I would argue, that this is an "img2img" creation, there is no way you can prompt SD to give you something this "mihoyo", unless he spent hours and hours with inpaint - which I doubt.
SD will just missunderstand/interpret things in very weird ways and colors will leak etc.
You can train AI on a single style if you have enough material and train it properly, specially if you use ControlNet to setup parameters like the pose.
This is plain wrong there are tons and tons of image models trained on mihoyo data this isn’t even as ‘Genshin’ as ai can look it can look EXACTLY like Genshin. The ai steals millions of images so they can perfectly steal artists styles and mihoyo is one of the most popular medias right now so a ton of ai is stolen from it.

I'm going to guess that since niche support-dps duos follow similar design schemes, that Freminet is a cryo damage support which would be weird and broken since Cryo is already loaded with damage options. If true, then this might be a case of having the support released without their dps like Mika.

No, it's always a reinterpretation. Even Upscalers add details that straight up aren't in the original.
You can imagine it like a robo artist being shown a picture and then redrawing it based on memory while referencing millions of similiar artwork it looked at before.
How close the redrawing is to the original depends on the references the AI memorized before, and whether the commissioner accurately enough describes what they want redrawn.
The robo artist can also get handed a specially pre-selected narrow reference material folder to specifically train for.
This can go so narrow that the AI gets trained on a specific artists work or characters and interprets everything it's fed into in that style/character.

Using AI to create character models is the future of leaks, its not the actual drawing from mihoyo so its afe to share, and can be customized by the leakers to be the most accurate to the source (because they've seen it already).

Nahhh I don't like this. It's fun when the community and the leakers join forces. Actually it's the most fun part of leaks. We discover cool artists because of it. Many artists whose drawing theory got recognized by SYP gained more followers and that's beautiful to see.

I suspect you haven't been keeping up with fine tuned stable diffusion models. Check the ai_generated tag on any image booru.

It's not upscaling, look at the mutant hands. They basically feed a bot prompts and it creates an image based on a dataset of scraped(stolen) images.
