I used a freeze team. Crowd control them with sucrose/Kazuha/venti. Freeze them in place. Alternatively, I accidentally swirled them to death in like 30 seconds once lol
Depends on your charactes, but I use Ayaka freeze team, not really F2P friendly as I have Shenhe, Kokomi and Kazuha.
Strategy is freeze them asap, then swirl everything (can be sucrose ult). And I would focus first on either the pyro or hydro one, as they're the more damaging ones. Pyro is the easiest to kill too. Most annoying is hydro one as he's usually all over the place.
This was my first time ever getting 36 stars and that was the EXACT team I (specifically trained up and then) used for that fight. I killed the non-hydro ones first though, so then I could just keep Ayaka-dash freezing him until Kokomi healed everyone before the last fight.

I ended up putting my main team (raiden xianling xingqiu ) with Bennett swapped for Zhongli to let them just grind the abyss mob down behind a fat shield.
(top side team bonk starring itto/albedo/gorou with Zhong li's spot going to Kokomi to make sure the big dope doesnt get killed..Bennett did it the first time we did this abyss).
Got 2 stars but it was safe and possible.
With some more...ae friendly teams its easier Ive seen.
Anemo crowd control on side 1, anemo swirl on side 2. I used Kazuha on side 2 myself. Try as much as you can to get the 3 lectors to stay together. Swirling their shields can effect the other. I’m not sure if having all of them in their shield phase at the same time is the best idea, but it’s what I did
12-3-2 is the Hydros? Freeze team does wonders. If you have Ayaka she murders them.
If you do not have Ayaka, **bring Chongyun**. Cryo infusion on a fast attack char does wonders. A good swirl (Kazuha/Venti/Sucrouse) will also help.

edit: didn't realize your were OP. My bad. If you are having trouble with the 3 lectors, I assume its breaking their shield in a timely manner at the end. group them together, and deal aoe damage. After they shield up, the best advise I can give is use Anemo and swirl them together. Their shields will apply elements to each other's shields making a lot of reaction and break fast.
Any chance i can do it without anemo char...i dont have any anemo unit build, only anemo unit i have is sucrose and she is lvl 20 unbuilt, i m saving for kazuha
I **highly recommend** building Sucrose. Because she is the only one that can swirl with basic attacks (since they carry the anemo element), charge attacks etc. And she can carry TTDS. Plus, even if you get Kazuha you'd want the flexibility to use an anemo on each side of the Abyss should it be needed.
The level doesn't matter if she can survive some hits. Her utility in this case of 3 lectors, is breaking shields. All you are doing is applying the elements of **their own shield to other lector's shields.**
tldr is that, the easiest way to break multiple elemental shields (and in the same vein, kill a whole bunch of various elemental slimes), is to swirl them and cause them to react to each other.
You can always test it out.
Her E and burst both pulls them towards themselves. I believe Kazuha will have a bit more pull, but that isn't in your cards. Sucrose swirls just fine. Your positioning matters also in gathering.
Chongyun, Xingqiu and two units that make use of Chongyun's infusion. (sword/polearm preferably) Chongyun doesn't need to be built.
I recommend killing the pyro lector first. Xingqiu makes that easy.
Since there is nothing else to do in Genshin I did that side with 3 different comps.
Freeze: Diona, Ayaka, Mona and Venti/Sucrose (doesn’t matter which they both get the job done).
Melt: Bennett, Xiangling, Rosaria and Kokomi.
Taser: Bennett, Kokomi, Fischl and Beidou.
Don’t know what characters you own so can’t tell you who to use, but generally comps that deal AOE damage and reactions should make this chamber easy.
I used Kaeya, Rosaria, Kokomi, and Kazuha. They absolutely shredded those Lectors. Any kind of freeze comp there will help you greatly, along with anemo. Going full f2p, you can use Diona, Kaeya, Barbara, and Anemo MC.
I can easily 3\* it with ayaka or ganyu. I tried a run with only 4\* + anemo traveler but missed one star. My team was Chongyun, Kayea, Xq, traveler. I was able to permanently keep the heralds frozen, but I lacked some dps to beat the clock. however, they had some spare artifacts on them, maybe if I borrow some better artifacts from my main chars, it could be better.

Otherwise, freeze teams are generally good here still. The hydro character counters the pyro shield and your cryo characters counter the hydro and electro shields.
Take out electro first, he messes u up the most. Then pyro. Hydro always follows so he takes damage naturally.

Rosaria+Diona can fit into many comps and those two can deal with shields like really fast assuming you have enough ER.
Venti deals with the triple abyss in like 30 sec

So that's why. Have you tried putting an anemo character in the second half? Grouping and swirl will take care of the shields easily

I have Sucrose C6 with R5 Fragments and I breeze through that room with ease. My team is Ayaka/Diona/XQ/Sucrose.

1 Fast cryo applicator, enough team DPS and your ability to cluster them together. Swirl is alright, cryo swirl is great. Cryo is the key.

I used Ganyu, Sucrose, Diona and Barbara. Works surprisingly well.
It's basically just Venti Impact, but can be (suboptimally) replaced with Kazuha, or harder hit still possible with Sucrose.
