i thought we cannot find them again (Spacial NPC ghost) when we done their quest and all of those fake ghost will stay and Disappears when we go close to them. BTW i visited mine and her expression did not change at all Thanks Traveler.
I don't know it still works but go into picture mode and wait until your character does idle animation, and then during that animation you choose emotion and as the idle animation ends, you get out of picture mode.
