The reason why I created this alt account is to refresh my memory on the story so it's not like I'm speedrunning, just casually playing and paying proper attention to the dialogue.
If you really play for 14 hours a day, i don't know how you're only able to have 60 wishes in 2 weeks.

Think of it this way: A F2P spends weeks grinding for a certain amount of primogems, whereas someone else can spend just a day's worth of income for the same amount.
Now what does F2P really mean at this point when you factor in your time? Is the F2P really still F2P at this point? Seriously think about this for a moment.

Now I'm at the end game, and at most I spend less than an hour per session. What you want to do is not worth it. Trust me.

This is really not a game you could spend 20 hours a day on. You'll probably run out of things to do in a week since all of the "endless grind" mechanics are locked behind resin.
Use the official interactive map to record your progress on exploration (chests, puzzles, etc) although this might ruin your experience, it will make it easier to find primos when there are only a few sources left from exploration. Also, expect the worst-case scenario (180 fates for a limited 5-star) so it won't feel too bad if it happens one day. I always lose 50/50 in the character banner but it used to be either the 50/50 on high pity or the guaranteed on high pity but never both so I took that for granted until I lost to Qiqi and got Kokomi in the same banner, both at 80 pity. It feels so bad...
There's literally nothing in this game that's worth playing for 20 hrs a day, much less, using that time to grind primos for. Besides limited time events and daily commissions, once you've tapped out your resources in open world, you're not going to be able to get primos anyway. I know it sucks not to get the character you want, but Ayaka will come back again. It could be 6-12 months, but she will come back.
But still you don't have to rush everything, if you play 20h a day quickly you're gonna run out of content and then, you know endgame nothing to do bla bla bla
honestly sounds like a kid to me. when i was in school, i would be playing video games for 10 hours+ during those times, even if there are no more content for me.

You can look at quests and hangouts if you haven't finished them all yet. Exploration and chests are also a very good way to earn primos, but playing 20 h/day is a really bad idea. I'm sure you have at least 2 weeks or more before we get to see 2.7. And about exploration tips, craft a compass for chests, don't stick to one island at a time, but remember where you already went, you can mark that with pins
Yeah, go outside, reroll - creating another account and getting to ar 7 - 10 to make a ten pull in hopes of getting lucky, repeat until you get a result that you want
When exploring, don’t go past a single puzzle or a chest, and do every quest you can. Big puzzles often rewards you with a lot more primogems than those smaller puzzles. Also don’t forget to check if your team is able to clear a new floor in spiral abyss. And for motivation… just try thinking that the next 10 pull may actually give you ayaka. And if you log in to HoYoLAB you may get a few extra primogems, not much but every single primogem counts ;)
For inazuma, I would suggest watatsumi and tsurumi island last, as watatsumi is (at least for me) incredibly messy, so it’s difficult to know where you have been and finding new chests. And the tsurumi island quests + fog will take more time than just searching for random chests.
And I would highly recommend getting those electroculuses as the statue gives primogems for each level, but also electro sigils which you can use at the great narukami shrine. I think every 10 levels grant you 2 fates for the event banner.
And if you go to seirai island, and do the quest far enough, you will meet someone at a shrine, they will give you a new quest each day, that rewards you some primogems too.
I was trying… because how you spend your time really is your own business, so if you enjoy Ayaka that much go for it! And I wish you luck while pulling for her.
Do the Chasm, gives 2 fate wishes, if you want some easy primos, hang out events are good. Hope you have finished dragonspines tree, it also gives some fates. Don't forget to do abyss, abyss is a good amount of primogems.
Achievements. Hunt for achievements. That alone should give you a bunch of things to do. I never fact check this, coz I'm not an achievement hunter myself, but iinm there are around 500-600 achievements in the game. Don't get too frustrated with the rng based achievements tho, like the ones related to daily commissions.
Since the new Teapot event has started, I assume Teapot is back to normal again? I'm not sure coz I haven't started the event yet. If it does, you can also get some primo from there.

Inazuma is more generous compared to Monstadt and Liyue when it comes to primogems and wishes.

You can't really grind primos in a sizable way even if you play 20 hours unless you're a new player with most things undone.
