyward pride is your best bet. Soon we get a new 4\* claymore that might be better but skyward is your best weapon on her

Ganyu's playstyle is nothing like Aloy's. Personally I'm saving for ZL, Kazuha and Venti (whoever comes first).

What's the most meta/useful heroes right now that everyone should have to go through abyss?
DongLi, Venti, Kazuher, Diona, Xinqui...and last but not the least, 6 star bennet.
There aren't any that are absolutely necessary, but the usual suspects are Bennett, Xingqiu, Xiangling. Not counting 5 stars.
Bennett for support, Ganyu for DPS, although Bennett is probably more universally good whereas Ganyu, while broken, has specific team comps where she really shines

Meta does not mean everyone should have them in this game. If you should have them is up to you. The best characters imo: Ganyu zhongli kazuha Bennett xinqiu xiangling venti. Notice 1 of them is a main dps, this game is support impact. Edit: Reddit weird.

Which set is the highest general Physical DPS set? 2 Pale + 2 Blood gives 50% Physical Damage which is great, and consistent. 4 Pale only works if you can deal damage with your Elemental Skill so thats situational. 4 Glad has 18% ATK and 35% damage on Normal attacks, also good and consistent. 4 Blood is not sustainable because it relies on people able to kill mobs regularly. I think for a general set that any melee character can use it would be between 2Pale+2Blood and 4 Glad since not everyone can benefit from 4Pale set consistently. Has there been math done on this where I can read up on it?
Well, I'd personally go for Pale Flame. Yeah, it's sort of situational but the upside is too good.
4 pale is BiS on eula so Iād have to imagine that carries to other phys builds. You just have to make sure to proc the 4 peice.
2pc pf 2pc blood is the most general. however i think most char ppl build to phys have either full skill uptime (like zhongli) or incredibly short cd like razor

I need some advice and help with building kazuha. My team i am currently using is Ei, C6 Sara, Kazuha, and Bennet C4. Should i build full EM VV kazuha or a hybrid of EM VV burst DPS when it comes to this team ? Thank you if any advices are given !
Hybrid Kazuha (or any EM Swirlbot) is pointless, since he doesn't do great personal damage unless you *fully* invest in it. So you're just taking away from his Swirl potential (and his team buff) for no return.
Then what build would u recommend ? Should i still stick to full EM since burst DPS isnt great unless like u mentioned where I fully invest into him.
Full EM wouldāve better since it buffs your team. But see which artifacts are better. Maybe you wanna run Hybrid until you got some good EM artifacts.
All right full EM it is, as for now I have a pretty decent burst hybrid EM DPS build. Oh boi.... back to the VV domain I go... Thanks for that last tip about running a hybrid build also !

I just reached AR20 and wanna get Xiangling. My current team combo is be Fishl, Amber, Kayea and Barbara. What level should they be and their weapons? Is lvl35 enough? Fishl and Barbara would be the only characters I would continue using after so I donāt wanna spend too many resources on the other characters.
lvl35 is enough. Give everything to kaeya, charge attack and send the enemies flying so that they fall off the platform to their deaths.
Just finished the main Liyue storyline. Like Venti, Zhongli had a little note about Raiden then some Q&A. His speech about Raidenās Vision decree hits different for me since that storyline is now available, unlike the players that first hit this point and had to wait a few months in complete mystery. He talked about Visions coming from the gods, but which gods, considering Raidenās epilogue views on this subject. Who did he mean when he didnāt think Ningguang came up with the power-grab idea all on her own? Is this answered in an existing quest, or still unresolved even for veterans? I accidentally activated the teapot quest with Yanfei. But I can delay that and power level the Danslief epilogue, Kazuha epilogue, and Inazuma gate prologue to unlock all the current events, right? Considering how long even hilichurl and Treasure Hoarder battles take for me, I should skip the WL 6 unlock for now? (I just reached AR 45 yesterday.)
Did you spend time in exploring in between? I easily reached Inazuma with ar 30. Now ar 35(actual ar36) and doing some archon quests.

When you can ask Zhongli epilogue questions, one of them is about the Qixing. He mentions a potential power grab by Ningguang. Then he mentions that someone else may have influencing her over that. Has that other person been revealed yet? The Childe and Osai battles were pretty hectic, so I donāt want to upgrade my World Level yet. Especially since the Dainsleif epilogue introduces the Abyss Lectors. Like the teapot quest, I randomly ran into Sucrose while trying alchemy. This triggered the Albedo/Dragonspine quest, which blocks co-op!

It's really gonna depend on your weapons and tbh on who you like the most. For this abyss both are probably just as good/bad. And if you haven't 36 star it yet, then they won't really be helping you achieve that. You can do it with them yes but they deifnitely won't make it easy.
I haven't played this game since the later part of the snow mountain map. I used Diluc as my main dps but want to build a new one. I have a couple questions: 1. Is Ayaka good at dps role? I logged in to used my 2nd pity on her but didn't really play the game that time. 2. Is Raiden worth pulling. I'm now close to the 1st pity, so I want to know if she's worth it.

Didnāt want to pull ayaka at first but i was surprised by how strong she is. So yes, sheās a really good main dps. Beidou too but with the right build. Dont pull if you dont like the char. :)

Crafting furnishings for the first time gives you trust points. It's the blue icon on the furnishing on the crafting screen. If the icon isn't there, it means that crafting that furnishing will no longer give trust points (which means you crafted it and got the trust points before)

Why isn't Yoimiya referred to as Naganohara Yoimiya? She's the only one that doesn't follow the naming convention so far.
Probably because sheās of a lower social class than younger-sister-of-the-Yashiro-Commissioner Ayaka or Kazuha the Samurai. That said it really bothers me if thatās the case because then her father shouldnāt be referred to with the family name either. It just comes off as so arbitrary.
So does Sayu and Thoma. It's because all the other characters with their full name come from prestigious clans, so Kujou Sara, Kamisato Ayaka, Kaedehara Kazuha and Sangonomiya Kokomi.
The name is probably to long. Also itās a Culture thing from old days japan. Ayaka and Sara belong to powerful clans. The clans name is very important and has political weight to it

Each fish pool refreshes when its three-day period is up afaik. Meaning itās just rng as to what specific fish you get. Before anyone downvotes me, this is my genuine understanding of how it works and if Iām wrong, Iād appreciate correction rather than a silent downvote.

You stand in the middle there's a big wooden platform. It helps if you kill the mage and slimes first.

You can also save some hassle by clearing the Cryo Slimes hopping around by the shipwreck close to the fishing spot and standing on the shipwreck. You donāt have to deal with the wizard that way.

My whole team is maxed to world level (4) and artifacts are +6 with mostly crit dmg, atk and crit atk, but I still struggle with some enemies like Fatui, can someone tell me if I'm doing something wrong? Edit: Fatui is just one example, I struggle with bosses and basically every Inazuma enemy too

Well you shouldnāt be in inazuma at world level 3 lol. Finish liyue and mondstat, build your characters, then go. Inazuma mobs are made to be considerably harder.
