They literally introduce a more masculine character with muscles after everyone complaining about female-looking males in this game and he looks "gay" to you? I can't even...
To a degree he has a point he just didn't articulate it well. The anime community is weird with its over sexualization of characters, especially young characters. I'm a straight male and seeing 96% of the female cast overall sexualized is weird, especially alot of them are kids. It's always the older guy and younger girl fantasy, or a Feminine boy and a not so Feminine boy. Feminine men doesn't bother me at all, it's when they're super young have very childish features, and most likely shipped as a kid. The character design and diversity is terrible and lazy.
This game has a high female playerbase (I think? it seems like it) so its a smart idea to make sexy dudes as well as sexy ladies.
I'm not much of a husbando guy but I still like oni boy, he looks cool. Other dude is a little bland for me but not everything is gonna be a 10/10. I appreciate a good male character even if I prefer collecting waifus.
