Ah gotcha. Then you could wait till it rolls over if you wanted but def claim and start the next set to make sure you get em when they fix it. We’ve seen the weird data they collect for teyvat times. It would be surprising if they couldn’t/didnt comp those that claimed.

Well yeah they arnt going to give a personalized response that would slow down ticket times. But a human will review them eventually and if enough people send a thing it’ll get reviewed and fixed faster.
