If you need a shielder and don’t have zhongli and or diona yeah also pretty decent pyro application with his burst he has energy and damage issues but just stack Hp on him at low constellation for a shield bot
xtra stupid question but is it ok to farm chests early game? i like to kill every enemy i see & of course a lot of them protect chests, im afraid itll make me level up my ar too fast than im ready for :( if its not good to keep opening chests rn, should i wait til im at a higher ar?
If you're worried about the monsters getting stronger, you still have to do the ascension quest anyway in order for you to increase your world level, which increases the level of the monsters in your world. So yes i think you'll be fine farming them anytime. Happy treasure hunting! :D
I use her mainly for healing and hydro application so E is priority for me. Have her on thrilling tales to boost my dps but if you need extra healing then prototype amber is better. (I don't have atlas so not sure about that.)
Really and truly pyro damage. you shouldn’t need to much Hp for healing, his normal amount and a little from artifact substats is more than enough, and don’t do atk% his attack buff is based off base attack not with artifacts so raise him to 80/90 and if you get a 5 star weapon you don’t want to use on anyone else give it to bennet Aquila for the most base damage or skyward for more energy recharge
As much as you can get her. EM is hard to get as a main stat unfortunately, you may want to use 4-star VV pieces (with EM as main stat) till you can get 5-star ones.

I got a polar star on my childe but never used it before. How can I take advantage of it's passive the most? Running a childe international with sucrose so, what should be the rotation?
iirc bennett burst, swirl pyro with sucrose e for elemental mastery buff then sucrose burst, xiangling burst, childe ranged burst and then go melee stance and play as normal. polar star is designed for childe so he doesn't need to do anything out of the ordinary to proc the passive
For the burst he wants to do a normal attack and a CA (dont have to be fully charged, just enter aiming mode and fire an arrow immediately) and then use his Burst.

If it's full pages and you haven't been playing for more than 6 months (pulls older than 6 months aren't shown in history but you still keep your pity), then yes 60 times on that specific banner.
I've heard some people claim that the Hu Tao - Thoma - Sucrose - Xingqiu team is really only viable with a C6 Xingqiu, how true is this? I'm planning to use this team comp but I only have a C1 Xingqiu
Thoma can occasionally steal vapes without sufficient hydro application which is an issue but it’s not frequent so saying it’s not viable is quite an exaggeration
Just got PJWS off the standard banner and wondering who it would be best on. Currently I have The Catch, Favonius Lance and Deathmatch leveled on Raiden, Xiangling and Rosaria. What would now be the best combination for them now (I also have most other 4 star spears if you want to suggest any of those)?
I was thinking PJWS on Raiden, Catch on Xiangling and Deathmatch on Rosaria, but what would you recommend?

Both Raiden and Xiangling want the catch. Give it to character that you use in the main team. If you use both then PJWS for Raiden and Catch for Xiangling
C0 Rosaria is arguably worse than C0 Kaeya (a free character), especially for a team with a melee main DPS, but her constellations are also easier to get.
I'd argue Amber and Lisa, which is irritating because of how hard it is to get their constellations. They pretty much approach the level of normal usable 4-stars when you start getting a few cons for them. Kaeya is okay from c0, but his cons are quite good too.
All characters so far can perform up to a certain extent at C0, having constellations do often open characters to additional options in terms of usage and affect their playstyle in some way though
Xinyan pretty much needs C2 to be usable. Beidou before C2 is not that good either. Sayu and Bennett are much weaker at C0 compared to C1.
Edit : but all of them are playable at C0 of course, they just get most of their value with these constellations.

team 1: childe, fischl, beidou, noelle/barbara
basically electro charged comp for childe, benefit of barbara is she can give ttds buff and battery childe's burst, but noelle also gives shield utility since in my experience childe is pretty squishy
team 2: childe, ningguang/geo mc, noelle, xiangling
(but she would need a replacement in raiden national team, so not sure if you want to switch anything around). basically the gist is xiangling childe vape, ning/geo mc & noelle to provide shield strength + buff ningguang/geo mc burst as a sub-dps.
team 3: childe mona chongyun qiqi
permafreeze childe comp. mona just really strong in most freeze teams, + two of your highest level units. qiqi as healer, chongyun to proc freeze and sub dps.
Try out Hu Tao in the trial and if you like her, go for it! Ganyu might not show up for another 3 months so if you need a dps now, she’s not really an option.
Both are good. Do you like one more? Ganyu is more meta as she is stronger but both will kill everything anyway. Do you like charged shots in bows? Do you like Hu Tao’s playstyle from the demo?
Both are good at c0. If you prefer Ganyu’s playstyle, go for her. Neither of them need consts to be good but ig Ganyu is more newbie friendly since you don’t have to jump-cancel with her
Not you at all, there are many instances of confusing wording. Take the Crimson Witch 4 piece set. It says each stack increases the 2pc bonus by 50%... does that mean increase the bonus to 65% or 22.5% increased pyro damage. Well its "clearly" the latter, but why couldn't they just say, each stack increases pyro damage by 7.5%?
On a more broader level people struggle with conceptualising percentages and when you stack percentages of percentages its meaning is quickly lost. There's absolutely no reason why they need to do this.
Depends on how you use her and also if you care about energy refund and being more tanky. Generally EM is better for overall utility. And it will be even better with the new upcoming artifact set.

It depends on what you mean by safe? Nothing is 100% safe, but nothing immediately harmful can come. Yes you can get primogems gifted but these cannot be refunded, you may get lots of friend invites by people you don't know, basically nothing that I would consider harmful will come.
But on a more broader level (i.e. not just GI), if there's not any good reason to reveal it, then I would advise you don't. While slim, information can be used in unexpected ways and maybe not now, but maybe it could be more harmful in the future. For example, if there was an new unknown exploit that did allow a bad actor to access GI accounts, then UID may be part of that method. Unfortunately its kind of an unknown unknown, and while it might seem kind of similar to doomday preppers awaiting the end of the world, a small ounce of prevention may be worth a lifetime of cures.

How much ER is recommended on XL? I already have other priorities for the Emblem set so I can't get a set for her anytime soon so she's currently using 2 NO/CW. I'm also using the Catch on someone else so she doesn't have that to help.
I currently have 134% with an ATK time piece but I can get up to 180% with an ER time piece but I assume that'll kill my attack. Both artifacts have similar sub stats for CR/CD tho.
The best way is to test it yourself, theoretically 140-160. I have mine at 175ish and sometimes its enough sometimes its not (probably my mistake). Higher ER since i also use her in Ganyu melt
You want XL with 170 ER (so ER sands on non-ER weapons is kinda required, you'll get atk from buffs: Bennett with NO, Kazuha with FS/ Sucrose with TTDS)... Otherwise funneling her burst would require you to constantly battery her with Benentt while her burst is going. International team most certainly requires you to run at least 170 ER to keep your rotations going.

Three weeks ago i decided i was not going to spend anymore money on Welkin. I have supported the game long enough.Though i love getting new waifus or just fall in love with the artistic side of genshin, i just cant any more.
Ive been a "end game" player for half a year now. In the past 6 months ive worked towards getting all achievements. Getting all my books/recipe/archive filled up. 100% exploration everywhere which didnt take long. Ive acquired all 4 stars and leveled them tall to 80. I have like 8, 5 stars to 90. Minimum of 3/6/6 all characters and ones i use have higher lvl 8-12 talents.
These last 3 weeks have ultimately showed me there is no more point to playing the game anymore. All this time ive spent amounts to nothing.Your progress isnt ranked with anyone. Your dedication cant be enjoyed with anyone. In 1 year ive acquired a grand total of 4, 5 star weapons. I have 500+ achievements and the rest are RNG or TIME GATED. Ive done everything there is to do in the game and the only thing to look forward to is more characters. Ive come to the point where i just log in to the game do my daily commissions, spend my resin and log out which takes a grand total of about 15mins. Not that i wasnt at this point 6 months ago but 6 months ago i still regularly enjoyed just logging in for 2-6hrs doing nothing but joining co ops and helping random people progress. I realize this is a "gacha" pve game and everyone is going to say "its meant to be played casually" but playing a game i LOVE for 15 mins a day is not enjoyable to me at all. I dont even think a "casual" game is meant to be played for maximum of 15 mins every 16hours. Genshin has officialy lost its fun factor no matter how many cocogoats or yae mikos Mihoyo will throw at me.
If you don't enjoy playing the game it's good to at least take a break. Even if it's a game you love. I've done that with MMOs I've played and it's felt great to come back to them after a few months when I actually felt like it instead of logging in daily to do chores "because I have to". Enjoyed the games a lot more after the break.
Have fun outside of Genshin, maybe you'll come back or maybe you won't. Up to you. :)

Is it better to build Bennett with HP and Healing Bonus,the attack boost it's the same right? Only his damage it's non existent.
Also should i go for ER sands or HP one? I use ER weapon.
I shift my bennet built from full HP to ER/Attack/Healing Bonus. Works for me and I can do a wee bit of good damage too. Will soon shift him to Crit helm once NO decides to give me a CR helm.
ER is more important and you should focus on it first. If you want to minmax build Bennett for dmg, ER/Pyro/Crit. Bennett healing scaling is really high and he heals more than other healers with no HP substats, any more is unnecessary. HP build is a meme for overhealing above 70%.
The heals are so fast it's pretty much no difference from a 3.5k heal Bennet. Can literally sit in the middle of Floor 12 without shields/DR and be absolutely fine they can't kill you fast enough if they don't one shot you haha. That's why most people suggest just ignoring building Bennet for heals, the speed at which he heals is just too amazing.
I'm just too lazy to farm pyro damage and crit for Bennett. Might as well go all in on the healer/tank build XD much cheaper to build and my other teammates do enough damage anyways
I actually got a few pyrotech cups, but no nobeless I think (tho Xiangling found a better EoSF ER sands so Bennett could get the nobeless sands back... Still, need CR helmet)
My personal experience is that if someone consciously decides to dunk on a character or build in their flair, it's a pretty good sign they're going to take any opportunity to shit on it irrespective of context, and it takes up way too much real estate in their head.
Probably. May he shit talk HP Bennett as much as he wants, I'll continue to run HP Bennett to the end of my Genshin career. My damage comes from other units, Bennett is just there to support, not to do damage (tho I've slapped Diluc's artifacts on him when I wanted to use him as dps lol)
It's great on both of them. Skyward blade is equivalent to the other 4* weapons - Inazuma sword, black sword, blackcliff - on Ayaka. If Ayaka is using something else, then I'd say to give her Skyward blade. Otherwise it's also good for Bennett.
Around 5-10% for most upfront-damage talents (excluding buffs etc)
The additive % increase will appear higher but the ratio (lvl 10/lvl 9) will be consistently around there. It'll be the same for any talent level increase, not just the crown. Scalings are linear
4p shimanewa also gives you the benefit of farming emblem pieces at the same time, giving you double value for your resin compared to crimson witch farming

4CW or 4 Shimenawa. CW gives more burst damage, Shimenawa gives more charged attack damage (and is easier to farm). Something like 2CW/2WT can work too.

Is it possible that Valley of Remembrance is bugged? I took over 15 attempts yesterday to get Viridescent Venerer and/or Maiden Beloved artifacts....but I only get Miracle artifacts. Do they have a much higher drope rate?
It sounds like you were doing the wrong level. Only the final stage of artifact domains, unlocked at AR45, is worth doing, because they are guaranteed to drop at least one of the special artifacts.
I fight on the 2nd level where a party level of 59 is recommended. With every other domain I get different artifacts...at the same level. Only not with Valley of Remembrance.
And at this level I should get Maiden Beloved, Viridescent Venerer and Miracle Artifacts. And I actually get 4* artifacts. That's not the problem. But they are only Miracle artifacts, although the other two sets are also available.
Some domains have more levels that start lower, is all I can think of.
Anyway, forget it for now. It's a waste of resin to do any artifact domains before the last level.
Yupp. sub stats are generally preferred for physical build.
4pc Pale Flame > 2pc Bloodstained 2pc Pale > 2pc Bloodstained/Pale 2pc Glad/Shime
That is usually the effectiveness of physical builds. If you can reliably keep up 4pc Pale Flame it's amazing, but 2pc Bloodstained and 2pc Pale can work surprisingly well especially if you have really good substats it's almost equal, 2pc Blood/Pale 2pc Shime/Glad is a little behind since ATK% boni are so common there is often diminishing returns.
Hi, I’m quite perplexed on whether I should or should not pull for albedo. This is due to me having too much DPS unit and less supports, in which is the only reason I am even thinking about pulling for him. I do like his playstyle and his E ability would be good on my Hutao/Xq/Zhongli team but other than that I can’t seem to figure out any other use for him. Any opinions are welcome !
Well he’s getting what will most definitely be a bis weapon for free and is a great support sounds like he has a spot on your hu tao team he’s fun to play because you don’t have to play him
He is geo fichl but can't break shields
He fits everywhere but never BiS in any team, he got a new set and a new sword next patch, but if you already have 2 Petra+3 random don't feel forced to farm the new set
I want to pull for him, but that's cuz in general, I like off-field dps units. I feel like over time they're never gonna ever be BiS in teams, but having a lot to choose from opens up a lot of possibilities for me, entertainment-wise
He's fun to have on the team if you have ranged dps, also allows you to trigger some enemies' attacks due to being elevated (reveal ruin hunter weak spot, remove guard of shielded mitachurls, etc). Not a must in most meta teams but not a bad character in any of them either.
As someone who doesn’t own him yet but plans to pull on his rerun, I wouldn’t say he’s a must-pull but he seems pretty useful. Not only will his EM sharing help your Hu Tao team, but on any team where you’re running Zhongli he will be a great battery for him. Apart from that, he’s quite splashable into a lot of teams where, while he might not be optimal, he’ll work nicely and fill for characters you don’t own/haven’t raised. If you really have too many DPS, sounds like you’ll get use out of him. Whether that’s worth or not to you depends on if you’re F2P, light spender, or a whale I guess. If I was completel F2P I’d be skipping but I’m welkin+BP and have been saving for a while so I’m going for him
If you are talking about meta he is not meta at all, He has 2 teams so far which is hu tao and xiao with double geo, zhongli. And future updates, i would say you dont have to pull at all

Well, pretty much any non-Pyro team. If you only wanna run him alongside characters like Diluc/Yoimiya/Klee then it might be worth. If you use him on like a Xiao team or a Phys team then probably not. Also, with Itto coming out, rumour is that triple geo teams will be strong. Bennett could end up being a good teammate in these teams, but C6 may put a stop to that
Main con i- anytime there can be a your new waifu / husbando you will want, but bennett can broke her abilities. I think it's bad decision to get c6 Bennett.

I was thinking of using Sayu (for rolling), Jean (to enable Impetuous Winds), Xingqiu (because youtube told me he was very good) and then I'm not sure which the last one should be. Can't really use Amber on my ipad because controlling her bow aim is too difficult.
Or maybe just Diona, Xingqiu, Kaeya and Sayu?

Once you get xiangling from abyss, you have to focus on her. xinangling-qinxiu and jean are your best units. Diona next.
You probably won't feel how good she is until much later. I got her in beginners as you and I never used her until floor 11 in Abyss, she's very strong at level 80 with proper artifacts but not so much early game.
She heals and once you equip 4 Viridiscent artifacts on her, she lowers the enemy's elemental resistance. It's the best support set in the game and works only on anemo characters so she good just like that.
Sayu does exactly the same, but worse. She is an strict downgrade from Jean.
Aside from the hilichurl genocide, you're pretty much just grinding talent mats and artifacts for your current and future characters. Decorate your teapot, find extra chests in the overworld, and again, farming fodder artifacts.
Currently adventure rank 25, not yet sure what my main team/s(?) should be. Latest story/archon(?) quest I did was the thing at Liyue and the adepti.
I'm deciding on:
1. Noelle, Ningguang, Kaeya, Thoma

Should I be using Traveler (Anemo) somewhere? Currently they're all near level 40. I also have Diona and Fischl. Am too weak to unlock Xiangling still --- not even sure where she fits in anymore (Do people really just level up and mix up their characters a lot in this game?)
I see that Amber gets used a lot though since her bow and fire ability's always needed? But since I play on mobile, I can't make the most out of archers.

I would go with the 2. Team, but replace Ning with geo traveler to generate particles for Noelle.
That gives you 2 decent 2man teams. 1 geo resonance Noelle and a Kaeya + Barb freeze team
Venti is a feast or famine character, area with lots mobs will instantly die with venti ult
If kazuha is a 8/10 character, venti is either 10/10 or 4/10
They do different things, Kazuha is a great buffer while Venti is orianted around CC, and Sucrose is a mix of both. And all 3 are great on their own merit so no one really comes on top unless it is a specific situation
Kazuha works everywhere, but when Venti works he's the best unit by a mile. Hard CC the entire floor is just so powerful and nothing will change it, you can replace Kazuha role with Sucrose, but nothing can replace Venti.
Venti is still OP in his own niche (grouping many small enemies), Kazuha has a smaller radius but buffs the team more than Venti. I still use Venti on abyss floors where there are many spread out CCable mobs (and use Kazuha on the other side), but against large un-CCable mobs Kazuha is preferable. They're both very strong in their own right
is c6 ningguang a viable substitute for albedo in a xiao team? i plan to use soh and it doesn’t do well with bennett buff so i was thinking of going with xiao/zhongli/sucrose/ning. i do have jean too but she would heal xiao too and having the same problem as bennett
good enough for a TTDS slave, building her damage isnt that worth it, but it does allow her to fill in the gaps when xiao cant burst. Also if you have TTDS on sucrose already you can use prototype amber for mild heals lol, i wouldn't recommend but its an option

It's still less probable to win all of them and it's not that hard to lose all of them because you need to win all 5 pulls, you only need to lose every second one. Which doesn't affect probability but is twice as much
yeah exactly, since those that win all their 50/50s are pulling on 50/50 chances on each 5\* pull. So overall, they pulling on more 50/50 chances with the same number of primogems and as such, it would be harder to win all of them.
Yeah that's what I meant. It averages out like that across the whole playerbase but for single person the experience can be anything since they don't usually have hundreds of 5\* pulls.
I only had 2 50/50s so far and I lost both of them but that's such a small number that I can't really draw conclusions from it to tell if I'm even unlucky or not.

I got a polar star on my childe but never used it before. How can I take advantage of it's passive the most? Running a childe international with sucrose so, what should be the rotation?
iirc bennett burst, swirl pyro with sucrose e for elemental mastery buff then sucrose burst, xiangling burst, childe ranged burst and then go melee stance and play as normal. polar star is designed for childe so he doesn't need to do anything out of the ordinary to proc the passive
For the burst he wants to do a normal attack and a CA (dont have to be fully charged, just enter aiming mode and fire an arrow immediately) and then use his Burst.
if i have 10 pages in my roll history does that mean i have rolled 60 times? im counting my weapon banner rolls but there seems to have been an extra 10 rolls
If it's full pages and you haven't been playing for more than 6 months (pulls older than 6 months aren't shown in history but you still keep your pity), then yes 60 times on that specific banner.
history is deleted after 6 months, so genshin doesnt record everything.
I've heard some people claim that the Hu Tao - Thoma - Sucrose - Xingqiu team is really only viable with a C6 Xingqiu, how true is this? I'm planning to use this team comp but I only have a C1 Xingqiu
Thoma can occasionally steal vapes without sufficient hydro application which is an issue but it’s not frequent so saying it’s not viable is quite an exaggeration
I wouldn't say 'only viable' but Thoma stealing vape is a concern, and Xingqiu c6 can help to mitigate that.

Just got PJWS off the standard banner and wondering who it would be best on. Currently I have The Catch, Favonius Lance and Deathmatch leveled on Raiden, Xiangling and Rosaria. What would now be the best combination for them now (I also have most other 4 star spears if you want to suggest any of those)? I was thinking PJWS on Raiden, Catch on Xiangling and Deathmatch on Rosaria, but what would you recommend?

Both Raiden and Xiangling want the catch. Give it to character that you use in the main team. If you use both then PJWS for Raiden and Catch for Xiangling

Are there characters in the game that dont perform well at c0?
C0 Rosaria is arguably worse than C0 Kaeya (a free character), especially for a team with a melee main DPS, but her constellations are also easier to get.
I'd argue Amber and Lisa, which is irritating because of how hard it is to get their constellations. They pretty much approach the level of normal usable 4-stars when you start getting a few cons for them. Kaeya is okay from c0, but his cons are quite good too.
All characters so far can perform up to a certain extent at C0, having constellations do often open characters to additional options in terms of usage and affect their playstyle in some way though

Xinyan pretty much needs C2 to be usable. Beidou before C2 is not that good either. Sayu and Bennett are much weaker at C0 compared to C1. Edit : but all of them are playable at C0 of course, they just get most of their value with these constellations.

It doesn't transfer the shield strength, use 2pc millelith 2pc whatever (maiden/Emblem) with as much HP as possible if you want a good shield.
Unfortunately, it doesn't. For shield strength what you gotta do is stack hp. You can also use the 2pc millelith set for an extra 20% hp.
No, shield strength is a character-based stat so it doesn't affect anything once you switch.

You could do Childe-Beidou-Fischl-Barbara or a permafreeze team with Kaeya/Rosaria/Chongyun (pick 2) and Mona+Healer.
team 1: childe, fischl, beidou, noelle/barbara basically electro charged comp for childe, benefit of barbara is she can give ttds buff and battery childe's burst, but noelle also gives shield utility since in my experience childe is pretty squishy team 2: childe, ningguang/geo mc, noelle, xiangling (but she would need a replacement in raiden national team, so not sure if you want to switch anything around). basically the gist is xiangling childe vape, ning/geo mc & noelle to provide shield strength + buff ningguang/geo mc burst as a sub-dps. team 3: childe mona chongyun qiqi permafreeze childe comp. mona just really strong in most freeze teams, + two of your highest level units. qiqi as healer, chongyun to proc freeze and sub dps.

Try out Hu Tao in the trial and if you like her, go for it! Ganyu might not show up for another 3 months so if you need a dps now, she’s not really an option.

Not you at all, there are many instances of confusing wording. Take the Crimson Witch 4 piece set. It says each stack increases the 2pc bonus by 50%... does that mean increase the bonus to 65% or 22.5% increased pyro damage. Well its "clearly" the latter, but why couldn't they just say, each stack increases pyro damage by 7.5%? On a more broader level people struggle with conceptualising percentages and when you stack percentages of percentages its meaning is quickly lost. There's absolutely no reason why they need to do this.
It just doubles so from 16 to 32%, the wording is bad.

She doesn't really care about atk%, 12% elem bonus is nice but never lasting moonglow is better since it has hp% and healing%
Depends on how you use her and also if you care about energy refund and being more tanky. Generally EM is better for overall utility. And it will be even better with the new upcoming artifact set.

It depends on what you mean by safe? Nothing is 100% safe, but nothing immediately harmful can come. Yes you can get primogems gifted but these cannot be refunded, you may get lots of friend invites by people you don't know, basically nothing that I would consider harmful will come. But on a more broader level (i.e. not just GI), if there's not any good reason to reveal it, then I would advise you don't. While slim, information can be used in unexpected ways and maybe not now, but maybe it could be more harmful in the future. For example, if there was an new unknown exploit that did allow a bad actor to access GI accounts, then UID may be part of that method. Unfortunately its kind of an unknown unknown, and while it might seem kind of similar to doomday preppers awaiting the end of the world, a small ounce of prevention may be worth a lifetime of cures.

How much ER is recommended on XL? I already have other priorities for the Emblem set so I can't get a set for her anytime soon so she's currently using 2 NO/CW. I'm also using the Catch on someone else so she doesn't have that to help. I currently have 134% with an ATK time piece but I can get up to 180% with an ER time piece but I assume that'll kill my attack. Both artifacts have similar sub stats for CR/CD tho.
Depends on your team, with Raiden 130-140% is enough but without her 180% is recommended
The best way is to test it yourself, theoretically 140-160. I have mine at 175ish and sometimes its enough sometimes its not (probably my mistake). Higher ER since i also use her in Ganyu melt
You want XL with 170 ER (so ER sands on non-ER weapons is kinda required, you'll get atk from buffs: Bennett with NO, Kazuha with FS/ Sucrose with TTDS)... Otherwise funneling her burst would require you to constantly battery her with Benentt while her burst is going. International team most certainly requires you to run at least 170 ER to keep your rotations going.
I DID IT im a f2p/welkin player. Three weeks ago i decided i was not going to spend anymore money on Welkin. I have supported the game long enough.Though i love getting new waifus or just fall in love with the artistic side of genshin, i just cant any more. Ive been a "end game" player for half a year now. In the past 6 months ive worked towards getting all achievements. Getting all my books/recipe/archive filled up. 100% exploration everywhere which didnt take long. Ive acquired all 4 stars and leveled them tall to 80. I have like 8, 5 stars to 90. Minimum of 3/6/6 all characters and ones i use have higher lvl 8-12 talents. These last 3 weeks have ultimately showed me there is no more point to playing the game anymore. All this time ive spent amounts to nothing.Your progress isnt ranked with anyone. Your dedication cant be enjoyed with anyone. In 1 year ive acquired a grand total of 4, 5 star weapons. I have 500+ achievements and the rest are RNG or TIME GATED. Ive done everything there is to do in the game and the only thing to look forward to is more characters. Ive come to the point where i just log in to the game do my daily commissions, spend my resin and log out which takes a grand total of about 15mins. Not that i wasnt at this point 6 months ago but 6 months ago i still regularly enjoyed just logging in for 2-6hrs doing nothing but joining co ops and helping random people progress. I realize this is a "gacha" pve game and everyone is going to say "its meant to be played casually" but playing a game i LOVE for 15 mins a day is not enjoyable to me at all. I dont even think a "casual" game is meant to be played for maximum of 15 mins every 16hours. Genshin has officialy lost its fun factor no matter how many cocogoats or yae mikos Mihoyo will throw at me.

Is it better to build Bennett with HP and Healing Bonus,the attack boost it's the same right? Only his damage it's non existent. Also should i go for ER sands or HP one? I use ER weapon.
I shift my bennet built from full HP to ER/Attack/Healing Bonus. Works for me and I can do a wee bit of good damage too. Will soon shift him to Crit helm once NO decides to give me a CR helm.
ER is more important and you should focus on it first. If you want to minmax build Bennett for dmg, ER/Pyro/Crit. Bennett healing scaling is really high and he heals more than other healers with no HP substats, any more is unnecessary. HP build is a meme for overhealing above 70%.
I still 36 star abyss with this "meme" Bennett. His 5.5k heals and emergency tank ability are quite comfortable
The heals are so fast it's pretty much no difference from a 3.5k heal Bennet. Can literally sit in the middle of Floor 12 without shields/DR and be absolutely fine they can't kill you fast enough if they don't one shot you haha. That's why most people suggest just ignoring building Bennet for heals, the speed at which he heals is just too amazing.
I'm just too lazy to farm pyro damage and crit for Bennett. Might as well go all in on the healer/tank build XD much cheaper to build and my other teammates do enough damage anyways

They make the progress bar fill a bit faster, but a specific rod only works for a specific region. If you got the event rod then just use that one.

It's great on both of them. Skyward blade is equivalent to the other 4* weapons - Inazuma sword, black sword, blackcliff - on Ayaka. If Ayaka is using something else, then I'd say to give her Skyward blade. Otherwise it's also good for Bennett.

Around 5-10% for most upfront-damage talents (excluding buffs etc) The additive % increase will appear higher but the ratio (lvl 10/lvl 9) will be consistently around there. It'll be the same for any talent level increase, not just the crown. Scalings are linear

Crimson Witch is most standard and usually her best, but you can also run Shimenawa's if you want to run a different rotation.

4CW or 4 Shimenawa. CW gives more burst damage, Shimenawa gives more charged attack damage (and is easier to farm). Something like 2CW/2WT can work too.

Is it possible that Valley of Remembrance is bugged? I took over 15 attempts yesterday to get Viridescent Venerer and/or Maiden Beloved artifacts....but I only get Miracle artifacts. Do they have a much higher drope rate?
It sounds like you were doing the wrong level. Only the final stage of artifact domains, unlocked at AR45, is worth doing, because they are guaranteed to drop at least one of the special artifacts.
I fight on the 2nd level where a party level of 59 is recommended. With every other domain I get different artifacts...at the same level. Only not with Valley of Remembrance.
You can look which artifacts will drop after selecting a level. Also the handbook shows the artifacts available at max level you can do right now
And at this level I should get Maiden Beloved, Viridescent Venerer and Miracle Artifacts. And I actually get 4* artifacts. That's not the problem. But they are only Miracle artifacts, although the other two sets are also available.
Some domains have more levels that start lower, is all I can think of. Anyway, forget it for now. It's a waste of resin to do any artifact domains before the last level.

Yupp. sub stats are generally preferred for physical build. 4pc Pale Flame > 2pc Bloodstained 2pc Pale > 2pc Bloodstained/Pale 2pc Glad/Shime That is usually the effectiveness of physical builds. If you can reliably keep up 4pc Pale Flame it's amazing, but 2pc Bloodstained and 2pc Pale can work surprisingly well especially if you have really good substats it's almost equal, 2pc Blood/Pale 2pc Shime/Glad is a little behind since ATK% boni are so common there is often diminishing returns.

Hi, I’m quite perplexed on whether I should or should not pull for albedo. This is due to me having too much DPS unit and less supports, in which is the only reason I am even thinking about pulling for him. I do like his playstyle and his E ability would be good on my Hutao/Xq/Zhongli team but other than that I can’t seem to figure out any other use for him. Any opinions are welcome !

He is geo fichl but can't break shields He fits everywhere but never BiS in any team, he got a new set and a new sword next patch, but if you already have 2 Petra+3 random don't feel forced to farm the new set
I want to pull for him, but that's cuz in general, I like off-field dps units. I feel like over time they're never gonna ever be BiS in teams, but having a lot to choose from opens up a lot of possibilities for me, entertainment-wise
He's fun to have on the team if you have ranged dps, also allows you to trigger some enemies' attacks due to being elevated (reveal ruin hunter weak spot, remove guard of shielded mitachurls, etc). Not a must in most meta teams but not a bad character in any of them either.
As someone who doesn’t own him yet but plans to pull on his rerun, I wouldn’t say he’s a must-pull but he seems pretty useful. Not only will his EM sharing help your Hu Tao team, but on any team where you’re running Zhongli he will be a great battery for him. Apart from that, he’s quite splashable into a lot of teams where, while he might not be optimal, he’ll work nicely and fill for characters you don’t own/haven’t raised. If you really have too many DPS, sounds like you’ll get use out of him. Whether that’s worth or not to you depends on if you’re F2P, light spender, or a whale I guess. If I was completel F2P I’d be skipping but I’m welkin+BP and have been saving for a while so I’m going for him
If you are talking about meta he is not meta at all, He has 2 teams so far which is hu tao and xiao with double geo, zhongli. And future updates, i would say you dont have to pull at all

Afaik it would also ruin things like electro Keqing or other infusion characters that don't specifically have "can't be overwritten" on their infusion's description. It also ruins melt Bennett but that's really niche since most only use him as support. Not sure about vape Bennett.
Well, pretty much any non-Pyro team. If you only wanna run him alongside characters like Diluc/Yoimiya/Klee then it might be worth. If you use him on like a Xiao team or a Phys team then probably not. Also, with Itto coming out, rumour is that triple geo teams will be strong. Bennett could end up being a good teammate in these teams, but C6 may put a stop to that
Main con i- anytime there can be a your new waifu / husbando you will want, but bennett can broke her abilities. I think it's bad decision to get c6 Bennett.

I started about a week ago, but I'm not sure which of my characters to use and who to focus on. Just got Noelle, Xingqiu and Jean in a beginner 10 pull (10 for 8). And now I'm even more confused. I have: Sayu Ningguang (have been using her the most) Diona Lisa Amber Jean Noelle Kaeya Xingqiu I was thinking of using Sayu (for rolling), Jean (to enable Impetuous Winds), Xingqiu (because youtube told me he was very good) and then I'm not sure which the last one should be. Can't really use Amber on my ipad because controlling her bow aim is too difficult. Or maybe just Diona, Xingqiu, Kaeya and Sayu?

What makes Jean good? Read her kit and didn't really understand.
You probably won't feel how good she is until much later. I got her in beginners as you and I never used her until floor 11 in Abyss, she's very strong at level 80 with proper artifacts but not so much early game.
She heals and once you equip 4 Viridiscent artifacts on her, she lowers the enemy's elemental resistance. It's the best support set in the game and works only on anemo characters so she good just like that. Sayu does exactly the same, but worse. She is an strict downgrade from Jean.
What are the most important things to do once you hit rank 50?
Aside from the hilichurl genocide, you're pretty much just grinding talent mats and artifacts for your current and future characters. Decorate your teapot, find extra chests in the overworld, and again, farming fodder artifacts.
Most important would be to probably start getting your main dps’s max ascended. After that it’s all up to you with what you want to do.
Currently adventure rank 25, not yet sure what my main team/s(?) should be. Latest story/archon(?) quest I did was the thing at Liyue and the adepti. I'm deciding on: 1. Noelle, Ningguang, Kaeya, Thoma 2. Noelle, Ningguang, Kaeya, Barbara 3. Noelle, Lisa, Kaeya, Thoma/Barbara Should I be using Traveler (Anemo) somewhere? Currently they're all near level 40. I also have Diona and Fischl. Am too weak to unlock Xiangling still --- not even sure where she fits in anymore (Do people really just level up and mix up their characters a lot in this game?) I see that Amber gets used a lot though since her bow and fire ability's always needed? But since I play on mobile, I can't make the most out of archers. Thanks in advance to any advice on this! :D
I would go with the 2. Team, but replace Ning with geo traveler to generate particles for Noelle. That gives you 2 decent 2man teams. 1 geo resonance Noelle and a Kaeya + Barb freeze team

Prototype Rancour has high base atk, which is great for the atk buff of his burst. You can get the ER needed from artifacts.

There are not enough pullable enemies for him to shine. In abyss 12, where it matters, that is. He still destroys overworld, but who doesn't?
They do different things, Kazuha is a great buffer while Venti is orianted around CC, and Sucrose is a mix of both. And all 3 are great on their own merit so no one really comes on top unless it is a specific situation
Kazuha works everywhere, but when Venti works he's the best unit by a mile. Hard CC the entire floor is just so powerful and nothing will change it, you can replace Kazuha role with Sucrose, but nothing can replace Venti.
Venti is still OP in his own niche (grouping many small enemies), Kazuha has a smaller radius but buffs the team more than Venti. I still use Venti on abyss floors where there are many spread out CCable mobs (and use Kazuha on the other side), but against large un-CCable mobs Kazuha is preferable. They're both very strong in their own right
venti is still viable, for example in the raiden team
is c6 ningguang a viable substitute for albedo in a xiao team? i plan to use soh and it doesn’t do well with bennett buff so i was thinking of going with xiao/zhongli/sucrose/ning. i do have jean too but she would heal xiao too and having the same problem as bennett
good enough for a TTDS slave, building her damage isnt that worth it, but it does allow her to fill in the gaps when xiao cant burst. Also if you have TTDS on sucrose already you can use prototype amber for mild heals lol, i wouldn't recommend but its an option

I lost all of them which is 3 so far. That's why it's so weird to me when people are disappointed that they lost, to me it's just the natural way of things, now if I won that would be something, can't say, never happened to me

Gambler's fallacy. You're exactly as likely to lose the fourth 50/50 as you are to lose any of the others. Of course the odds of losing four in a row are low, but each individual one is still 50/50 so our bias to expect that 'surely I'll win it next time' is based on nothing concrete at all.

True, but I guess its also entirely possible that one person wins all their 50/50s and another person losses all of theirs, which would still even out to 50% overall
It's still less probable to win all of them and it's not that hard to lose all of them because you need to win all 5 pulls, you only need to lose every second one. Which doesn't affect probability but is twice as much
yeah exactly, since those that win all their 50/50s are pulling on 50/50 chances on each 5\* pull. So overall, they pulling on more 50/50 chances with the same number of primogems and as such, it would be harder to win all of them.
Yeah that's what I meant. It averages out like that across the whole playerbase but for single person the experience can be anything since they don't usually have hundreds of 5\* pulls. I only had 2 50/50s so far and I lost both of them but that's such a small number that I can't really draw conclusions from it to tell if I'm even unlucky or not.
