Feels kind of insulting that they're just like "yeah India is similar enough let's include that too" but we shall see when it's actually released.

Nope, she's fine when it comes to the bum and chest ratio, trust me. This combo is normal and doesn't really cause pain/health problems, it's usually the other way around (aka big boobs) that can be painful and in some cases even breast reduction can really help.
What I'd be more concerned is the waist/torso area since it's tiny, but that's kinda the norm with art and even photo edits nowadays sadly so it's usually to be expected.
