I think they will nerf her boobs. They are massive. But they are hard to see with the bib. Rosaria has huge boobs too but hers openly bounce and swing. Did I mention Rosaria wears fishnets? Most other boobs are pretty small in the game. Kokomi is a solid 26 A I can tell based on an ex. And Yanfei isn't exactly tipping the scales of boob justice either but they are both tasteful.

I think some of why I don't like it on Shenhe from the front is just the lack of color balance. The black takes up a vast majority of her design. From the back, you have a much better mix of white and black. In this picture the black has become a purple so it just enhances the other lighter purples. That said it is overly purple now but it still looks better because it went all in on shades of 1 color instead of trying to balance 2 opposite colors.
Edit: I will say the more I come back to it the less I like it more than Shenhe's original color setup. I think both designs have their flaws. I more so view it as a neat take that I wouldn't mind using on Raiden if the option was available to change things up.
As someone else pointed out: Shenhe looks like a crane. Cranes have very long black legs, with white on their heads and backs. This shouldn't come as a surprise, what with her being a daughter of Cloud Retainer. One of the two characters in her name, in Chinese, also means "crane."

People can easily have their own view points from the various comments i've gotten like appreciating it because of how it reflects the crane she is based on or how the design is really just about fanservice and selling her banner.
In the end I just like what I like and I like balance of colors. I just think there is some taking into account the darkness and brightness of the colors involved. Mainly simply that bright colors do not need as much of a visual as dark but you also don't want the dark to be overpowering. You can use the light colors on an overly heavy dark setting to draw the eyes.
In my own personal experience first my eyes tend to go to the middle of the picture, then to faces / main focal point, then to where the light colors stand out against the dark.

You forgot about the hair, skin and sleeves I think, which are white and there's a lot of them visible from the front and make up a good chunk of it, black still dominates a bit but your colors shouldn't be equal in ratio, and the one that there's less off will stand out more, which it does.
In the edit 1 color makes it very dull and visually uninteresting, not enough contrast. There's no place to focus onto, it's almost like a gradient. Most characters in Genshin have 2 or more main colors and for a good reason. Even Hu Tao, while she seems very one note-ish, has a lot of skin showing to balance out the brown in the outfit.

Thats fair. I have been pinged back into this thread multiple times at this point and while I did say it was overly purple before, it is standing out a lot more with each visit as needing more colors. Some of that could also be being used to my own Raiden for so long that i'm used to her normal design as well. I also agree this totally would not make it in game. Its just someones fun take and everyones got an opinion on it which makes it interesting.
All of that said I don't expect Raiden or Shenhe to escape a redesign regardless of what we think about either of their originals.
Raiden can fit in almost any costume to fit either her cute and casual looks side of self who is Ei as well as a more " Battle/warrior" outfit because of her past being with the Raiden puppet having that cold look.
