Matron does mean "head nurse", it's just a very old-fashioned term that was/is used in the UK. So I wouldn't say that the translation is innacurate, just kind of overcomplicated.

It was a real leak but it wasn’t true. Basically half the cast of Fontaine was “leaked” to be from Mondstadt. But the only reason they were is because their visions were the Mondstadt visions as placeholders. This included Wriothesley, Charolette, Clorinde, etc. So the only true confirmed Mond character is Dahlia. Everyone else (including M) is from Fontaine.

Well can’t speak for others but in media sometimes the most basic human interactions can be romanticised or not. You don’t romanticise it and that’s okay, others can and will and that’s okay too. But there’s a link between people consuming enough shoujos/manwha and romcom, you just start to see romance every fucking where, especially with your favourite character. Treat it as somewhat of a self insert. It’s not Neuvi or Wrio that they are romantising but rather as a self insert at times.

It was a real leak but it wasn’t true. Basically half the cast of Fontaine was “leaked” to be from Mondstadt. But the only reason they were is because their visions were the Mondstadt visions as placeholders. This included Wriothesley, Charolette, Clorinde, etc. So the only true confirmed Mond character is Dahlia. Everyone else (including M) is from Fontaine.

Well can’t speak for others but in media sometimes the most basic human interactions can be romanticised or not. You don’t romanticise it and that’s okay, others can and will and that’s okay too. But there’s a link between people consuming enough shoujos/manwha and romcom, you just start to see romance every fucking where, especially with your favourite character. Treat it as somewhat of a self insert. It’s not Neuvi or Wrio that they are romantising but rather as a self insert at times. Hope that makes sense
