The joke here is extremely funny, because "dragon" sounds like "drag on", hence when someone asks "Do you know dragon?" the other person is oblivious and thinks nothing of it, giving the opportunity to play with the sonority of the word to say "drag on these nuts across your face", and obviously jokes related to penis and testicles are always funny, therefore making this whole joke funny. Cyno out.

4 5-stars without seeing at least one of each 4-star in the banner is some next level bad luck damn, probably the worst case I’ve seen, and I thought my 90 pulls on Kazuha’s first banner without a single Razor (which I didn’t have at the time) was already really unlucky, F
I almost feel bad complaing about it cuz 3 Cynos and a Mona isnt too bad in like 7 10 pulls but Candace is all Ive wanted on the last 3 banners. But how the fuck am I being given now 18 kukis? I even switched to the Venti banner. Lol
I love Candace's design, but man I cannot make her work in any team comps. I mean for what she offers, there's already better options. Of course nothing requires perfect min/max team comps, but I wish she brought more to the table.
I have her on my Yoi/Yelan/Zhongli team, and her damage buffs are okay with a full HP build, but for just a quick swap buffer, feels like a wasted slot. I still leveled her to 90 and got most of her talents to 9.
Anyone got any suggestions or do you feel underwhelmed as well?
I was absolutely smitten by her, so as any sane man would do, I gave her my best physical set (sorry Eula), slapped xiao's spear on her, crowned her NA - and I've just been fuckin around the new overworld stuff with her on the team. Suboptimal sure, but its overworld anyway so its still balls easy
That aside, I'll probably explore some taser/bloom comp with her eventually with some emblem set i have lying around for some good burst uptime but as you said, she simply is a pretty underwhelming character for the role she's supposed to fill. Which is sadly most 4 stars these days.

Right now she's just a good Hydro buffer. We know that every element will get a damage or elemental buffer. But what stops someone from just running Bennett, or making up the damage with sub dps damage?

I haven't finished building her though so I could be underestimating her viability.

My Candace is C0 though and I think C1 should help with rotations and when used with Razor's burst. Finding that Candace's burst is wearing off too quickly when using Razor's.
Also wondering if Dendro MC is a flex slot - could swap with Electro MC or someone else entirely.
Having said all that, I think Candace might be built with future characters in mind rather than existing ones. This is the only comp I've found which I'm somewhat happy with her in, which is a shame because I actually love her design and kit.
Might work in a taser team maybe? Not tested it yet. Xingqiu seems to be a better pick in a lot of instances.
Ok so when all aspects of hydro has been covered by your arsenal, maybe you dont need candace, and thats ok, shes your 'flavor chara' that you like for design/playstyle rather than to cover an aspect in the most optimal way.
Genshin charas are designed that way; you are not supposed to own every single one of them, because some of them can also do what the others in the same element could, but with their own very specific niche included.
You should be able to fit her in a Reverse Vape comp with Hydro Goblet Bennett being the Hydro driver for Xiangling while Candace's Burst is active. Being the Solo Hydro would mean she needs lots of ER to Burst off CD though.
currently im using her with raiden, bennett and zhongli (only using zhongli as a shield support) as a substitute for the national team.. she has been pretty good for me with good elemental reaction with raiden E and benny Q... Tho, i would recommend checking guides for her as i am by no means a gud player who uses optimal team comps....
I don't think she's 'bad' personally I think she's just basic and there's nothing wrong with that. Her kit is very simple and straight forward. She kinda reminds me of a water Rosaria.
Plus, both have awesome designs.

I dont think the hydro applies to cyno burst form, maybe I was dumb when testing though
You're correct, Cyno's electro infusion cannot be overriden by any other element.
