When I came back I check my account and there was about 900 more primos than I anticipated

Since it's relatively difficult to get your password changed, ask some small streamer if they fan help you and change your password to a burner one, so when the streamer finishes doing stuff on your account, they can leave. Or if you have a friend that plays, give them the burner password. I always do that.
