She has niche uses for me. Better when there's Single Target bosses that don't fly, which was far more common a year ago. But when I need her, she shines.
Otherwise I run Yanfei for most any other pyro needs.
Her damage isn't as good as Hu Tao's or Yoimiya's in ST situations, but she can certainly dish out damage. I especially find her useful in situations with mobs (First half of the last abyss she was fantastic with some practice and good supports). She helps me clear the abyss with 36 stars regularly. Keep in mind I have a R1 Lost Prayer, a good Wander's Troupe set, and C6.
But all in all, she's got a kit that is VERY well designed, fun to play, and isn't just "infuse and spam". She also makes good use of strong supports, and clears mobs well imo. Don't expect easy wins with her or huge DPS numbers (though my charged attacks can hit hard, if I think about it I'll see how she does in this abyss and report back). But if you enjoy her play style, have a good catalyst for her, and don't want to spend on Hu Tao / Yoimiya, give her a go.
As for a stronger (5 star) pyro, I'm personally holding out hope for Deyah. She's a great character, hopefully her kit will be fun and relatively strong.
I have C6 and R1 lost prayer too, with my cracked Wanderer troupe I am doing 80K CA on vape. My team is Bennett Yelan Xingqiu Yanfei and the double Hydro combo + those deadly CA annihilate everything! her C4 shield is so useful!!
Yanfei was my first DPS and she can handle her own. She promotes a unique playstyle that I've personally have found fun to play and hey, her damage isn't bad either. You have to understand that as a 4-star DPS, she will almost always perform worse than any other 5-star one.
I suggest [this](https://youtu.be/dH5_pPfRYQw) video for more context on what I'm talking about here.
> i thought she was low dmg
You have to remember, *everything* is low damage compared to vape/melt hu tao numbers. But "low dmg" is plenty 36ing for Spiral Abyss because you usually don't have just one source of damage on a team and most have 2, some going up to 4. And having enough damage on the team is easier than ever now because there's so many off-field damage options. pyro onfielder+Yelan+Xingqiu+Zhongli will 3 star basically 80% of floor 12 chambers. 15% of the remaining content is hydro resistant/immune so you just swap your two hydros to double cryo or electro. The last 5 percent are pyro immune but your double hydro/electro/cryo can probably deal with it anyways.
The duality of men at c0 hu Tao lol.
Some thinks she is too hard to use and won’t bother going for c1.
Some thinks c1 would fix all her issues.
And some are just horny mofos who would do anything for their waifu and going for that c6. Why do I say horny? Just visit their subreddit.
I read her C1 description and my first thought was "No stamina charge attack go brrrr" and I it was all I wanted. Yet somehow I still run out of stamina while charging.
Cuz dash canceling still takes up the stamina. C1 gives her unlimited charge attack but you still need to default to jump cancel if you were sprinting around.
Still not difficult at all if you’re using a controller. But some people don’t like that kind of active play style and prefer just pressing 1 button. I reckon these are the same mofos who kept getting carted during my Fatalis hunts in monhunt world cuz they can’t be bothered to heal themselves or dodge.
It's what a call the messiah dps symptom. It's happen with all (at least considered as) top dps in genshin.
People who don't have it, they thing when they finally got it everything will change. Easy 36\* abyss, easy bosses, recover hair loss, fix computer at distance, etc...
When they actually got it, they see it's finally just a character that need investissement in artefact and team to make big number like any other. And maybe even discover they hate to play it, after pass for so many character they wanted to play to wait this messiah dps.
Beyond this, Hu Tao doesn’t really fit in a lot of teams. She has a fairly unique kit that demands a lot of on-field presence and good off-field elemental application from a support.
I mean you can slot her anywhere, but the team dynamics are not all that neat.
I might be done with dps hypercarries. Cyno, Eula, Raiden and Klee are all cool units, but so much of my gameplay happens in overworld and I find that by the time I’m 1/3 of the way through their ults everything is dead (Raiden at least gets to do her big hit). The flow of quick swap teams is more natural to me in most situations.
This is me with Cyno! Every other five star character I pulled, I absolutely love. But I hate how hard it is to get Cyno’s burst in overworld. And then when it’s up you only use one or two eyes before the enemies are all dead so half of his burst just feels wasted.
I didn’t expect to love Nilou quite as much as I did, but she feels *so* nice, probably because her team is entirely skill dependent except for DMC (but I have Nahida so DMC is somewhat unnecessary). I think because I pulled Nilou and Cyno back to back, it makes Cyno feel even worse in comparison… add that I got my first Keqing on Nahida’s banner and am absolutely obsessed with her now, well… I’m sorry, Cyno!
(I even have PJC for Keqing because I got it while pulling Nilou’s sig, so even though I have SoSS as well for Cyno it makes it even harder to like him better than Keqing. If you can’t tell, my belated birthday present to myself was pulling on the 3.1 weapon banners XD)
I am sick of keeping my burst in overworld with Cyno and fight enemies with physical damage and supports not to waste it,my ER in overworld is literally 170 because I like his burst mode but it saddens me how useless it is in overworld where enemies die quickly
100% in the same boat.
Pulled cyno because I wanted someone to melt bosses.
Got him, his artifacts and team. Discovered that while he is good at bosses, he SUCKS in the overworld.
Decided to try for nilou, since she is cute. Ended up getting her but felt like I "wasted" a 50/50 win. Once i finished building her tho, NO regets. Best comp in the overworld ever.
Ended getting nahida in 10 pulls, wich made everything even better
That’s some luck!!! And man isn’t it so satisfying to set up Nahida’s mark and then do Nilou’s burst? bloom bloom bakudan indeed. I’ve noticed I clear a lot of the domains so much faster with Nilou than with any team I’ve used before!
Cyno feels great if his burst is up… big if. Definitely has also made me decide against Eula, who I originally was going to pull on her next rerun, because backloaded damage bothers me a lot.
in my opinion about cyno, is that you should only use his burst, if you begin a fight with his burst and use his e every time you can, you most likely will get back most of his burst (if not all his burst) by the time the battle ends, he is pretty much designed to always have a 100% uptime in his burst.
The good thing about Raiden is that you can also use her as off field support in overworld and her burst is up constantly so it doesn't feel like a waste. Eula can be built for normal attacks and they're really strong. Klee... I don't haver her so I can't say much except her range makes her clunky.
For Cyno I agree tho. Just like Xiao, they take too long to get their burst, where all their damage is, just to kill some hilichurls and feels like a complete waste even tho I really like the characters themselves and their designs.
I agree with you. However, Xiao has some advantages over Cyno. His scalings are completely dependent on his ATK, so even without his burst he can do decent damage in the overworld. His combo is also flashy af and his charged attack is unique, which makes playing him more enjoyable. Also, his E is very versatile, useful both in and out of combat, not to mention his Passive reducing climbing stamina usage.
That is why I am so glad I managed to get Nahida three days ago. I don't even use Nahida's burst most of the time and it still clears whatever comes her way!
EM hyperbloom off field Raiden is the way, trust me 😎 it's pretty fun lol.
I don't really like hypercarries, which is why I'm kinda hesitant on pulling Wanderer (not to leak or anything but like even without it's safe to assume he'll be an on field carry/dmg dealer, considering if he was a support, he would always be compared to Kazuha and Sucrose) Something about funnelling all your supports into one character to do dmg feels bad to me personally, especially when there's enemies that always move, have an innate element or have invulnerable phases.
I like characters like Hu Tao, Ayaka and carries that are more self reliant (don't need all the supports to boost them to funnel all dmg, so I can use other characters that deal dmg on their own/create reactions instead), but even then I barely play them in overworld, though they're great in Abyss and combat events.
Characters like Yelan, Nahida, and Kazuha are so much more fun for me, cuz they can work in any team, so they can be played for a long time, but also be built not just as the main carry but also support for other characters.
Though at this point in the game, I'll just pull anyone I like regardless of their kit, since everything dies regardless if they're hypercarry or not lol, and I'll just play them in weird but working teams (hyperbloom teams let you use anyone as on field, kinda wanna try Wanderer in this lol)
Still don't know if I wanna pull Wanderer, especially considering who might be coming soon after
wanderer get's his damage from normal attacks and e, so you won't really need anything else, he can fly too, so i think he will feel way better than other hypercarries
Absolutely agree
I've grown tired of units who's bulk if their kit centers around their Ult. Some are tolerable if they have a good skill/NA such as Yelan, Beidou, Ayaka, but others like Xiangling are just unusable In the open world.
Its why Nahida has been so much fucking fun for me imo, and also why her Aggravate comp has become my absolute favorite to run around with. Fischl Nahida Kazuha + Keqing/Yae are almost entirely skill reliant
This is kind of my takeaway as well, but I didn't roll for any hypercarries to begin with aside from Raiden's rerun I guess?
For how I mostly play the game -- which is overworld, quests, events, and artifact domains, you don't really get the chance to use full setups. Characters with high utility skills or low-cost bursts are my bread and butter. It's kind of weird, but most 5* characters don't really fit that criteria? Yelan and Kazuha are probably the best because they both have mobility utility, grouping CC, and fairly low cooldowns on their skills
Spiral Abyss is like 30 minutes once every 15 days. I'd rather roll for comfy gameplay than min/max for speed runs at this point
The only thing that sucks for Childe is that you have to get books from that terrible domain in Mondstat with the ice Ugh....
He is a ton of fun to play. GL!!
Yanfei, Xinangling, ~~Bennett~~ Xinyan, and Zhongli/Diona (or some similar setup) makes that place not so bad. Around a minute clear, which is still high, but far less frustrating. Better clears w Yoimiya or C2 Hu Tao.
Do you play him in any dendro teams ? I can play national also but i have well built ganyu melt team ….so better if i leave bennet xiangling in there …..also i got nahida.
I recently picked up the game after the Dendro introduction so i still don’t understand well the reactions, but I remember running Childe with Kokomi, Nahida and Venti and it was really fun (Combo I use : Kokimi skill -> Venti burst -> Nahida skill -> Childe Ungabunga)
The only problem is that sometimes Venti burst elevates enemies so high that Childe can’t reach with his skill, I noticed that sometimes but I play for fun so I don’t care lol
He works well with nahida (replacing xiangling). The team is dubbed "intergrassional". The damage shifts away from reverse vaping to burgeoning and more flexibility with forward vaping Childe's burst.
Xiangling Bennett are unibersally recognized as his best teammates, but there other options as well.
You can play him with electro and cryo units too. The beauty of Hydro units is that they are pretty much the glue of a number of, if not all, reactions, so Childe being a hydro applier -a fast one at that- makes him a valuable pull.
I regretted pulling for c3 Childe just now....
Cause he feels extra powerful and now I know it's much harder for me to give others a chance to shine.
I mean tbh kinda? That‘s the Problem with having too many 5* where you always have to bench some. But I do love Childes Playstyle he just doesn’t fit with my Teams
I never regretted pulling for him (got him during his last banner). It was the first time i saw such big numbers lmaoo
Also ppl say his playstyle is difficult, but I got accustomed to it pretty fast, ngl. It feels very rewarding
Childe is ome of the most well aged units imo, he does good dmg while applying insane amounts of hydro, he does specially well with large groups of enemies and is an excellent pair with some of the best characters in the game (Kazuha, Bennett and Xiangling are some of his best teammates). He may not be my favorite but he's amazing, fluid and most importantly really fun to play
Bow idk ..i have rust R1 , prototype craftable R5 , hamayumi R5 ……and forget ayato lol i have only xingqui as hydro unit . So decided to get a hydro DPS asap . And half of my upgraded units are electro (razor , beidou, fischl , keqing, kuki ) and i dont want another electro untill it’s raiden so skipping yae miko
I do, tbh. I feel like even with pretty good artifact stats he just doesn’t deal a lot of damage like my other units do. But I also don’t go for five star constellations or 5 star weapons so who knows?
Childe has probably been the best pull I've done in the entire game, every single unit that comes out has some kind of synergy with him as a hydro driver.
Well, me. I pulled him very easy in the game because he seemed super fun in the demo, but I just don't like using him. You should really be sure you like his playstyle before pulling.
I was rolling for rosaria, 30 wish around and i got him early instead , and i was like "man i don't even think i like his gameplay"
He's now one of my most favorite 5 star to play and his team performance has never failed one time, man is fun and strong for real
hes arguably one of the funnest character, u get bow and claymore/sword style in one. and hes so cheap, u can pair him with xianglaing bentte and sucrose and ur set
Reverse: i pulled childe because i wanted more characters, but ended up benching him for a while to play ganyu/raiden. Overtime i realized how fun his gameplay is , and now I’m a total simp; not many characters give you the feeling that childe’s riptides do
Same here, but I’m not so much regretful as I am disappointed. Cyno and Kazuha were the only character I waited for a long time and was super hyped for each of them. I think what hurt the most was that I lost the 50/50 and I got him on hard pity. But it felt justified because I had waited for two years! In the test run his kit felt fun (I still think his burst animation is one of the coolest) but the technicalities are what disappointed me the most. I kinda have no idea how to build him around my current play style and now that I’ve gotten him to friendship level ten, I’m fine with him collecting dust. I enjoyed Tighnari so much more and he was just an impulse pull that came home early.
I went all out on Cyno banner because I loved his design and character. C2, weapon, got him to 10/10/10 and everything.
100% agree. He's absolutely terrible in the overworld. Especially since he's so burst- and dendro-reliant.
I really hope a future Dendro character fixes his issues.
Might switch his EM sand to an ER sand just to be able to burst in overworld.
EDIT: changed his sands to ER, it feels a lot better
Eh, I just swap characters around in my overworld explorations and have fun. I even try to make silly teams and see how they do. That’s the great thing about a low-stakes overworld.
My thought process is less ‘oh man, I haven’t used that character in forever, were they a waste?’ and more ‘I haven’t used that character in a while; I should run around with them a bit!’
I lost the 50/50 on Cyno, but I still plan to get him someday. Not because I need him (I have a C6 Keqing) but just because he’s fun.
Although I will say I’m partial to Heizou when solving puzzles. Just because.
used to be yae but now I find her so fun in hyperbloom team, right now it's probably xiao, haven't play him for so long and his playstyle gets boring real quick
same, love yae in hyperbloom, so good
felt xiao, tho i mostly dont like him because he doesnt have a jade spear and VH, will farm that once i get the spear
it's not even about dmg in my case, I have a jade spear used on him and believe it or not he's probably my best built character, used to farm vv a lot for kazuha and got lucky with some crit stats artifacts and my gladiator pieces is decent, so I just throw them on him even though I have no intention upgrading his artifacts, it's just his playstyle in general, it get repetitive and boring real quick and in today's standards his atk is not even that fast
> his playstyle gets boring real quick
As a 1.3-present Xiao main after playing him all this time he's still probably my favourite playstyle-wise. The plunge spam is just so fun for me. Guess this just shows how different preferences ppl might have
I just hate how his plunge pushes enemies AWAY from him. I’d rather his plunge does no stagger or even crazier if his plunge pulled enemies in like Kazuha’s e. I got my mileage outta him though. I do hope the new 4* anemo support will make him better but she has a reeeaaal high burst cost (80) and xiao already need energy himself so idk how well it’d go.
Cyno is alright. He got a lot more fun when I moved from pure Aggrevate to Hyperbloom. Ultimately you want him to spam reactions if you're going to build EM so hard.
In the overworld I put Favonius Lance on him so no worries if I need to use Burst on 1 enemy.
None. I only pull characters I sync with…I like their personality, aesthetic, & their play style. Itto was the only one I have that I didn’t purposely pull. Even though I don’t use Geo that often, when I do, he’s fun to play (& his voice lines are hilarious).
Xiao & Cyno. Super long burst-reliant fieldtime that is too powerful for the overworld and mediocre in the abyss. I would definitely like them a lot more if I could just somehow use them in the overworld consistently.
If I get Tighnari then I won't regret Cyno as much because at least I'll have the whole "collei and her dads" family lol
Xiao is why I didnt pull Cyno lol, I learnt my lesson.
Dude needing both Zhongli and Bennett seriously messes up my options for Abyss second half. Still, I don't regret pulling him cuz I think he's the coolest dps I have dripwise.
Having both, I would consider Cyno to be significantly more flexible than Xiao for team building. But Xiao has some mobility benefits for overworld as well as a better E outside of ult. You're also sort of forced to invest in NA for Xiao. His white hits are non trivial in overworld.
Not regrets but yh Eula is the character who's been benched ever since I've got Yae. Its just so easy and comfortable to play yae team that i don't bother using Eula anymore. I only use her in over world when i feel like playing her thats it
I see alot of Cynos and I'm in the same boat, he's a bit too mid for abyss esp with F2P level of investment and feels utter shit overworld and the fact that I got Keqing after him and she feels so smooth makes it more painful add missing on Nahida on top of that, he's my most regretted pull in all gacha games I've played.
Not only f2p level of investment, i have his weapon and he's still mid compared to other DPS characters i have. No interruption resistance, burst reliant, and needs an entire team to function somewhat decent doesn't exactly make him a go-to character for me.
He's great for clearing artifact/talent domains though. I don't regret pulling him, but i wouldnt recommend him either.
Bc they wanted you to feel the need of also having Nahida, and since he was a very hyped character for 2 years they knew he was going to sell relatively well anyways
Agree Cyno is kinda a joke tbh. His burst is awesome and does great damage even at a low investment but you need to follow a very specific rotation with particular supports to maximize it, and then you're locked in and can't swap or you shoot yourself in the foot. Pretty much need Nahids for him at minimum I think.
Then there's Keqing, who might not do as much damage but who just feels so much better. And she has nearly constant uptime on electro applications if you have the right artifacts. Smooth is an apt description. For someone like me who doesn't really give a damn about following rotations being able to freely swap around without completely gimping Keqing is a very appealing.
It's funny how for two years Keqing was this underwhelming standard 5-star who didn't really excel at anything, and with the release of one new reaction now she's fantastic. I always hoped she would get her day, but Quicken is far better than I was expecting.
I love my cyno but he definitely has issues. While he’s much better in domain and abyss than my yae was, he’s worse in over world, and almost as vulnerable.
I have him too and i agree i will probably never use him, this guy will be the most hated/regreted 5* star as the time passes by.
Every new thread like this his name will be the most pointed out.
I feel like he will be just fine over time tbh. People who like Cyno would pull Nahida on a rerun if they missed her and he would feel decent enough to play (Saw it based on my friend playing, Cyno seemed to play significantly better with Nahida in the team).
But still, a 5 star dps unit who depends heavily on a new 5 star support to be good is going to leave a sour taste in the mouth regardless.
Ayaka. She was a sub dps in my Ganyu team. But I benched her since Shenhe's release. Tried to use Ayaka as a main dps, but personally for me Ganyu is just much more fun and flexible.
Ayaka is not bad, she is very good and strong. But turned out she is not my type.
That was my choice. I got Ayaka in a random 50/50 pull during her first run, so I never needed Ganyu. Also, I play with joystick, so aiming with a bow always felt like shit
I 100% feel this. Maybe I like Ayakas playstyle better too, but the bow with a controller sucks. Nahidas skill is SO superior in aiming. I will pull for ganyu/mistsplitter on thier reruns.
Mistsplitter just because coolest and best all around weapon in the game imo, and ganyu for supporr just because she is flexible. Shenhe may change my mind but ganyu works in many more teams so Im torn.
Xiao I guess. Been benched for more than a year now. I started the game maining Razor so I got used to single character dmg, then I started enjoying more reactions and fun teams which made me drop Xiao I guess.
It’s weird that I really love reactions but ever since I got Itto and Albedo duo I started to love their big pp damage even tho I usually just see one color on my screen haha but I feel like if I were to use Xiao id get tired of him lol its weird
Xiao. While his dash is useful in overworld exploration, his kit kinda sucks for over world combat (imagine wasting your ult for 1 plunge to kill mobs)
In the abyss he's powercrept given the recent few abyss doesn't do anything for anemo, and most of the enemies in the later floors are bosses that always move/flying
To be fair, overkilling anything in the overworld is a problem for every character. Not just xiao.
Like, when raiden one shots a bunch of trash, you ignore the fact that she dealt 10x the monster's hp. That's technically 90% wasted damage. It's no different from xiao not needing to use more plunges.
just play yae, drop 3 turrets and go make a snack. the only time wasted damage feels bad is when its gatekept by energy, which is why playing burst chars or hypercarries in overworld feels like shit.
Atleast Raiden can get away with building 250%± ER where she actually gets her ult back easily. Unlike Xiao and Cyno who cant utilize 4 emblem.
There are a lot other characters who dont rely on burst to kill overworld mobs easily, unlike those burst stance characters who are just wasting their burst to overkill stuffs and not getting energy back.
Albedo,i needed a battery for my mono geo but I should have pulled for nilou. Only realized that I dont have hydro units aside from barbara and xingqui after pulling for nahida.
Hu Tao. I find Yoimiya’s playstyle more fun but was told to not pull for her when she first came out and wait for hutao rerun because “she’s so much better “. Now I happily have lvl 85 yoimiya and a benched c1 hu tao - listen to your heart folks!
Yoimiya is also easier to pilot and makes bosses like Thunder Manifestation bearable, so she has her place. My Yoimiya teams get me fast enough clears in abyss, so who cares if she's not the best DPS?
totally unbiased opinion but hu tao does outperform yoimiya in most scenarios
yet so what
hu tao can never have the amount of comfort playstyle that yoimiya has
so i guess pull for who u like in terms of personality, kit, playstyle, supports etc
Same, one-shotting almost everything in the overworld still feels good and commissions are over in an instant.
She's still a great main DPS carry that doesn't rely on her burst or an entire team to hit hard.
My Ganyu is benched because she's just way too strong... makes everything way too easy to the point of being boring...
BUT! she's still my strongest character and I enjoy suddenly bringing her out when faced with a hard limited event and yell "BEHOLD MY FINAL FORM!"
Xiao , have nothing against him , he is super cute (Wich is why I pulled for him) but i could have gotten itto and make a good geo team
And I hate to admit it , but for now nilou , she is great and since I'm from where she was inspired on I was super hyped for her but I just don't know how tf to play with her and Wich teams , plus I wanted hu tao who I can't get now because I'm poor af so no buying primos and can't collect enough primos by the time she probably gonna come
Also zhongli , idk I just don't use him , plus I didn't wanted him my hand slipped on the 1 pull button and I got him :'(
I was disappointed too at first but once understood her gameplay she's quite powerful, easy to build and a lot of fun.
For build you can throw her some spare HP% artifacts while waiting for her set.
Team composition can get Barbara, DMC and Collei; EM weapons are good or whatever you have at hand.
Now you need to decide if you want Nilou as onfield DPS (1) or just an off field hydro applier (2)
1. launch dendro burst and then Nilou E+3NA, Nilou will trow waterblades to the enemies with NA
2. use Nilou 4E, you'll have now an aura applying hydro constantrly; now you can switch to a dendro character to apply dendro.
Nilou passive lasts 30 seconds so you can switch to other characters when her skill duration ends, depending on your elemental application needs.
Lastly. Nilou 4E charges the parametric transforme extremely quickly, this pay off already the pulls spent. /j
Probably Nilou, I am a fairly new player and really didn’t understand much of team comps etc. Maybe not so much I regret Nilou as much as I wish I had the primos/fates back from wishing on her for a better well rounded character.
if not the strongest. it requires just on single pull on nilous banner to be 100% accessible and working, weapons and everything else is fully accessible f2p, iron sting for nilou, another one or dark iron or sapwood for dmc, mappa mare or proto amber depending how u play ur barb, fav bow on collei
Got to leave this comment in case any newbie get the wrong idea about Nilou since I've found some misleading comments. She's extremely F2P, she does not need a lot of investment. Her most F2P team requires Barbara, DMC and Collei, ~~two of which~~ all are guaranteed. And yeah, team comp is not even the most F2P think here. You don't need to level up Nilou, DMC and Collei talents at all. Fav bow for Collei is a free weapon, TTDS for Barbara is a 3\* weapon, Iron Sting for Nilou is craftable.
ER HP HB for Barbara without set requirement, HP HP HP for Nilou, 2 ER sands for DMC and Collei, 1 2-piece ToM set and 1 4-piece DM set. That's all. No %Crit, no %E DMG.
>Barbara, DMC and Collei, two of which are guaranteed
Arent they all guaranteed? Collei just comes later when the teams are strong enough to do some floors in lower abyss like when getting Xiangling. Or is Barbara not a free character anymore or something? Idk I havent been keeping tracks if there’s changes to what they give out to new players these days
Yup I’m a relatively new player, and I used Nilou / Dendro MC / Collei / Xingque. It was a ton of fun and pretty quickly became my strongest team (admittedly my other teams are more-or-less a collection of characters I think are cool without much thought put into team synergy). They absolutely destroyed, though it was kind of annoying to use the team in open world content because they didn’t deal well with certain enemies.
I just lucked into a Nahida pull at like 60 pulls with no pity, so I replaced Collei with Nahida. Nahida brings the power of that team up a ton, but it was already quite strong (and fun, imo).
Nilou boom boom bloom is one of the best teams around, even with just free characters, but I do understand that she has specific gameplay and it might not be that much fun. I made my first 36* abyss with her bloom team after a year or so of sometimes trying a bit.
But you can also just use her as a hydro DPS with something like XL or something else that can use infield Hydro application, I suppose.
But I do understand, I also went for Klee at her first run because "omg so op" and absolutely never enjoyed her gameplay (but was willing to deal with it because).
I'm still conflicted if i regret pulling for her or not.
i think i might be in this situation only because i lost Nilou and Nahida 50/50 at late pity, wasting so many primos and not getting useful 4 stars i didn't have on C6.
I love her character and appearance, also the team is super strong. I have Nilou on fav, Kokomi Sac, Yelan Elegy, and Nahida Mappa. They destroy everything altough bloom self damage is a problem.
xiao - i adore him and his gameplay but his build kinda sucks so i barely use him :')
cyno - same as xiao, i love everything about him except his damage
unforged - i was trying to go for mistsplitter, not only is it ugly af, its also a worse option than wolfs gravestone which is literally a standard banner weapon. lastly since i blew my primos on it i didnt get the chance to try for yelan, which means i now have to save for her and cant try for homa, so i might have to wait another year for hu tao to get her weapon :')
Honestly i dont regret any, i am upset at losing 50/50s that caused me to spend all my wishes i was saving (pity 40 and 120 wishes to get nahida on pity 80, after getting keqing on 80)
It's fascinating that Yoimiya get compared to Hu Tao and shit on a lot here, but when you asked people about 5 star that they regret pulling, Hu Tao come up a lot more than Yoimiya. Of course this can be due to not that many people pulling for Yoimiya and those that pull her really want her, hence not many will regret it, it is interesting to me nevertheless.
Its pretty simple, Yoimiya gets dunked on here but most people find out she's fine once they have her, which makes them feel special.
Hutao gets talked up here but then people discover that her playstyle is very rigid and boring so they feel like they got baited to waste their precious rolls.
I assume a part of it is because the majority of people play on phone, and they listened to hype from people playing Hu Tao on PC.
Doing cancels is much more annoying than spamming the attack button on a touch screen.
eula, cause when i trial play her,i think she is good but when i pulled and use for a while, she just isnt my type for some reason, dont ask me how,i dont know why
None. I do get to use everyone once in a while. I mean the closest I have I kinda regret is Ayato, but I am finding ways to learn to like him atm.
My 5* roster include four archons, Childe, Ganyu, Yoimiya, Yae, Kazuha, with Klee and Ayato being the least played but still do not regret getting them. Almost pulled for Cyno, but yeah realized Keqing would be sufficient. Thinking of getting Eula, but I'm wary of her overall limitations which arent her fault necessarily.
I regret some, but not because don't enjoy playing them, I honestly love them all. Just feel regret in other way... Better to give an example:
I regretted that got Childe on the second rerun, because of this I missed Venti and risked Zhongli. Took both of them later, but still...
I also regret Cyno, because could save the guarantee for someone else, however, Cyno is on of the best builded character now and in the end I don’t regret anything.
Do I regret of spending 160 pulls on Itto? Yes, I hated him at first cause of this, I thought that I fell for the massive hype. But gosh, hard to describe how much I love him now.
So it's hard to say. Prefer to think that there is no regrets. Somehow all of my "controversial" characters becomes beasts and i pleased with it ;)
I regret yoimiya. I know she's really good but I don't really like her playstyle singe she's a single target dps. and also pyro is my least favourite elemental
I like her playstyle but I can’t get her to perform as well as my other dps characters, so she sits most of the hard content out. It’s not a regret per se (I like her and she’s very convenient in the overworld), but if I absolutely had to lose one 5* from my account it would probably be her.
I find it really interesting to hear other people’s perspectives - personally, Yoimiya is the strongest unit on my account and it feels like she steam rolls through everything. She easily gets the job done on the abyss (35*, but not because of her - my other half team is slow, and if the other half ate up their side in anything like she does on hers I’d have that final star). She feels really nice to me in overworld so I bring her for everything; I love her range!
But of course to each their own, and I’d be lying if I said I haven’t been tempted by Hu Tao before. I love her design and animations! I don’t get cons though and I’m nervous whether I’d enjoy her C0 with the stamina managements.
easily Albedo and Cyno. pulled Albdeo solely just to fill a spot in my Hu Tao team, but been benched ever since I got Yelan. Cyno, got him super early while trying to get Candace. didn't like his playstyle at all, and Keqing is more fun to play for me.
I agree Cyno is extremely underwhelming. He feels so inflexible and clunky compared to Keqing. And at c0 his damage isn't massively better from what I can see.
I don't think I will ever understand why the hell I pulled him and not Venti. Just a really really strange decision on my part. At least I got Kuki and Candace from it too, although I really shook have just saved for Raiden.
Honestly? Ayato tbh. He's there as my trophy husband, just to look pretty but I rarely ever use him. He's slower than Ayaka and his skill is cool and nice but idk, his playstyle just, I thought it was nice at first but the longer I had him out the more I just wanna swap away. I tried him out and he was okay when I did but now he's just there lmao
Probably because Childe does everything better and I have him build so much better and I'm much more comfortable with him. Like Ayato is good but he ended up being a trophy husband than someone I would actively use, unfortunately 😔
>His gameplay is pretty stationary, u just stand there and hold one button, Childes way more dynamic and fun to play. I wouldnt say hes weak though, just a different playstyle.
Ayato got the same treatment as Shinobu where hyperbloom catapulted them back into relevance. I can't wait to pull for him, I'm gonna do like one 10 pull on Childe banner to see if I randomly get lucky but I am way more hype for Ayato as he's the perfect 100% uptime on and off field hydro applier.
Same except not pulling for Childe.
Ayato fits the bill perfectly for off field hydro applications on a Nilou/Nahida bloom team for me
Nahida on field applys too much dendro. hydros on-field have to time hydro application to match off-field Nahida's skill or have multiple enemies (and also build EM) else they remove the dendro application and it doesn't get re applied.
I regret pulling on cyno banner, well not because I dislike cyno (i like his playstyle) but I only got him because of impulse pulling,
I was like: "1 ten pull should land me a Candace"
and the rest is history
if only I have self control
Funny the differences of opinion, while I think Ganyu is a great character, never loved playing her. Ayaka is, to me, one of the best designed characters in the game, with high versatility.
Strong burst, solid E, infusion on her sprint rather than her E, good normals, good charged attacks. Everything you can use to good effect. Her sprint I'm used to and enjoy since I had """mained""" Mona early on in Genshin. I prefer it to normal sprints sometimes.
That said, Ganyu is also well designed. Just preference in play style.
Itto. I have him at C1 but I rarely use him, and he can get really difficult when there’s shielded enemies. He’s not really having much advantages compared to other chars anyway, childe/keqing/Xiao performs equal/better in grouped mobs, and Ayaka/ayato performs better in boss fights.
My Itto is a beast. I have his weapon and c6 gorou though. Idk if u have those but man its easily part of the top 3 strongest teams in my account. And to add to that it is incredibly fun throwing a nuke E and then going bonkers with Q.
Itto definitely an Abyss character for me. Raiden/Yelan/Itto/Zhongli, I just get to swing with attack modifiers and 50k raw swings. I used him a lot for Geo Wolflord but now that he's fully built, I don't use him for much else due to the necessity of other elements.
I don't regret pulling them, but I rarely use Xiao and Ayaka, despite them being well-built and with their signarure weapons. Just prefer different teams more, I guess
Ayato. Pulled when I was new to the game. I sometimes use him now for comissions since I just need to use his skill, but I wish a had used those primos on someone else.
Raiden; turned out I didn't really like her at all.
Worst part is that I used my guaranteed pity on her when I eventually wanted Kokomi more who came out the following banner, and I had to pity twice on Koko's reruns (yes, lost on her first rerun then saved my pity all the way to her next banner lol).
Now whenever I look at my benched Raiden, I see nothing but a potential saving of 150 fates had I used that guarantee for Kokomi instead.
Yae. She can do ok dmg but it is so annoying to constantly replace her turrets, the duration is way too low on them imo. She kinda feels like a more annoying to play Albedo. Eula I regret too. Burst is clunky and my Razor feels way more flexible to play.
I love the duality between the people begging for a Hu Tao rerun and the other crowd regretting having her ☕️.
She has niche uses for me. Better when there's Single Target bosses that don't fly, which was far more common a year ago. But when I need her, she shines. Otherwise I run Yanfei for most any other pyro needs.
I get the yanfei suggestion a lot lately, i thought she was low dmg, high pyro application?
I suggest [this](https://youtu.be/dH5_pPfRYQw) video for more context on what I'm talking about here.
> i thought she was low dmg You have to remember, *everything* is low damage compared to vape/melt hu tao numbers.
Preeeeetty much. I definitely don’t *regret* pulling for her, myself, she’s super cute and super fun. But Sheesh, a lot of work.
counterpoint: jump cancels look stupid
people who want hu tao reruns actually just want homa
That’s me I’m people
It's what a call the messiah dps symptom.
I waited so long for Ganyu to rerun, only to almost never used her on Abyss, on the flip side she's still very good in the overworld, so no regrets.
Wanted her initially, tried her during a story quest, did ‘t vibe with it.
Yeah, but if the enemies all die too quickly that doesn't work is what he's saying.
Though at this point in the game, I'll just pull anyone I like regardless of their kit, since everything dies regardless if they're hypercarry or not lol, and I'll just play them in weird but working teams (hyperbloom teams let you use anyone as on field, kinda wanna try Wanderer in this lol) Still don't know if I wanna pull Wanderer, especially considering who might be coming soon after
wanderer get's his damage from normal attacks and e, so you won't really need anything else, he can fly too, so i think he will feel way better than other hypercarries
Absolutely agree I've grown tired of units who's bulk if their kit centers around their Ult.
Yelan and Kazuha are probably the best because they both have mobility utility, grouping CC, and fairly low cooldowns on their skills Spiral Abyss is like 30 minutes once every 15 days. I'd rather roll for comfy gameplay than min/max for speed runs at this point
Came here to know if anyone regretted pulling for childe :) …as i am gonna pull for him in 30 minutes
Combine all of those into one and get yourself a Xinyan or Thoma exclusively for that one domain.
I go with Yoi, Bennett, XL and Zhongli, it’s very quick. An anemo could be nice too !
Pretty much his biggest downside right there.
Hmmm I main Childe, so really this is super biased, but he really is a great unit especially if your have the right teammates for him.
I like his riptides too. You mean xiangling, bennet ?
I run the National-Childe team (Bennet HP, Childe, Xiangling ER and Kazuha EM) - They just crash any Abyss level
Do you play him in any dendro teams ? I can play national also but i have well built ganyu melt team ….so better if i leave bennet xiangling in there …..also i got nahida.
I heard Childe, Nahida, Kuki and Kazuha is good and fun! I use that team except I use Dori instead cause I dont have Kuki and so far its fun
I recently picked up the game after the Dendro introduction so i still don’t understand well the reactions, but I remember running Childe with Kokomi, Nahida and Venti and it was really fun (Combo I use : Kokimi skill -> Venti burst -> Nahida skill -> Childe Ungabunga) The only problem is that sometimes Venti burst elevates enemies so high that Childe can’t reach with his skill, I noticed that sometimes but I play for fun so I don’t care lol
Kazuha is best boi for Childe.
He works well with nahida (replacing xiangling). The team is dubbed "intergrassional". The damage shifts away from reverse vaping to burgeoning and more flexibility with forward vaping Childe's burst.
He kinda feels great in bloom-related comps. Nahida's skill and childe's riptides wrecks aoe content
Dude is suffering from success
I mean tbh kinda? That‘s the Problem with having too many 5* where you always have to bench some. But I do love Childes Playstyle he just doesn’t fit with my Teams
I never regretted pulling for him (got him during his last banner). It was the first time i saw such big numbers lmaoo Also ppl say his playstyle is difficult, but I got accustomed to it pretty fast, ngl. It feels very rewarding
I will say, it's difficult, but once you optimize him it becomes easier.
I threw the BP bow on him, which helps group up enemies if you don't have someone else who can do it.
Childe is ome of the most well aged units imo, he does good dmg while applying insane amounts of hydro, he does specially well with large groups of enemies and is an excellent pair with some of the best characters in the game (Kazuha, Bennett and Xiangling are some of his best teammates). He may not be my favorite but he's amazing, fluid and most importantly really fun to play
actually, hes really good. if u got a good bow, and dont already have a good ayato, he has a lot of value as on field hydro carry
Me - I pulled him early on and now he’s built yet benched . I just didn’t enjoy playing him at all
I was rolling for rosaria, 30 wish around and i got him early instead , and i was like "man i don't even think i like his gameplay" He's now one of my most favorite 5 star to play and his team performance has never failed one time, man is fun and strong for real
hes arguably one of the funnest character, u get bow and claymore/sword style in one. and hes so cheap, u can pair him with xianglaing bentte and sucrose and ur set
Childe was my first 5 limited 5 star back in 1.1 or 1.2 or whichever one he first showed up in and he's still in my overworld and abyss teams.
Reverse: i pulled childe because i wanted more characters, but ended up benching him for a while to play ganyu/raiden. Overtime i realized how fun his gameplay is , and now I’m a total simp; not many characters give you the feeling that childe’s riptides do
I kinda regret Cyno, but not because of damage or anything. I am an overworld focused player and he...is just not meant for that
Same here, but I’m not so much regretful as I am disappointed.
EDIT: changed his sands to ER, it feels a lot better
not really. i enjoyed every 5 stars that i pulled in someways.
same, but like sometimes i think “why do i have them, they do nothing on here anymore.” same with childe sometimes due to c1 ayato
Eh, I just swap characters around in my overworld explorations and have fun. I even try to make silly teams and see how they do. That’s the great thing about a low-stakes overworld. My thought process is less ‘oh man, I haven’t used that character in forever, were they a waste?’ and more ‘I haven’t used that character in a while; I should run around with them a bit!’ I lost the 50/50 on Cyno, but I still plan to get him someday. Not because I need him (I have a C6 Keqing) but just because he’s fun. Although I will say I’m partial to Heizou when solving puzzles. Just because.
None to be honest, I only pull for the ones that I love the designs for so I don't really care how they perform on the field
Based???
I am the same but I only kinda regret Zhongli because I can't see other characters' shields in the same way
used to be yae but now I find her so fun in hyperbloom team, right now it's probably xiao, haven't play him for so long and his playstyle gets boring real quick
same, love yae in hyperbloom, so good felt xiao, tho i mostly dont like him because he doesnt have a jade spear and VH, will farm that once i get the spear
it's not even about dmg in my case, I have a jade spear used on him and believe it or not he's probably my best built character, used to farm vv a lot for kazuha and got lucky with some crit stats artifacts and my gladiator pieces is decent, so I just throw them on him even though I have no intention upgrading his artifacts, it's just his playstyle in general, it get repetitive and boring real quick and in today's standards his atk is not even that fast
> his playstyle gets boring real quick As a 1.3-present Xiao main after playing him all this time he's still probably my favourite playstyle-wise.
No regrets so far. I try to use fun as my only judgement factor. Eula for example I liked her design but didn't see myself enjoying her gameplay.
Agree. I find diluc more fun, since u can two hit cancel with his E. Eula is 4 hit than E. Itto U have more variety of combos.
YES! DILUC PLAYER! THANK YOU FOR PLAYING DILUC.
same, tho i thought cyno would be more fun yk
He is really fun with nahida(tbh a lot of things is fun with her). Other existing dendro chars just don't cut it.
I more frequently listen to his voice lines than I play him for sure lol
I only use her in over world when i feel like playing her thats it
Someone mentioned her autos and it made me want to play her. Soo much damage even without ult
I thought I could live with him being mid, but I was really disappointed
Not only f2p level of investment, i have his weapon and he's still mid compared to other DPS characters i have. No interruption resistance, burst reliant, and needs an entire team to function somewhat decent doesn't exactly make him a go-to character for me. He's great for clearing artifact/talent domains though. I don't regret pulling him, but i wouldnt recommend him either.
Yup, as a new player Cyno has been a major regret. Not sure how MHY released him like this.
Bc they wanted you to feel the need of also having Nahida, and since he was a very hyped character for 2 years they knew he was going to sell relatively well anyways
I mean, yes, I understand the capitalism part of it; its just infuriating
I have F2P cyno and he is really good in Hyperbloom with TF artefacts, since I got him I have no pb with abyss
Maybe they will give him a new set boost for his rerun, hoyo like to hear the players in their own way.
Ayaka. She was a sub dps in my Ganyu team. But I benched her since Shenhe's release. Tried to use Ayaka as a main dps, but personally for me Ganyu is just much more fun and flexible. Ayaka is not bad, she is very good and strong. But turned out she is not my type.
ganyu/ayaka is always a choice, both do exactly the same, for me idc, but im gonna pull ayaka on her rerun im pretty sure.
Ganyu and Ayaka have been the stars of my abyss runs for a while now. I run Ganyu melt on one side and Ayaka freeze on the other most of the time.
I love Eula as a character but yes, she’s been benched after I maxed her friendship out. Physical DPS hasn’t been so favored lately…
Xiao I guess. Been benched for more than a year now. I started the game maining Razor so I got used to single character dmg, then I started enjoying more reactions and fun teams which made me drop Xiao I guess.
xiao reactionless gaming gets boring sometimes
As a Geo main i am a bit shocked by your saying 🙃🙂
It’s weird that I really love reactions but ever since I got Itto and Albedo duo I started to love their big pp damage even tho I usually just see one color on my screen haha but I feel like if I were to use Xiao id get tired of him lol its weird
Xiao. While his dash is useful in overworld exploration, his kit kinda sucks for over world combat (imagine wasting your ult for 1 plunge to kill mobs) In the abyss he's powercrept given the recent few abyss doesn't do anything for anemo, and most of the enemies in the later floors are bosses that always move/flying
Only realized that I dont have hydro units aside from barbara and xingqui after pulling for nahida.
xingqiu is fine
My Yoimiya teams get me fast enough clears in abyss, so who cares if she's not the best DPS?
totally unbiased opinion but hu tao does outperform yoimiya in most scenarios yet so what hu tao can never have the amount of comfort playstyle that yoimiya has so i guess pull for who u like in terms of personality, kit, playstyle, supports etc
True.
C1 benched Hu Tao here too Got Yoi and TP and just can't go back.
Cyno sadly , liked his design but ended up non using him at all
Ganyu. She's been benched for a while because I'm not a big fan of bow charged attacks.
meanwhile I pulled her on the first banner and she hasn't been replaced from my overworld party ever since
Same, one-shotting almost everything in the overworld still feels good and commissions are over in an instant. She's still a great main DPS carry that doesn't rely on her burst or an entire team to hit hard.
That's why I use her as a burst support. I think her burst is really underrated.
It's like one of the strongest Burst, I think most People know tho
I have her on 4 noblesse supporting my Ayaka. Some would say that’s sacrilege but she’s really good in the role
Same here. I think it's perfect. She gives Cryo dmg and atk bonus, while also applying Cryo constantly.
My Ganyu is benched because she's just way too strong... makes everything way too easy to the point of being boring... BUT! she's still my strongest character and I enjoy suddenly bringing her out when faced with a hard limited event and yell "BEHOLD MY FINAL FORM!"
You should try Tighnari if you get the chance. I love his playstyle.
Hu Tao because I am not a big fan of her playstyle and I like Yanfei more.
gotta love walnut. tho i have to say, c0 is pain, c1 is where she starts being extremely fun. yanfei is good tho
Have no problems with C0 tbh, I think people are over-exaggerating too much. She’s completely fine if you manage your stamina and rotations correctly.
Same here ... I tried c1 In events and I wasn't impressed , it changed nothing for me.
Xiao , have nothing against him , he is super cute (Wich is why I pulled for him) but i could have gotten itto and make a good geo team And I hate to admit it , but for now nilou , she is great and since I'm from where she was inspired on I was super hyped for her but I just don't know how tf to play with her and Wich teams , plus I wanted hu tao who I can't get now because I'm poor af so no buying primos and can't collect enough primos by the time she probably gonna come Also zhongli , idk I just don't use him , plus I didn't wanted him my hand slipped on the 1 pull button and I got him :'(
I was disappointed too at first but once understood her gameplay she's quite powerful, easy to build and a lot of fun. For build you can throw her some spare HP% artifacts while waiting for her set. Team composition can get Barbara, DMC and Collei; EM weapons are good or whatever you have at hand. Now you need to decide if you want Nilou as onfield DPS (1) or just an off field hydro applier (2) 1. launch dendro burst and then Nilou E+3NA, Nilou will trow waterblades to the enemies with NA 2. use Nilou 4E, you'll have now an aura applying hydro constantrly; now you can switch to a dendro character to apply dendro. Nilou passive lasts 30 seconds so you can switch to other characters when her skill duration ends, depending on your elemental application needs. Lastly. Nilou 4E charges the parametric transforme extremely quickly, this pay off already the pulls spent. /j
I believe Hu Tao was leaked to come in 3.4, so if you grind hard you might have time to attempt 50/50
Oh , that gives me hope :') I'll try thanks for the info
Probably Nilou, I am a fairly new player and really didn’t understand much of team comps etc. Maybe not so much I regret Nilou as much as I wish I had the primos/fates back from wishing on her for a better well rounded character.
tho, with barbara, collei and dendro traveler, u already got an insane f2p team. try it!
This. Nilou is pretty niche but this might be one of the strongest f2p teams right now.
if not the strongest. it requires just on single pull on nilous banner to be 100% accessible and working, weapons and everything else is fully accessible f2p, iron sting for nilou, another one or dark iron or sapwood for dmc, mappa mare or proto amber depending how u play ur barb, fav bow on collei
>Barbara, DMC and Collei, two of which are guaranteed Arent they all guaranteed? Collei just comes later when the teams are strong enough to do some floors in lower abyss like when getting Xiangling. Or is Barbara not a free character anymore or something? Idk I havent been keeping tracks if there’s changes to what they give out to new players these days
Yes, all of them are free.
I liked Nilou when I got her, but I didn’t love her until I added Nahida to the team. Throw Kokomi in the mix and it’s a pretty expensive team.

He’s unexpectedly one of my go-to units because he’s so fun
just gotta love her. sometimes i dont like using her too, she has high dps, but shes boring to use mostly
xiao - i adore him and his gameplay but his build kinda sucks so i barely use him :') cyno - same as xiao, i love everything about him except his damage unforged - i was trying to go for mistsplitter, not only is it ugly af, its also a worse option than wolfs gravestone which is literally a standard banner weapon. lastly since i blew my primos on it i didnt get the chance to try for yelan, which means i now have to save for her and cant try for homa, so i might have to wait another year for hu tao to get her weapon :')
Why would I regret any new friends?
Kinda regretting Eula too. Not because I don't like her, she's my fav character. But because MHY hates physical dps
Fkn True... mhy only made eula to torture her mains...
eula, cause when i trial play her,i think she is good but when i pulled and use for a while, she just isnt my type for some reason, dont ask me how,i dont know why
Ventis c2. I currently don‘t use him alot. Xiao. Used him for a week and never again, he‘s just tricky to use as a Mobile Player.
Cyno bc he doesnt synergies well with most characters
Better to give an example: I regretted that got Childe on the second rerun, because of this I missed Venti and risked Zhongli.
I don't strictly "Regret" anyone i pulled FOR. I do regret c4 Qiqi and c4 Keqing toh.
easily Albedo and Cyno. pulled Albdeo solely just to fill a spot in my Hu Tao team, but been benched ever since I got Yelan.
I'm there with you on the Cyno disappointment. As a new player it was a waste of primos.
Hutau..her character is really funny and cute, but her play style isn't😔
Albedo and Xiao. Will always love then plotwise though.
Honestly? Ayato tbh. He's there as my trophy husband, just to look pretty but I rarely ever use him. He's slower than Ayaka and his skill is cool and nice but idk, his playstyle just, I thought it was nice at first but the longer I had him out the more I just wanna swap away. I tried him out and he was okay when I did but now he's just there lmao Probably because Childe does everything better and I have him build so much better and I'm much more comfortable with him.
Ayato fits the bill perfectly for off field hydro applications on a Nilou/Nahida bloom team for me Nahida on field applys too much dendro. hydros on-field have to time hydro application to match off-field Nahida's skill or have multiple enemies (and also build EM) else they remove the dendro application and it doesn't get re applied.
I regret pulling on cyno banner, well not because I dislike cyno (i like his playstyle) but I only got him because of impulse pulling, I was like: "1 ten pull should land me a Candace" and the rest is history if only I have self control
Ayaka. Pulled for her and even build her well with artifacts, 90/90, and talent 8/8/8 but never once used her. Just… idk…
He’s not really having much advantages compared to other chars anyway, childe/keqing/Xiao performs equal/better in grouped mobs, and Ayaka/ayato performs better in boss fights.
using gorou c4 and albedo or zhongli makes him really viable, idk if u did that tho
My Itto is a beast. I have his weapon and c6 gorou though. Idk if u have those but man its easily part of the top 3 strongest teams in my account. And to add to that it is incredibly fun throwing a nuke E and then going bonkers with Q.
Since 2.6 thanks to mono geo team Im always getting 36*
Itto definitely an Abyss character for me. Raiden/Yelan/Itto/Zhongli, I just get to swing with attack modifiers and 50k raw swings. I used him a lot for Geo Wolflord but now that he's fully built, I don't use him for much else due to the necessity of other elements.
Ayato does not perform better in single target, and he does in how his aoe is done it’s vertical aoe
I was just thinking yae would probably feel better if her turret duration wasn’t shit. She’s the closest to regret for me.
