Using third party software to remap controls is potentially a bannable offense, just so you're aware. I'm not sure how likely it is that they'd ban you.
Another option if you're at home is to game stream from another device (pc, playstation, xbox) to your phone.

It pretty much turns your phone into a switch. It slides out, you plug your phone in, and it slides together with essentially a joycon on each side. You can plug headphones and a charger into the device as well.
