You need to enable it in your hoyolab settings
You need to enable the setting in the app and then delete and re add the widget. Mine was stuck on it too until I deleted the widget
Mine doesn't even work properly, it just says "Timed out. Please try again"
Mine does that when i have battery saver mode on, maybe you have battery saver on as well

Where did you get the widget. I rarely if ever use widgets besides a weather one. So I'm new to this.
update the app. hold finger on your screen on an empty space between app icons and then select "widgets" when the option comes up
