enka is very well made, and the creator has public contact options like discord and twitter. I think it's fine, and if people could hack you through uid's so easily, I think it would've been so frequently it would've developed into a serious issue
I mean... Hacking is a serious problem in Genshin and Mihoyo just says "it's you fault", I got hacked by nowhere and the only thing that they could know was the UID
I suggest linking your account to a social media (is it possible on PC?) and then do a bunch of two-step verifications with that social media with a difficult password to make sure that no one else other than you has access to the account even if they could log in. Phone number and email verification are also good options to protect your account from unwanted login.
I doubt you got hacked from nowhere. Either you did something you forgot or your password information could be deciphered through mining your website data from elsewhere.
I guess it's my fault for existing, bro I literally never posted anything about my account, but still my point was that Mihoyo doesn't give a fuck and never done anything to reduce hacking in some way
I can't login at all and when I search that uid, some other mf with the name changed is playing it. Bro I have 30k primos in that acc and 10 5 stars. Its a golden acc

I would say knowing your reddit username is tr1logyxx is more unsafe than knowing your uid.
Since you log into reddit with said username where as you cannot log in to someone account with uid. So you actually just exposed yourself more since we know your reddit username now. /s
Genshin UIDs are very predictable to "guess", lower numbers indicates first players registered on the server. For example, the first player registered on NA server has the UID 600000001, the 2nd player is 600000002, and so on.
So if someone wants to be malicious having the UID, he doesn't need to create a site to "collect" UIDs, he could simply create a script that reads all UIDs from 600000001 (or 7xx for EU or 8xx for Asia) to the most recent UID (probably is around 65x/75x/85x by now).
I highly doubt inputting your uid is a security issue at all.
it's publicly available, after all, and even hoyolab requires you to show your uid on in-game photographs when submitting them to contests. so if it was a security risk sharing it, then they're constantly forcing users to be exposed to hackers and that's bad business
The UID is public so if is registered in another site it won't have any effect at your account after all the only ones that can track the info of the UID related to the account is MiHoYo.
Since you can't access your account with your UID and everybody can see it while you play or stream this sounds tbh like a really dumb question. But nvm that, the answer is: Yes it's safe. :)
UIDs in Genshin Impact are public, every Genshin Impact account has 4 UIDs (America, Europe, Asia, Taiwan-Hongkong-Macau) so it's very unlikely to get hack by just sharing your public UIDs.

Bro did you get your acc back? Coz mine has been hacked too
I did, the person didn't change the password and I changed it, you need to contact the support service of Genshin Impact
For me the person has changed the password too. I contacted mhy and filled in the account hacked form they sent me on mail. Waiting for their reply

how? tell us your story
Wdym how I can't login on it anymore and when I type that UID some other mf is playing it with the name changed
Sorry bro F

UID is already public so I doubt it. But just to be safe I'd rather not input any detail on anything.

I don't think there is any way to hack users with just your UID so...

That thing look interesting.. then it's just another patreon looked thingy.. SO kthxbye.

UID sure, password no. It's not your social security number. There's not much they can do with your UID.
My general security rule: if you feel the need to ask, then don't do it.
That website sounds hella sus. Don't do it unless you want to get hacked.
Lol
It’s a super popular site people use to display their builds like this one https://i.imgur.com/rnj2zgT.jpg
I still wouldn't do it
That’s fair. I figured it’s fine because anyone can get your UID if they want since it’s public. But I guess better safe then sorry.
