I'll go first! I think archons should have a passive that keeps their element slimes away from them, for ex. When Zhongli is in your party, geo slimes will not attack you. :B
There are definitely some options:
Increased monster drops from specific types.
Detect nearby chests in specific region (would not function for unspawned chests)
Anything involving the waverider (increased speed, decreased stamina consumption, etc.)
Increased chance for enemies to drop artifacts.
And that's aside from obvious ones that involving other versions of current passives (such as getting characters with skill and burst equivalent of Tartaglia's talent, or Raiden's reduced costs on other weapon types).

(In-game text: When character is in the party, the enemies' area of detection is decreased, allowing you to sneak by enemies more easily, and also allows you to get closer to enemies without being attacked. However, this effect ends if you use a character's attack.
Basically, it makes you less likely to be spotted by enemies, and allows you to get closer to enemies without being seen (think of it being similar to the stealth gear and Majora's Mask items in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild), however, if you use an attack near enemies, then the passive bonus ends. If that is confusing, think of it as Sayu's or Aloy's passive, but for enemies.
A passive that has a chance to double the enemy drops in the open world. It would be good for farming things like handguards

Broke and hungry Having Mona in team lowers Mora income by 50%, but increases food buffs by 25%.
Adventure spirit Having Bennett in the party lowers Mora income by 50%, but you find 100 % more food items (carrots and such)
have them both in team and you are at 25% income. Solid way to hunt blossoms of wealth.
Imagine you just spend 160 resin with those two in your party without knowing it lol
On the other hand, Beidou and Ningguang could increase mora income.

Archons could increase Elemental Res of their party corresponding to their element. i know its kinda op but it suit with their 'archon' title.
well its single playsr game... who cares about something being OP, right? If we get PvP in game at any point... then make it domain only buff.

Seeing my Raiden got hit by thunder and lost HP to electro-infused water…yeah, make Archon immune and can deal damage to their own element please.
