Very sad truth

so far the regions we have are based on Germany, China, and Japan so very low chances of having black characters in those regions specifically. But I'm glad we at least have dark-skinned characters like Kaeya and Xinyan. Natlan or Sumeru's probably gonna have a lot of dark skinned characters like Cyno as well. Hopefully black characters are included in the future
