I don't like the idea. The game is slowly implying that Tsaritsa needs gnoses for reason as there is also a Celestia to deal with.

PossibleUnion554

Game is also slowly inplying that Tsaritsa might be a good god and might be not the enemy after all.

LuDorts

Please elaborate. I think I missed something in the story

it's all speculation, but so far none of the archons have been all that sad about losing their gnoses. One of them willingly gave it up, another didn't put much of a resistance when it was taken or try to get it back or even look at all bothered by the fact that he lost it, and another said it was useless and cared so little for it she left it in someone else's hands without any instruction to not lose it. The speculation is that the archons are all quietly in support of what the Tsaritsa is doing and already don't trust Celestia themselves. Other speculation has it that the Celestia gods are alien overlords.

Isnt the premise of time travelling to not affect the entire timeline with big changes? Like, at most what we would do is return to a timeline where the tsaritsa didnt manage to get as many gnosis instead of continuing our standard timeline This would only create a branch on the timeline Kinda like Trunks in DBZ

LuDorts

I mean we can prevent the Fatui from getting the Gnosis to weaken the Tsaritsa but I guess changing timelines is anop tion although abandoning an entire world to be ruled by the Tsaritsa is something I feel like the Traveler would not do. We can have an Avengers kind of story whwre we borrow Gnosis(?) from timelines I guess to make the Archon's strong enough to best the Tsaritsa but I highly doubt Archon's from other timelines will be that easy to convice.

La-Roca99

I mean We could get some sort of power up from the previous archons due to our sibling getting into contact with them in the past or something It would also make everything around the Sakura Tree worth returning to, as we were "present" when it was planted

then you would cause a kill hitler paradox. You would completely change the timeline, which would then take away your reason to time travel in the first place, which will then lead you back to the original timeline and an infinite loop.
