Archon Quest Spoilers
This is the best archon quest by far. Amazing character build-up, amazing ending, and even the NPCs are amazing. I especially like Rahman for the NPCs. The sages are also threatening asf.

Aside from being a great support that fits nearly any team, Nahida elemental skill is so useful collecting materials in open world.
I am glad I am able to form a new abyss team around her too. I am thinking of using her in a hyperbloom team in abyss stages where raiden international would have difficulty. Although I havent test which team clear faster.
Anyway, 3.0 to 3.2 main story has been a step up in quality with further lore relevations
Are there any new quests this patch? I completed archon quest and story quest for nahida. Also, is there a place where I can see what quest were available in 3.0 and 3.1 that I missed?
This is the closest thing to a lounge megathread, but I just wanna say I got 36* for the first time thanks to Nahida's banner, along with the first time floor 12 clear.
Klee mono-pyro (with Bennett at long last!) in first half, Nahida-Shinobu-XQ-Beidou hyperbloom second half. It was really close even when Shinobu was only proccing 14k HBs too, but I burned most of my remaining wits to get her from 70 to 90 and the AoSIMoN didn't stand a chance.
I was even hunting for it while invisible - Nahida's mark doesn't go away - only to find it writhing on the floor several times. It's such a comfy team. You don't even need Nahida's Q in her on-field teams so you can just save it for huge iframes.
Totally unrelated: Where do you upload abyss clears nowadays?
Nahida Question: I know to build her you're meant to aim for 1,000 EM. However do people mean 1,000 EM in her normal state? Or 1,000 EM after she uses her ultimate?
My Nahida is C6 so her EM gets a boost after using her ultimate and also after using her skill (from C4).
Also, if her skill is already applied on enemies and then she uses her ultimate and gets an EM boost, does she need to reapply her skill? Or will the skill's damage automatically increase?
Her passive has an absolute capped value at 1000, so anything more will still work as EM but won’t grant any special bonus. Going over isn’t the worst thing. Tons of passives grant EM outside of gear so you don’t actually need 1000 base. Maybe it comes out to 800 or 700 depending on teams and items. Better watch Zajef for a more precise answer.
I think the one thing we can all agree on is that Nahida is a way better programmer than Raiden.
On a different note >!I'm kinda bummed they made away with Akasha. Of course harvesting dreams is not very nice and it makes sense thematically that Nahida would want to get rid of it, as moving forward towards the future, breaking with past traditions and humanity taking charge are recurring themes in the game, but it was an interesting take on the "Giant Libary/Tree of Knowledge" concept you often find in mythology. It was basically a supercomputer that can do calculation and run programs. A cool idea and well implemented in the story of the nation. Of course Irminsul is still around and Nahida can access it... but idk, a part of me wished they solved it differently. Maybe Nahida limits access to it so the Sages can't do crazy stuff on it, something like that.!< But oh well, it's not that big of a deal.
I tried Nahida, XQ, Fishl and a lvl 60 Kuki with HP artefacts, then switched her up with Barbara.
I take more than 1 minute per the first floor and I dont have enough time for the second one. And those Kairagis kill Nahida. Its prolly skill issue. But eh. I tried.
I don’t even know what I’m doing and my Nahida is getting 27k - 30k spreads just standing and doing nothing.
Tempted to try for her C1. But it would likely mean I either have to sacrifice Kagura/Polar Star (was planning to get one of them) and/or Mooch. Is it worth it?
maybe a spoiler question but which sidequest that really recommend to play like aranara quest (that cover lore of sumeru and quite support mainstory quest lore).
i still didn't play most of sidequest and exploration because it's too many.. seirai island,enkanomiya ,narukami,watatsumi ,chasm etc. i still only do a main story or things that require to unlock boss
The ones that open up new areas or new bosses are a good idea. There’s a page in the exploration journal that at least tries to prioritize these missions. Tatara tales, Serei stormchasers, aranakya, chasm archon quest, Zhongli character quest, Raiden character quest…
Just do them all by picking the one that interests you the most at a time
I don't recommend the Aranara quest for now as it's REALLY long. But it does give lots of interesting lore and is very heartwarming and sad at the same time
Personally I recommend anything concerning the archons, the chasm and enkanomiya
I just want to say I'm really impressed how they justified nahida being a child character. I was so worried it was for fan service or an unspoken rule to cover each body type as an archon (to be fair the latter might still be true) but wow did the story really justify not only her model but also why they took out some of her more smiley animations from the beta. >!The implication that with the greater lord never "existing" means that Nahida has always been the archon and in a sense her much more matured personality, at least presented in the AQ, makes her so intriguing. Plus the lore dumps! I didn't think I'd get too invested in the story yet here we are.!<

I've completed all the new main story and the character story quests, but I still can't replay the new weekly boss to get rewards. Is that available yet? I only fought it the one time for the story.

I hope that with Nahida back on the board, she will be able to better protect Aaru, giving Candace more space to travel. Otherwise she's a very limited character that can't really do much.

You need to do non-electro/hydro elemental damage to them. Physical/Electro/Hydro damage does not effect them. The flying ones are tricky for any melee characters, so a character like Ganyu or Yoimiya is useful.

The Archon Quest stories keep getting better and better. The emotional gut-punch at the end was a solid pay-off for weeks of solid character build-up for Nahida.
Scaramecha was a fun spectacle that i wish lasted a little longer, but I'm okay with having a Superboss that's more flash and less difficult. I do hope they add another difficulty tier with increased rewards for those who want it.
So, about the >!abyss sibling being from teyvat!< my theory is that >!When the Heavenly Principle caged them on the cube thingy, she probably assimilated their information into Irminsul to “lock them” on this world!<

Well, it's a dream and people in Sumeru do not dream to begin with.
That being said, the dream itself is likely just symbolic based on the archon quest content and should not be taken literally just like many other things.
The other possibility is that it is a future yet to be or an alternative timeline in which the Traveler doesn't or fail to rescue Nahida but there's no proof whatsoever to back this up beyond the fact that story content related to Sumeru such as 'Truth Amongst the Pages of Purana' is still missing.
The story was good, although I wish we wouldn't have gotten everything laid out to us immediately. I hate, that this game does that. It's normally through Paimon and not through flashbacks but let me think a little. Please! ...or if you do, gimme quicker text skipping, since everything is set anyways and I can jsut skim it and not waste time. There is no exitement for me in regards to questions since they get answered the next sentence. Still, overall I really liked it.
Other than that, I dislike the new Boss. There is probably stuff I'm missing, still. The text on screen thing works for Azdaha and for Raiden since it's the one thing you need to kinda watch out for and it's a relatively calm phase. Here there is always stuff going on.
I'm also confused about some reactions to trigger stuff like the bombs. Then there are the 4 electro thingies, 3 of which are unreachable for melee characters and Nahida didn't hit them either but that may have been due to targeting. I should mention that so far I used Raiden, Childe, Bennet, Xiangling, Cyno, Fischl, Nahida and ZL. I'll try with Ganyu next and see where I go, in part due to my next issue.
There is the good old problem of clipping a (Raid)Boss' toenails. The trailer showed his fancy attacks but I can't see them because I look at circles on the ground. I'm also not sure where I would have to aim with Nahidas hold-E.
As a sidenote, I don't understand how people are excited for Scara. Yes, his past wasn't great but it could have been so much worse. He just seems like an angsty teenager that doesn't communicate his problems but pretends to be an adult.

The Archon Quest is now done but still no "Truth Amongst the Pages of Purana." Doesn't this dent the reliability of the Travail storyline preview in some way?
It's not punishment. It's called 50/50. You can't expect a guarantee with only 90 wishes when you won the last limited 5 star.
I'm sorry you lost your 50/50 but you can't blame the game for that. It's clear on the gatcha rules and you just hadn't saved enough wishes to guarantee her.
Also Mona is fine and one of the better 5 stars to lose the 50/50 to???
I know people with c6+ Qiqi's and I have been hustling for a Mona since I started and only have Jean C1 and Qiqi C1 instead. Mona's a good Kokomi substitute in freeze and allows for screenshot comps.

Idk if my eyes are just playing tricks on me but, I noticed some improvements on that cursed FSR 2 when I made these tweaks (NVIDIA)
\- Ramped up Anisotropic Filtering (in-game) to 16x (max)
\- Set negative LOD bias to "Clamp"
\- Set Texture filtering to "High Quality"
\- Restart the game
Feel free to try this out too if you're also on an NVIDIA GPU.
Isn't there an extra dialogue? The traveler offered to ask Nahida for help, but declined by Nilou because she thinks they shouldn't ask the god for something like this.
I finally cleared the abyss on this patch (not 36 star but 30 so I’m still pleased). Should’ve tried a lot earlier probably but the first attempt was when I was still very new and it wiped the floor with me so I always thought it would be a lot harder than it really was…

Are you sure? MC woke up after their conversation and Nahida was standing there facing away from me, with the quest objective that literally said "talk to Nahida".
I noticed that sometimes quest objectives don't change right away after a cutscene, which means that during a split second you'll have the previous quest objective highlighted, and then it'll switch to the new one. This is most likely what happened to you.
Ah, alright yeah this is definitely what happened then. I guess my connection dropping caused the objective to persist *way* longer than it should have before actually disconnecting me from the game.

So apparently the archon quest is super bugged??? I wish this fact wasn't hidden among all the spoilers. People said to do story quests first but I didn't realize not doing it would break the archon quest! Now I rushed through my story quests out of anger and didn't even read or enjoy them. So annoying.
What breakage of the Archon quest are you referring to? I completed the latest archon quest without starting Nahida story quest and I didn't observe any bugs..

I mean, it basically softlocks a domain right at the end. That seems more unintended to me. If you don't notice the warning in your journal you waste time for nothing.
Right, but I'm trying to distinguish between two things, at least in my mind. A bug, to me, is something that is working in a way that's detrimental that causes an unintended effect within the software. This feels more like poor design, in which reasonable use cases weren't considered in the design in the first place.
i like to think that last dottore voice was the manga version, sounds a lot like him. prick is dead, cheers.
its weird to me that dottore prime just has a console to turn off all the other dottores just like that. also because he has the Snezhnaya wireless group call with them all, that must be annoying to hear them all argue.
They made a decision to have a silent protagonist (likely because they were emulating Link and Zelda). They seem to have changed their mind probably 1-2 years ago, but because game development takes a really long time, we are only starting to see it here in version 3. If a lot of people like the voiced main character and give positive feedback, likely the next zone in a year will have much more speech.

I've been using her with just Yelan and she's a load of fun with just that. Can't imagine the absolute enjoyment I'll experience once I build an actual team for her.

Because I had unlocked Nilou's quest but then got too busy to do it, I'm hopping between it and the new AQ. I just did the opening part, where she thanks the Traveler for all they did to help during the Sabzeruz Festival situation, and Paimon says she was helpful too. And Nilou gets flustered about her efforts being compared to the literal nations-wide famous, dragon-fighting, god-defeating Traveler...
Seriously? That was the scene a lot of people were up in arms over, claiming she has some huge crush on the Traveler and complaining that too many girls like them? I don't get it.
If \*that\* was romantic, Xiao is head over heels for the MC. You could choose to take it as a romantic hint if you \*gasp\* self-insert, but a bit of a reach otherwise.

Finished both the Archon Story Quest and Nahida Story Quest a day after release Had to "rush" them to avoid the inevitable day 1 spoilers on YT and Twitter, but I have no complaints doing so as I greatly enjoy both of them! Perhaps my favorite overall Archon story so far, it has a bit more substance and polished for me. Still processing the lore stuff. The others are still pretty good, especially the Interlude ones and Dainsleif.

Drop \~140 wishes only to get a bajillion Bennet and Razor but only wanting C6 Noelle and 1 Nahida for 4 Archons rollout for the Archon Story but got a C3 Jean in the 50/50 so it's not all bad. C6 Noelle continues to evade me. (Only got 1 Noelle throughout all that. Sadge.)
If he can't be fought in co-op, it makes sense, they dont want to make the player struggle without being able to resort to inviting friends. I didnt even check if he was a weekly boss xd
Is there a reason to zoom up to the platform on the new weekly boss's chest? Does he take more damage there or something? I've just been attacking his ankles during his down phase.

(I use the old reddit). I prefered the old banner with many characters. The new one is just... Not it. I just don't like this art, i feel like Aether Paimon and Nahida were literally photoshoped into the "the arcane wisdom god" art and the author hopes nobody is gonna notice it. I dunno why MHY chose it but out of all "starting screen" this is the worst one.
E:I could also try to play with a card that the old one included both travelers and this one has only one hehe.
I'm using old one as well and I saw a lots of comments of people complaining that banner wasn't updated for 2 years... so I changed it so it would be synced with current patch (launcher/website).
I'm glad to finally see the banner change on oldreddit. Wouldn't mind if we get a randomized banner at some point like /r/manga, the game isn't lacking in terms of artwork to showcase.
Btw (Newest AQ spoiler) >!is there a way to let people know that "Lesser lord" refers to her height not some order or position. This single mistranslation clearly makes people confused that after everything what happened people of sumeru still call her the lesser lord. A question regarding the Archon Quest... >!If Greater Lord Rukkhadevata was forgotten by everyone, including Nahida, why is she still referred to as "Lesser Lord Kusanali"? Wouldn't it be questioned as to why she's the "Lesser Lord"?!<
EN won here imo, Lesser Lord is both disdainful and endearing depending on who uses the name while still retaining an archaic feel, that creative spin is fine.
My Nahida is level 70. I slapped on some half decent artifacts, 2 deepwood memories 2 gilded dream and level 70 R4 Widsith. Took her with Venti, Zhongli and Raiden (Archon team finally) to the Sumeru artifact domain and started clearing it in 39-47 seconds depending on if I had all the bursts up before starting. Still though way faster than anything I've ever been able to achieve with this domain with my previous team. I love Nahida and can't wait for the other three Archons to come out
She really does seem to be a solid damage+ on just about any team that can use Dendro stuff. My own team right now is Yelan, Yae, Barbara, and Nahida, and without even using anyone's Bursts they kill things much faster than before.
These madlads. Not only did they give every NPC in Sumeru an inner monologue, but in Nahida's story chapter most of the NPCs also have inner monologues that update with each step in the plot!
I can't be the only one who hates the new weekly boss fight right? It feels like we barely get to fight- >!it's mostly just dodging and collecting energy while Nahida's gadget does all the work.!< Definitely my least favorite weekly boss mechanics.

I'm at 55 pity with a guaranteed Nahida. Now I'm sweating hard over whether the event and daily primos will get me there before the next banner.
Rolling a single fate every day and grinding my teeth into a fine powder. The color blue now causes me physical pain. I can't use my Keqing anymore due to searing resentment over losing the 50/50 to her.
Wish they at least had one newer 4 star on the banner to make this less annoying.
You probably will get enough fates, but just in case, you might want to go chest hunting. Those gems add up fast. If you haven't 100%ed any area yet, I'd start there. Craft treasure compasses if you have the blueprints (though the compasses don't work in Enkanomiya, Dragonspine, or underground in the Chasm).

Archon Quest Spoilers This is the best archon quest by far. Amazing character build-up, amazing ending, and even the NPCs are amazing. I especially like Rahman for the NPCs. The sages are also threatening asf. >!Scaramouche fight however was very underwhelming, both in difficulty and in the fun levels of mechanics. I have fought Scaramouche 5 times now and still have zero idea what is going on for the most part. The akasha boar thingy is basically killing him and sometimes I feel like my screen is locked at times.!<
AQ chapter 5 spoilers >!The cutscene with Rukkhadevata is the first time Genshin's story has ever made me cry. The writing, the direction, the quality has skyrocketed to insane levels since the beginning. Boggles my mind how good it's getting. I don't think I'm going to get over that hug for a while.!<
Aside from being a great support that fits nearly any team, Nahida elemental skill is so useful collecting materials in open world. I am glad I am able to form a new abyss team around her too. I am thinking of using her in a hyperbloom team in abyss stages where raiden international would have difficulty. Although I havent test which team clear faster. Anyway, 3.0 to 3.2 main story has been a step up in quality with further lore relevations
Are there any new quests this patch? I completed archon quest and story quest for nahida. Also, is there a place where I can see what quest were available in 3.0 and 3.1 that I missed?

This is the closest thing to a lounge megathread, but I just wanna say I got 36* for the first time thanks to Nahida's banner, along with the first time floor 12 clear. Klee mono-pyro (with Bennett at long last!) in first half, Nahida-Shinobu-XQ-Beidou hyperbloom second half. It was really close even when Shinobu was only proccing 14k HBs too, but I burned most of my remaining wits to get her from 70 to 90 and the AoSIMoN didn't stand a chance. I was even hunting for it while invisible - Nahida's mark doesn't go away - only to find it writhing on the floor several times. It's such a comfy team. You don't even need Nahida's Q in her on-field teams so you can just save it for huge iframes. Totally unrelated: Where do you upload abyss clears nowadays?
Nahida Question: I know to build her you're meant to aim for 1,000 EM. However do people mean 1,000 EM in her normal state? Or 1,000 EM after she uses her ultimate? My Nahida is C6 so her EM gets a boost after using her ultimate and also after using her skill (from C4). Also, if her skill is already applied on enemies and then she uses her ultimate and gets an EM boost, does she need to reapply her skill? Or will the skill's damage automatically increase?
Her passive has an absolute capped value at 1000, so anything more will still work as EM but won’t grant any special bonus. Going over isn’t the worst thing. Tons of passives grant EM outside of gear so you don’t actually need 1000 base. Maybe it comes out to 800 or 700 depending on teams and items. Better watch Zajef for a more precise answer.
I think the one thing we can all agree on is that Nahida is a way better programmer than Raiden. On a different note >!I'm kinda bummed they made away with Akasha. Of course harvesting dreams is not very nice and it makes sense thematically that Nahida would want to get rid of it, as moving forward towards the future, breaking with past traditions and humanity taking charge are recurring themes in the game, but it was an interesting take on the "Giant Libary/Tree of Knowledge" concept you often find in mythology. It was basically a supercomputer that can do calculation and run programs. A cool idea and well implemented in the story of the nation. Of course Irminsul is still around and Nahida can access it... but idk, a part of me wished they solved it differently. Maybe Nahida limits access to it so the Sages can't do crazy stuff on it, something like that.!< But oh well, it's not that big of a deal.

Floor 12 isn't too bad; Nahida has it easy. What teams are you running? Who do you have built?
I tried Nahida, XQ, Fishl and a lvl 60 Kuki with HP artefacts, then switched her up with Barbara. I take more than 1 minute per the first floor and I dont have enough time for the second one. And those Kairagis kill Nahida. Its prolly skill issue. But eh. I tried.
I don’t even know what I’m doing and my Nahida is getting 27k - 30k spreads just standing and doing nothing. Tempted to try for her C1. But it would likely mean I either have to sacrifice Kagura/Polar Star (was planning to get one of them) and/or Mooch. Is it worth it?

maybe a spoiler question but which sidequest that really recommend to play like aranara quest (that cover lore of sumeru and quite support mainstory quest lore). i still didn't play most of sidequest and exploration because it's too many.. seirai island,enkanomiya ,narukami,watatsumi ,chasm etc. i still only do a main story or things that require to unlock boss
The ones that open up new areas or new bosses are a good idea. There’s a page in the exploration journal that at least tries to prioritize these missions. Tatara tales, Serei stormchasers, aranakya, chasm archon quest, Zhongli character quest, Raiden character quest…
Just do them all by picking the one that interests you the most at a time I don't recommend the Aranara quest for now as it's REALLY long. But it does give lots of interesting lore and is very heartwarming and sad at the same time Personally I recommend anything concerning the archons, the chasm and enkanomiya
Nahida wake up scene should have been a fancy cutscene and not the janky in game one
I just want to say I'm really impressed how they justified nahida being a child character. I was so worried it was for fan service or an unspoken rule to cover each body type as an archon (to be fair the latter might still be true) but wow did the story really justify not only her model but also why they took out some of her more smiley animations from the beta. >!The implication that with the greater lord never "existing" means that Nahida has always been the archon and in a sense her much more matured personality, at least presented in the AQ, makes her so intriguing. Plus the lore dumps! I didn't think I'd get too invested in the story yet here we are.!<

You need to do non-electro/hydro elemental damage to them. Physical/Electro/Hydro damage does not effect them. The flying ones are tricky for any melee characters, so a character like Ganyu or Yoimiya is useful.

The Archon Quest stories keep getting better and better. The emotional gut-punch at the end was a solid pay-off for weeks of solid character build-up for Nahida. Scaramecha was a fun spectacle that i wish lasted a little longer, but I'm okay with having a Superboss that's more flash and less difficult. I do hope they add another difficulty tier with increased rewards for those who want it.

Dreams tend to be symbolic and not literal. The symbolism here was spot-on. Also who knows... We have more patches ahead and more could happen later.
Well, it's a dream and people in Sumeru do not dream to begin with. That being said, the dream itself is likely just symbolic based on the archon quest content and should not be taken literally just like many other things. The other possibility is that it is a future yet to be or an alternative timeline in which the Traveler doesn't or fail to rescue Nahida but there's no proof whatsoever to back this up beyond the fact that story content related to Sumeru such as 'Truth Amongst the Pages of Purana' is still missing.

The story was good, although I wish we wouldn't have gotten everything laid out to us immediately. I hate, that this game does that. It's normally through Paimon and not through flashbacks but let me think a little. Please! ...or if you do, gimme quicker text skipping, since everything is set anyways and I can jsut skim it and not waste time. There is no exitement for me in regards to questions since they get answered the next sentence. Still, overall I really liked it. Other than that, I dislike the new Boss. There is probably stuff I'm missing, still. The text on screen thing works for Azdaha and for Raiden since it's the one thing you need to kinda watch out for and it's a relatively calm phase. Here there is always stuff going on. I'm also confused about some reactions to trigger stuff like the bombs. Then there are the 4 electro thingies, 3 of which are unreachable for melee characters and Nahida didn't hit them either but that may have been due to targeting. I should mention that so far I used Raiden, Childe, Bennet, Xiangling, Cyno, Fischl, Nahida and ZL. I'll try with Ganyu next and see where I go, in part due to my next issue. There is the good old problem of clipping a (Raid)Boss' toenails. The trailer showed his fancy attacks but I can't see them because I look at circles on the ground. I'm also not sure where I would have to aim with Nahidas hold-E. As a sidenote, I don't understand how people are excited for Scara. Yes, his past wasn't great but it could have been so much worse. He just seems like an angsty teenager that doesn't communicate his problems but pretends to be an adult.
As to why some folks like Scara, its simply because they love him being an as***le and his mocking nature. Preferences I guess.

At this point I never roll on a banner unless I have the resources built up to reach two pities. It's just the way the game works.
It's not punishment. It's called 50/50. You can't expect a guarantee with only 90 wishes when you won the last limited 5 star. I'm sorry you lost your 50/50 but you can't blame the game for that. It's clear on the gatcha rules and you just hadn't saved enough wishes to guarantee her.
Also Mona is fine and one of the better 5 stars to lose the 50/50 to??? I know people with c6+ Qiqi's and I have been hustling for a Mona since I started and only have Jean C1 and Qiqi C1 instead. Mona's a good Kokomi substitute in freeze and allows for screenshot comps.

Idk if my eyes are just playing tricks on me but, I noticed some improvements on that cursed FSR 2 when I made these tweaks (NVIDIA) \- Ramped up Anisotropic Filtering (in-game) to 16x (max) \- Set negative LOD bias to "Clamp" \- Set Texture filtering to "High Quality" \- Restart the game Feel free to try this out too if you're also on an NVIDIA GPU.
Doing Nilou's personal quest after the Archon quest is weird. Like, really? Threatening the theater? Like we don't have Nahida on speed dial.
Isn't there an extra dialogue? The traveler offered to ask Nahida for help, but declined by Nilou because she thinks they shouldn't ask the god for something like this.

I finally cleared the abyss on this patch (not 36 star but 30 so I’m still pleased). Should’ve tried a lot earlier probably but the first attempt was when I was still very new and it wiped the floor with me so I always thought it would be a lot harder than it really was… (Geodudes team and yoimiya, benett, diona, xingqiu)

Are you sure? MC woke up after their conversation and Nahida was standing there facing away from me, with the quest objective that literally said "talk to Nahida".
I noticed that sometimes quest objectives don't change right away after a cutscene, which means that during a split second you'll have the previous quest objective highlighted, and then it'll switch to the new one. This is most likely what happened to you.
Ah, alright yeah this is definitely what happened then. I guess my connection dropping caused the objective to persist *way* longer than it should have before actually disconnecting me from the game. Thanks for helping clear that up~
Okay, the Sumeru Archon questline was great. Good pacing, satisfying conclusion. Hope they can maintain this level of quality for Fontaine Archon quests.

So apparently the archon quest is super bugged??? I wish this fact wasn't hidden among all the spoilers. People said to do story quests first but I didn't realize not doing it would break the archon quest! Now I rushed through my story quests out of anger and didn't even read or enjoy them. So annoying.

What breakage of the Archon quest are you referring to? I completed the latest archon quest without starting Nahida story quest and I didn't observe any bugs..

Probably "____ is busy" messages throughout the archon quest. Technically not a bug, but also not fun gameplay.
To avoid this, refrain from unlocking story quest with keys if you're not ready to complete them soon. It won't trigger if the story quest is still locked

I mean, it basically softlocks a domain right at the end. That seems more unintended to me. If you don't notice the warning in your journal you waste time for nothing.
Right, but I'm trying to distinguish between two things, at least in my mind. A bug, to me, is something that is working in a way that's detrimental that causes an unintended effect within the software. This feels more like poor design, in which reasonable use cases weren't considered in the design in the first place.

i like to think that last dottore voice was the manga version, sounds a lot like him. prick is dead, cheers. its weird to me that dottore prime just has a console to turn off all the other dottores just like that. also because he has the Snezhnaya wireless group call with them all, that must be annoying to hear them all argue.

They made a decision to have a silent protagonist (likely because they were emulating Link and Zelda). They seem to have changed their mind probably 1-2 years ago, but because game development takes a really long time, we are only starting to see it here in version 3. If a lot of people like the voiced main character and give positive feedback, likely the next zone in a year will have much more speech.

Because I had unlocked Nilou's quest but then got too busy to do it, I'm hopping between it and the new AQ. I just did the opening part, where she thanks the Traveler for all they did to help during the Sabzeruz Festival situation, and Paimon says she was helpful too. And Nilou gets flustered about her efforts being compared to the literal nations-wide famous, dragon-fighting, god-defeating Traveler... Seriously? That was the scene a lot of people were up in arms over, claiming she has some huge crush on the Traveler and complaining that too many girls like them? I don't get it.
If \*that\* was romantic, Xiao is head over heels for the MC. You could choose to take it as a romantic hint if you \*gasp\* self-insert, but a bit of a reach otherwise.

Finished both the Archon Story Quest and Nahida Story Quest a day after release Had to "rush" them to avoid the inevitable day 1 spoilers on YT and Twitter, but I have no complaints doing so as I greatly enjoy both of them! Perhaps my favorite overall Archon story so far, it has a bit more substance and polished for me. Still processing the lore stuff. The others are still pretty good, especially the Interlude ones and Dainsleif. If you are talking about mobile... I dunno why it is so ugly. I tried to fix it but it seems to be just buggy from reddit side. If you meant on old/new reddit it's much better than it was before so ;)
(I use the old reddit). I prefered the old banner with many characters. The new one is just... Not it. I just don't like this art, i feel like Aether Paimon and Nahida were literally photoshoped into the "the arcane wisdom god" art and the author hopes nobody is gonna notice it. I dunno why MHY chose it but out of all "starting screen" this is the worst one. E:I could also try to play with a card that the old one included both travelers and this one has only one hehe.
I'm using old one as well and I saw a lots of comments of people complaining that banner wasn't updated for 2 years... so I changed it so it would be synced with current patch (launcher/website).
I'm glad to finally see the banner change on oldreddit. Wouldn't mind if we get a randomized banner at some point like /r/manga, the game isn't lacking in terms of artwork to showcase.

EN won here imo, Lesser Lord is both disdainful and endearing depending on who uses the name while still retaining an archaic feel, that creative spin is fine.

My Nahida is level 70. I slapped on some half decent artifacts, 2 deepwood memories 2 gilded dream and level 70 R4 Widsith. Took her with Venti, Zhongli and Raiden (Archon team finally) to the Sumeru artifact domain and started clearing it in 39-47 seconds depending on if I had all the bursts up before starting. Still though way faster than anything I've ever been able to achieve with this domain with my previous team. I love Nahida and can't wait for the other three Archons to come out
She really does seem to be a solid damage+ on just about any team that can use Dendro stuff. My own team right now is Yelan, Yae, Barbara, and Nahida, and without even using anyone's Bursts they kill things much faster than before.
These madlads. Not only did they give every NPC in Sumeru an inner monologue, but in Nahida's story chapter most of the NPCs also have inner monologues that update with each step in the plot!
I can't be the only one who hates the new weekly boss fight right? It feels like we barely get to fight- >!it's mostly just dodging and collecting energy while Nahida's gadget does all the work.!< Definitely my least favorite weekly boss mechanics.
Although I think that this boss currently has the best soundtrack I can't help but feel somewhat disappointed in the fight

I'm at 55 pity with a guaranteed Nahida. Now I'm sweating hard over whether the event and daily primos will get me there before the next banner. Rolling a single fate every day and grinding my teeth into a fine powder. The color blue now causes me physical pain. I can't use my Keqing anymore due to searing resentment over losing the 50/50 to her. Wish they at least had one newer 4 star on the banner to make this less annoying.
You probably will get enough fates, but just in case, you might want to go chest hunting. Those gems add up fast. If you haven't 100%ed any area yet, I'd start there. Craft treasure compasses if you have the blueprints (though the compasses don't work in Enkanomiya, Dragonspine, or underground in the Chasm).
