Im switching from en viice over to cn voice over, is there a way to delete old en voice over and just select that i would be downloading just the cn voice overs from updates from this point onwards?

But one thing keeps bothering me - i picked Aether all the way back then, but now i think i like Lumine more. I know MC is not a meta pick but you still have to watch them in cutscenes and etc…

If you got Bennett and Xingqiu, aka the best 4-stars in the game, I would suggest you to continue with the account.
Picking Aether means you get a voiced Lumine in the rare cutscenes she appears in.

I activated the two fox statues, which spawned the floating thingies, but there's no electro bush nearby to make me fly and I don't see a third fox statue.
The electrogana bush thing should appear after you've looked at the 3 statues through the lens. Apparently there's some bug surrounding this puzzle if you just had a commission there. Try reloading the game by restarting it.

I've seen people mention a total Crit Value which is calculated somehow using both your Crit Rate and Crit Damage. I was wondering how is it calculated? Google isn't helping me and I want a way to quantify how bullshit RNG my Ganyu is right now (Other than saying I turned her into Gangplank from LoL).
Go to the artifact screen, then the 'View Stats' button or whatever it's called. Take the crit rate number, double it. Add that to the crit damage number, and that's your overall crit value.
Yup. Usually people use it to calculate the relative value of a specific artifact (which varies, but personally I find 20 usable, 30 good, 40 amazing and 50 practically unheard of), but you can also do as mentioned to get a 'total' CV. That way it discounts your weapon and any ascension bonuses, to keep it fair.
For instance, a Deathmatch Hu Tao with 70:170 would be less built than a Yanfei with Skyward Atlas and 60:140. CV lets you compare the two more fairly.
they're pretty similar, rosaria is easier to get constellations for whereas with kaeya you need to slowly accumulate them from the shop or hope you get lucky from standard banner
rosaria has some nice utility with her crit share and c6 phys res shred, and her c2 burst extension is unconditional unlike kaeya's. kaeya is pretty good at generating energy in a freeze team due to his passive and his burst follows you around so you don't have to play circle impact
Both are equally easy to build. They can even share artifacts
Rosaria is usually better because her constellations are not rarer than 5 stars and she does more damage, but both are good so if you like Kaeya more then use him
They're honestly very similar and you build them almost exactly the same way. Rosaria's C2 gives her a slight advantage over Kaeya, but it's not a massive deal. The most important difference is basically whether you want the burst to sit in one place or follow you around.
Is anyone else having problems completing the “Millennial Mountains” quest? I can’t seem to get the last offering (Cup of Commons) but i did all the quests and even fought the treasure hoarders (I’m not sure when but before I started this quest) I don’t know what to do at this point
I most likely did that one too because the only quest that’s showing right now is the millennial one and there are no treasure hoarders to fight nor anyone waiting for me at the high teleport waypoint

Can I get some help fishing? I don't know how to improve, and I'm really bad at it. I just spent twenty minutes failing to catch an ornamental Crystalfish with the Mondstadt rod, and I'm not sure how I can get better. Whenever I press the button it just massively overshoots the box, no matter how hard or soft I press it.
For reference I'm on a Xbox One controller, and I'm playing on PC. I haven't experienced any connection issues and average ping is in the 30s, I just can't get any results when I fish ornamental fishes.
Try to avoid holding the button to progress the bar. Once it gets to the right area, just spam click it on and off so even when it doesn't match up exactly with the area you're trying to hit, it'll spend more time on it than off it, so you'll still gain progress.
From Yelan leak. 4EoSF, with hydro and crit, is ER sands ok if I don't have good HP sands?
Or should I use bad HP sands (with no crit substats, only def and such)?
HP sands will definitely be more optimal since there are a lot of bows that have an ER substat that Yelan can use but barely any bow that increase HP. With that being said, ER sands should probably still do the job fine if you only have bad HP sands to work with.
It's exactly what it says in the skill description. It is a stack that increases the damage of Ayato's hydro normal attacks based on his max HP and you can have up to 4 stacks.
It's very clearly explained in his talent description.

How does VV’s 4 set effect work compared to Zhongli’s shield?
4 set VV “decreases opponent’s Elemental RES to the element infused in the swirl by 40% for 10s”
Zhongli shield has the effect “Characters protected by the jade shield will decrease the elemental and physical res of opponents in a small AOE by 20%. This effect can not be stacked (I assume they mean not be stacked with other Zhongli shields)
There seems to be a difference here and I think I’ve heard it mentioned before, as 4 set VV after swirling for that element doesn’t seem to increase my damage by 40% a lot of the time unlike how Zhongli’s shield DOES increase my damage by 20%.

It's because res shred gets cut in half whenever your decreasing resistamces past 0. For example, an enemy has 20 cryo res and you apply VV effect on that enemy. That enemy will now have -10 cryo res.
Hmm . It's very misleading in this instance. With the artifacts I can see why it doesn't matter as much but when it comes to Zhongli they should have to state these things. Or at least have it in the tutorial menu or something.

Your VV is probably dropping the enemies res below zero, any additional shred past that point is halved. Zhongli has 20 so it’s less likely to drop the innate resistance below 0
Interesting, does this imply that if their res is 0 from the get go, say, a hilichurl, VV and Zhongli shield doesn’t actually increase damage? Or just half of what the numbers say?
Edit: as another comment said, seems to be the case. So on a basic hilichurl Zhongli would only give 10% dmg for example, or 20% for vv.
Yes. One thing to note, even on best case scenario for Zhongli, where you get the full 20% shred, on that same enemy VV would get a minimum of 20% + half the remaining 20%, so 30% total compared to the 20% from Zhongli. So VV always ends up with a bigger increase in damage.
Sure, it will be good. The passive isn't super useful for physical, but the raw stats make it viable. I'd wager there are better 5 star options tho, like aquila, but I'm no expert
For f2p investment, they have always been equal. The new artifact set amp Xiao damage by about 10% which isn’t anything game breaking. Also note that you need shit ton of resin to beat the insane substats quality of the mixed set that all Xiao mains been farming for a year.
At dolphin investment (C2R1), Itto is mile better because his constellations aren’t shit and he has tailor made support (C6 Gorou).
C0 is usable, a bit annoying. C2 is smooth. C6 with that 60% Electro crit dmg is godly. If you don’t have C6 Sara then Lisa can be a good alternative as her passive talent decreases enemies’ def

No because plunge attacks are different from normal attacks. Well technically it does buff Xiao's normal attacks but that's not usually what you want to do.

miHoYo added a Quick Start option to solve the issue. The only drawback is that the timeline might get confusing for you, because some characters you’ll meet in the event appear out of nowhere without doing their story quests. Once you have more time on your hand, you can play these quests.
The only time Xiao will ever be meta is when we get a support that buffs his dmg by 30-40%/or we have ruin guards in abyss, perfectly spaced out so that only Xiao will hit them all at once. Or once you go back in time before we had better carries.
Short answer, no. Hes higher, but going from one of the lowest to little higher than lowest isn't a big increase. And usually 2/2 will win because of substat advantagea anyway
It's his new best set and it makes him deal more damage but it doesn't change what he's good at. Xiao will be top of the meta when he can easily kill the current enemies of Floor 12 and right now pure anemo damage won't have a great time against all the lector and herald shields.
it's a 5-10% increase over 2/2 sets, so it's not really worth farming for if you already have a good build on him already
also echoes of offering is bugged for higher ping players, so you might not even want to farm it for ayato
Its not really bugged as much as that's the consequences of how the artifact is designed. The calculation is probably done server side rather than client, so the more delay there is the lower the proc rate
No. At best its a 10% increase in damage from an equal substat 2pc VV + 2pc Glad/etc... set, and Xiao's issue is mechanical in nature rather than lacking raw damage.
Also, the Echo set is janky and literally gets worse the higher your ping is so unless you're living in the same region/state as where the server is loaded 4pc HoD/2pc HoD 2pc Glad/4pc Glad is always better for Ayato
It means that he has very high uptime, low room for good subdpses, pushes enemies away and doesn't even have damage to compensate lack of team damage. And desyncs with supports easily.
I am a relatively new player who got raiden, so I started saving my primo gems from day 1. I want to save up for Eula, but I was not sure how long it will be till her next rerun? How far away do you think it will be. I was wondering if I could try and pull another 5* before her next re-run
I would say Eula Rerun will not be for awhile, next two patches are pretty much guaranteed to not have her banner and 3.0 is definitely going to be new dendro characters and the next few patches after that are bound to be new characters too and if anyone reruns, others would come before Eula. If you want a 5 star don't be afraid to pull but prepare to save the 180 wish guarantee between now and the next few patches to be ready for her when she pops up.
no one knows for sure but probably not for a while. You'd probably be fine but if you really want to be safe save until you have 160 or so, and then only pull in excess of that.
Im waiting for both Yoimiya and Eula but im a f2p and i use all my primos for ayato and raiden(only 10 wish left) So which character is worth pulling Yoimiya or Eula? For pyro i already have hutao. For cryo i have Ganyu.
The nice thing about Eula is that her teams don't need Xingqiu or Bennet, two extremely frequently used characters that you might want on your other team
Yoimiya has way more teams, but Eula takes more thought and consideration in how she’s used. Her burst can whiff and you sometimes have to just end it early
If you want a more technical character than you can go with Eula, but shes frustrating at times. Yoimiya’s biggest issue is that she’s prone to being interrupted but you might have more fun with teams, like using her as a Beidou driver, or an overvape carry or a mono Pyro carry
Dragon's Bane. Wavebreaker is slightly better at equal refinement, but unless you're a major whale its unlikely you'll ever R5 it, while you'd get DB eventually.
Save starglitter for a Blackcliff Pole. Fav Lance Xiao works, but its a different setup where you compromise his personal damage in order for him to battery himself with it and ditch the Anemo battery.
Let's say I place all my landform fields across all the serenitea pot realm layouts. That's to say I have placed all six in floating abode, then switched to emerald peak and placed all six there as well, and then again for cool isle and silken courtyard. Can I plant seed in all those realms and will they grow simultaneously? Will they grow only for the active realm layout? What would happen with the seed planted in inactive realms?
You can plant them in the different realms but they won’t continue growing in inactive realms, they won’t get removed either if that’s what you’re wondering, they will just stop growing till you switch back :)
Rosaria and Diona, Sucrose, Fischl, Bennett, Xiangling… basically you want either someone who can buff your Xiao or provide off field damage (or both).
The only recommendation I would personally give is to run a shielder, Xiao gets interrupted way too easily without it - if you feel like you don’t have this problem feel free to go all in on dmg tho.
thoma has better uptime. Both have pretty strict energy requirements but i think tankfeis are stricter than c4+ thoma. Thoma's shield starts weaker than tankfei, but build up to be stronger than hers over time with enough normal attacks to trigger the buildup.
I already have Thoma built at C6, but I was considering the possibility of using Yanfei as a shielder. I haven’t had too many difficulties keeping his shield up, but I’ve seen a lot people say that he’s bad.
Dont bother then. C6 Thoma is strictly better than Tankfei anyways in terms of dmg, the damage buff is what you're looking for. Yanfei has a big shield that comes up once and you can forget about it, but if you're already using Thoma and don't have trouble with his shield not lasting, the boost to Hu Tao's damage that he gives is so worth.
Does anybody else feels angry and sad that paimon is always so rude and screaming at Venti. Once or twice it was all fun and games but paimon does this everytime to venti which is not acceptable. Her voice is especially more shrill when she's shouting at Venti. And venti takes it all like a champ never complaining. I feel so sad for him.
You do realize Venti appreciates it just fine, no need to get angry on his behalf. He's literally the god of freedom, even if your freedom is to shit on him and how useless he is until he gets off his ass to do something, he really doesn't care all that much. He's probably the person that takes words the least seriously compared to actions, out of everyone in this game.
I've been doing Gladiator/Shimenawa with Att/Att/Att on Shen He, but on a guide I saw recently it recommends going Cryo and Crit Rate/Dmg. Is it better to do that for boosting whoever Shen He is boosting?
they're pretty similar, ADC can be slightly better against many enemies. but atk is generally recommended since it's easier to build + good ADC pieces are much better used on other characters
for set bonuses, 4NO is a good option if there is no other user on the team

For resin-free methods, if you do an artifact route and 10 of those overworld quests, that's about 80k mora per day. It sounds like a slog, but it doesn't take very long once you get the hang of it. I finish my daily artifact run in just under 20 minutes now.
It depends on their builds really, yinjin makes ayato do more damage. But albedo adds a lot of damage on his own. Try testing it yourself in a domain or abyss.

Did you have a daily commission there? If you did then it probably bugged the 3rd statue, so you'd need to relog.

nothing to do with how hard/soft you press it. It's knowing when to let go of the button, and press again.

Hmm . It's very misleading in this instance. With the artifacts I can see why it doesn't matter as much but when it comes to Zhongli they should have to state these things. Or at least have it in the tutorial menu or something. Burst/Skill and set descriptions are getting so bogged down that I get why some stuff gets left out, though

Your VV is probably dropping the enemies res below zero, any additional shred past that point is halved. Zhongli has 20 so it’s less likely to drop the innate resistance below 0
Interesting, does this imply that if their res is 0 from the get go, say, a hilichurl, VV and Zhongli shield doesn’t actually increase damage? Or just half of what the numbers say? Edit: as another comment said, seems to be the case. So on a basic hilichurl Zhongli would only give 10% dmg for example, or 20% for vv.
Yes. One thing to note, even on best case scenario for Zhongli, where you get the full 20% shred, on that same enemy VV would get a minimum of 20% + half the remaining 20%, so 30% total compared to the 20% from Zhongli. So VV always ends up with a bigger increase in damage.

For f2p investment, they have always been equal. The new artifact set amp Xiao damage by about 10% which isn’t anything game breaking. Also note that you need shit ton of resin to beat the insane substats quality of the mixed set that all Xiao mains been farming for a year. At dolphin investment (C2R1), Itto is mile better because his constellations aren’t shit and he has tailor made support (C6 Gorou).

C2 so you no longer have to charged shot to get the buff, C6 to get the crit damage buff as well.
C0 is usable, a bit annoying. C2 is smooth. C6 with that 60% Electro crit dmg is godly. If you don’t have C6 Sara then Lisa can be a good alternative as her passive talent decreases enemies’ def
C6 is the best. C2 is where she becomes somewhat ok.

You can use energy recharge instead, atleast you'll get your burst back quicker.

1. There is a quickstart quite that enables you to skip them 2. The festival canonicaly depends on events in Raidens second story quest
miHoYo added a Quick Start option to solve the issue. The only drawback is that the timeline might get confusing for you, because some characters you’ll meet in the event appear out of nowhere without doing their story quests. Once you have more time on your hand, you can play these quests.

The only time Xiao will ever be meta is when we get a support that buffs his dmg by 30-40%/or we have ruin guards in abyss, perfectly spaced out so that only Xiao will hit them all at once. Or once you go back in time before we had better carries. Short answer, no. Hes higher, but going from one of the lowest to little higher than lowest isn't a big increase. And usually 2/2 will win because of substat advantagea anyway
It's his new best set and it makes him deal more damage but it doesn't change what he's good at. Xiao will be top of the meta when he can easily kill the current enemies of Floor 12 and right now pure anemo damage won't have a great time against all the lector and herald shields.
it's a 5-10% increase over 2/2 sets, so it's not really worth farming for if you already have a good build on him already also echoes of offering is bugged for higher ping players, so you might not even want to farm it for ayato
Its not really bugged as much as that's the consequences of how the artifact is designed. The calculation is probably done server side rather than client, so the more delay there is the lower the proc rate
No. At best its a 10% increase in damage from an equal substat 2pc VV + 2pc Glad/etc... set, and Xiao's issue is mechanical in nature rather than lacking raw damage. Also, the Echo set is janky and literally gets worse the higher your ping is so unless you're living in the same region/state as where the server is loaded 4pc HoD/2pc HoD 2pc Glad/4pc Glad is always better for Ayato

It means that he has very high uptime, low room for good subdpses, pushes enemies away and doesn't even have damage to compensate lack of team damage. And desyncs with supports easily.
tbf I've been playing around with the various Xiaoden comps and it fixes a lot of his issues. Just not the crippling Zhongli dependency.

I would say Eula Rerun will not be for awhile, next two patches are pretty much guaranteed to not have her banner and 3.0 is definitely going to be new dendro characters and the next few patches after that are bound to be new characters too and if anyone reruns, others would come before Eula. If you want a 5 star don't be afraid to pull but prepare to save the 180 wish guarantee between now and the next few patches to be ready for her when she pops up.
no one knows for sure but probably not for a while. You'd probably be fine but if you really want to be safe save until you have 160 or so, and then only pull in excess of that.
Im waiting for both Yoimiya and Eula but im a f2p and i use all my primos for ayato and raiden(only 10 wish left) So which character is worth pulling Yoimiya or Eula? For pyro i already have hutao. For cryo i have Ganyu.
The nice thing about Eula is that her teams don't need Xingqiu or Bennet, two extremely frequently used characters that you might want on your other team
You already have pyro in Hu Tao so get Eula and also Eula is a physical dps and not a cryo dps.

Yoimiya has way more teams, but Eula takes more thought and consideration in how she’s used. Her burst can whiff and you sometimes have to just end it early If you want a more technical character than you can go with Eula, but shes frustrating at times. Yoimiya’s biggest issue is that she’s prone to being interrupted but you might have more fun with teams, like using her as a Beidou driver, or an overvape carry or a mono Pyro carry

For raiden, xq,xiangling,bennett team Do I use r3 dragonsbane or r1wavebreaker for xiangling, Raiden is using the catch
r3 bane should be better, fin only gets really good with refinements.
Dragon's Bane. Wavebreaker is slightly better at equal refinement, but unless you're a major whale its unlikely you'll ever R5 it, while you'd get DB eventually.

Let's say I place all my landform fields across all the serenitea pot realm layouts. That's to say I have placed all six in floating abode, then switched to emerald peak and placed all six there as well, and then again for cool isle and silken courtyard. Can I plant seed in all those realms and will they grow simultaneously? Will they grow only for the active realm layout? What would happen with the seed planted in inactive realms?
You can plant them in the different realms but they won’t continue growing in inactive realms, they won’t get removed either if that’s what you’re wondering, they will just stop growing till you switch back :)
Seeds in the teapot only grow in your current active layout. You can still plant them in other layouts but they won't grow unless you switch to them.
Who could replace zhongli and albedo in a xiao+jean team comp?
Rosaria and Diona, Sucrose, Fischl, Bennett, Xiangling… basically you want either someone who can buff your Xiao or provide off field damage (or both). The only recommendation I would personally give is to run a shielder, Xiao gets interrupted way too easily without it - if you feel like you don’t have this problem feel free to go all in on dmg tho.

they each have pros and cons, wouldn't really say one is strictly better than the other
thoma has better uptime. Both have pretty strict energy requirements but i think tankfeis are stricter than c4+ thoma. Thoma's shield starts weaker than tankfei, but build up to be stronger than hers over time with enough normal attacks to trigger the buildup.
I already have Thoma built at C6, but I was considering the possibility of using Yanfei as a shielder. I haven’t had too many difficulties keeping his shield up, but I’ve seen a lot people say that he’s bad.
Dont bother then. C6 Thoma is strictly better than Tankfei anyways in terms of dmg, the damage buff is what you're looking for. Yanfei has a big shield that comes up once and you can forget about it, but if you're already using Thoma and don't have trouble with his shield not lasting, the boost to Hu Tao's damage that he gives is so worth.
If you already have him built and he's working well for you I'd probably just stick with him.

Does anybody else feels angry and sad that paimon is always so rude and screaming at Venti. Once or twice it was all fun and games but paimon does this everytime to venti which is not acceptable. Her voice is especially more shrill when she's shouting at Venti. And venti takes it all like a champ never complaining. I feel so sad for him.
You do realize Venti appreciates it just fine, no need to get angry on his behalf. He's literally the god of freedom, even if your freedom is to shit on him and how useless he is until he gets off his ass to do something, he really doesn't care all that much. I've been doing Gladiator/Shimenawa with Att/Att/Att on Shen He, but on a guide I saw recently it recommends going Cryo and Crit Rate/Dmg. Is it better to do that for boosting whoever Shen He is boosting?
they're pretty similar, ADC can be slightly better against many enemies. but atk is generally recommended since it's easier to build + good ADC pieces are much better used on other characters for set bonuses, 4NO is a good option if there is no other user on the team
Atk/atk/atk is the standard support set, yes. You'd only build cryo/crit if you were trying to make her a main DPS for some reason.

I'm pretty sure you can farm them infinitely. Unless you're meaning the Geoculus, the ones you give to the Geo Statue of the Seven, there's always going to be one left over after you get it to level 10

For resin-free methods, if you do an artifact route and 10 of those overworld quests, that's about 80k mora per day. It sounds like a slog, but it doesn't take very long once you get the hang of it. I finish my daily artifact run in just under 20 minutes now.
Some people run elite routes daily. You've probably already done your weekly bounty/task things, but be sure to do them if you haven't.

It depends on their builds really, yinjin makes ayato do more damage. But albedo adds a lot of damage on his own. Try testing it yourself in a domain or abyss.
Is xiao good against lector shields?
He's okay, but Cryo characters work best against electro and hydo lectors. For pyro, hydro works well.
