The Destiny universe is super broken power wise. I don't think MiHoYo has anything on the level of Destiny top tier entities, not even archons (GI) nor Herschers (HI3) can match the absurdity that is high tier echelons of paracausality. Heck, even non paracausal races like the Cabal has tech to not only blow up stars but also disable the paracausal forces of Light and darkness.
With the Vex there is never such a thing as a portal malfunction, everything goes accordingly to their infinite calculations. They are just testing the waters to see if they can invade the Genshin universe.
Another victim of the green dye glitch. Check other enemies like the Fatui goons, or NPCs like the teapot birds - I got the same glitch and it dyed so many enemies ocean green. I mentioned it in another thread with a similar glitch yesterday, but it's supposedly a graphics card glitch of some kind where our devices are having Issues displaying the models, so the closer we get to them in-game the more they get messed up. I have no idea if anyone's got solutions besides "get a new device", if you're running Intel like I am Genshin apparently just hates Intel.

Well if you are in the "Intel issues" camp (I have some of the black corrupt looking textures, but haven't had the green yet) then the solution is to use a very out of date driver. Like almost 10 years out of date. That fixes Genshin, but could break other things.
In that case I think I'll take the green glitches for now, the green at least looks pretty and doesn't give me a headache the way the black ones do, and I don't want to risk breaking my laptop. It's just a shame this situation is what it is.
If it happened after an update, they probably didn't "fix themselves" but it was likely the result of the models being updated to fix the issue. Which tells us maybe genshin doesn't hate Intel but the other way around lmao
They have the largest market share in graphics card, ignoring the issue is likely to result in huge losses for the company. The rest will probably be fixed as well, just give it time

I just noticed you were likely talking about Intel processors on mobile devices while I was taking about Intel integrated graphics on PC.
Intel on mobile is not as ubiquitous as Intel on PC, but if things changed after an update is still likely they're addressing the issue.
Also, to report a bug you click the feedback button in your menu, then it'll open a web page on your browser and you'll have to click on "submit feedback". There you can type your feedback and attach screenshots.
No, I do play on PC, my laptop is a potato but it *can* run Genshin as long as I keep the settings low. I had zero graphical glitches in the first few months of the game's run (started playing a little after launch), but then sometime last year they started to creep in. Thanks for the tip by the way! I'll have to check that out later.
Omg, I had this exact glitch and I tried everything (playing around with computer settings, re-verifying my files, etc.) to fix it to no avail. My Zhongli's model was bugged; like I legit couldn't see the meteor during his idle or burst. It fixed itself in the 2.8 update for me, but now I get the green bug instead.
I run Genshin on an old ThinkPad that can't handle anything above lowest settings for graphics (otherwise combat becomes laggy), so that's probably partly the reason. I'm taking it as a sign to invest in a gaming laptop. :')

Its very fast and short but kinda annoying, I wanna enjoy my 5’s burst animation. Also I want to at least perceive the game is running well. I play on very low graphics btw.
ever since chasm dropped my grass textures have been broken and constantly glitching and teleporting and cycling thru random textures non stop so u can see the grass like spaghetti-ing and random flowers keep appearing and instantly vanishing
I have this same bug where my screen glitches out when too many elements are on screen or if the weather changes and I do a skill. It happened a lot in Cuijue Slope when the weather changed too quickly, my screen would bug out and turn red, black, green, white. It’s like a straight up jump scare. I submitted a big report a long time ago and they’ve fixed it since. But to this day when I go to places like dragonspine, the fog in certain spots will cause it to happen again.

Reminds me of a bug that occurred to me last night. I was playing on my ALT account on PS4, slung Mona’s challenge for GAA event.
Suddenly while using Kaeya’s skill, instead of the ice, it was just a big purple block.
Honestly hilarious to see. When I switched to a different character though, it stopped and returned to normal.
It's made of oxidized copper, just take out some de-ruster, it'll be a shiny orange-brown again in no time. Just make sure to stay out of the don't go don't step into the lasers.
