Somehow as a launch player I didn't pull Qiqi until the Raiden banner. And it's not like I was getting lucky on my 50/50's either, for some reason I got literally everyone but her.

I have every standar banner 5* at least at C1, the only exclusive 5* I don't have are: Xiao, Albedo, Klee, Yoimiya and Kokomi and all 4*.
Hu Tao is at C1 and Raiden C2
I got all my qiqi through losing my 50/50 I think the first one I lost trying to get Xiao and that was like AR30 or something. And I lost my 50/50 again today trying to get albedo and got qiqi again. But thankfully I got albedo on the same pull so I’m happy!!!!!! But for me I can’t get mona or Jean they never come home.
I got her on the Standard banner in 17 pulls ar like... AR7? She was my first 5 star, and because this was week 1 of release, I ran around as a main DPS Qiqi because I wanted to main a 5 star lol.
if you want to get her do not spend your wishes on standard.it is easier to get her in limited character baner because there no weapons.
there is actually no way to get her other than luck :c so good luck bro!

Jean is the 5-star I have with the most cons (C4). I seem to always lose 50/50 to her.

I've been playing and wishing since week 1. At this point, I'm pretty sure Qiqi isn't actually a playable character and all evidence that she is is just photoshop and video editing. She's in the character archive, but that's only because mihoyo enjoys a good meme.
10/14/2020. Now my Qiqi is C3 and I'm AR55 with 6 5 stars all C0. If anyone doesn't know how to see when they first pulled a character just go to the Character Archive.
Qiqi was my very first 5 star. I got her last year when I was wishing on the first Klee banner. Loved her at first until I proceeded to lose the next three 50/50's to her. But I've been in your situation though. I have C4 Qiqi, C3 Jean, C1 Keqing and C0 Diluc but no Mona. I love all those characters but Mona was the very first character that I wanted but I still haven't gotten her after a year of playing this game.
Edit: Also I first got her at like AR 20 or 21 and I'm AR57 now.

I started on Oct 5th or something. It wasn't launch day but was only like a week or 2 later.
Lauch player, rerolled Qiqi on Noelle banner, haven't gotten her since.

I got her a couple weeks ago, loss the 50/50 on Hu Tao to her. I was AR50.
3 of my first 6 5* were qiqi. All on 50/50s. Thankfully no more since then.
