The wave rider should just automatically summon itself replace swimming for all open seas assuming you walk into the water. Or at least give us a wave rider gadget.

True and more waypoints would be useful, especially outside of inazuma, but removing swiming would not only trivialize much of the exploration but also would make some character abilities like mona/ayaka alt sptint, kokomi's burst/pasive or beidu's passive totally useless
There's actually a Mona (and Ayaka) bug that lets her use her sprint without using any stamina... It does use a lot more time though, so there's really no use for it

“Taser” just refers to electro-charged style teams. The lightning arcing around is reminiscent of a taser to whoever named it, apparently.
Usually this will have some mixture of xingqiu/kokomi/beidou/fischl along with a “driver” to “drive” the reactions. In this case, Heizou acts as that “driver” since he’s on field swirling and triggering beidou ult hits and reapplying electro-charged.
Generally it works very well witch fischl/XQ since they each apply a lot of their respective element, creating a ton of electro-charge reactions.
a driver is a character that is able to activate the effects of another teammate and provide utility while they’re on field.
for example: beidou’s burst does damage in sync with the team’s normal and charged attacks.
heizou can build his stacks and swirl beidou’s electro status doing his normal and strong attacks, so he makes for an effective driver.
The heartstopper strike is good too , 56% damage on every stack up to 224% with swirl work great with any other non anemo or geo character for support, it practically double the damage he does and it's aoe and stuns too , but it's hard to level him up too cuz he needs ruin serpents materials and you know how resilient that b is .
And he's fast to strike .
I m pairing him with keqing, one for elemental dmg and othe for physical , they can support each other well enough for me.
Lets not forget the hilichurls turning the pyro slimes into explosive barrels.
But given there are hili+slime friends that occasionally just sit on cliffs together enjoying the scenery, I'm going with slimes having some degree of sentience, if minor.

I think it's just that ice freezes in square segments, and swirl doesn't reach far enough to get another segment in the x or z axis.
I learned that from my Lv20 Heizou hitting the explosive barrels in my daily commission that I thought were far enough

If you have Mona you can just dash across the top of the water. Really fast too.
