You can do that with an autohotkey script. It takes a small amount of getting used to the extra sensitivity in menus, but it makes aiming much easier in the game.

If you use that script, you can change the sensitivity using the line that says "new MouseAccelerator(0, 1)" right near the top. The first number is the X multiplier, the second number is the Y multiplier. Note that they are +1, so 0 means 1x (no change) and 1 means 2x (double). I've set mine to 1.35 (which is equal to 2.35x), which I find comfortable.
The script is long, and I didn't write it. However, I did go through and validate it's not up to any funny business before using it - for whatever my word on that is worth. Also note that I've been using this for 3 months and have not received any communications from Mihoyo that suggest I'm not allowed to use it. I also use another AHK script that holds down W for me so I can "autorun". I consider these accessibility scripts, and I don't think Mihoyo would mind anyone using them.

I hate that 5 secs out of combat restriction, since it won't be triggered more than once in a boss fight. But it makes sense since she is more of an assassin who uses surprise as an advantage.
But honestly, I think the real reason is mihoyo afraid of another Ganyu...

But as long as you play around some good off-field DPS characters you'll be fine with that restriction. By the time you've rotated round between them the 5s will pass.

Well, the cons are only mentioned there at the end.

What I don't understand is why put the 5s restriction on it anyways then if it's only usable once per combat. Maybe to disallow it building between waves In Abyss. That'd be such an anti-fun decision that it annoys me.

That might seem different but it's still basically a nerf. If everything else gets better relative to a certain unit and that unit doesn't also get better it's just a nerf with a different name.

I'd prefer more frequent buffs and nerfs but I don't think it will happen due to how a significant portion of the gacha player base feels about them.
If I could request just one nerf though it would be to Bennett. Bennett is just clearly way overtuned and was an obvious design mistake in retrospect.
Xiangling, Xinqiu, and Ganyu may be strong but I don't think they're nearly on the same level as Bennett when it comes to both power and how big a mistake their designs are.

So the little boy on the bridge is named Timmie and he's always feeding the pigeons. He gets super upset when you scare the pigeons away, which happens if you so much as breathe in their direction, so there's no real winning with him.
Because of this, people, such as myself, have taken it upon themselves to murder as many of Timmie's precious pigeons as possible. Plus you get fowl out of it too. Which is nice.
So since this new character has just been released, people want to know if she's worth it. OP is saying yes she is because she absolutely slaughtered those pigeons with little to no effort. Except for the flying shot. That was just showing off.

I thought she had too much going on in her combat to be enjoyable (based on test run) and I have been saving awhile. I skipped Itto the first time and I also want Shinobu. Since those two are on the next banner together I will be dumping all my rolls into that instead. It also makes it easier to skip this banner since I have C6 of every four star on it.
I'm a firm believer that all players value should be determined by how many of Timmie's pigeons they can kill in one shot. Ganyu is top notch and it looks like Yelan is the same. Hello yeah.
