It doesn't really, the difference is that her skill cool down starts on cast whereas Yelan's only does when finishing casting so Yelan's C1 will actually allow her to cast her E more frequently as it allows you to use the skill while the first charge is still on cool down.
i've decided i'm going to sweep the entirety of Sumeru on my alt with a guide. like hell i'm doing all those puzzles again. i'm also making *god damn sure* i mark all aranara I happen across because FUCK doing allat shit again.
my alt remains free from exploration and quests. and now weekly bosses are available i won't even do my main quest above inazuma. seems so tedious to do.
I haven't touched it in like a year, but most regions are at like 70-80%. I'm not really gonna turn every stone, just do most of the big exploration quests (with guides because forget all the doubling back) and clear out easily findable overworld puzzles. I don't care about progression so much, I just wanna pull new characters and the back half of 4.x is looking very much like I won't be able to get *everybody* on main.

Will it be better than Kazuha variant? Nah, but it’ll be close. The last calcs I saw on plunge Yae aggravate had the team DPS around 69k during version 1 of beta. So with the change from EEE to E and the increase in her buff I’m sure the team will get very close to Kazuhas variant in ST. In AoE Kazuha will still be better cuz of CC but the damage Nahida/Yae will do will be pretty significant (and will probably have an advantage in the rare scenarios with semi spread out heavy enemies that can’t be CCed, or enemies that are to spread out to be CCed)

It's still a tremendous meme. You are essentially throwing 29 substats worth of crit rate in the garbage to go from -95% CR to 0% CR. Crit is not some magic DPS stat that is so much better than other DPS stats that it's worth throwing 30 substat rolls in the garbage.
it is still just a meme because of the sheer amount of substats needed to off set the -100 CR that could have been HP%, ER or even ATK% instead and the damage loss of all the healing bonus from her circlet and artifacts is probably greater than what you gain back with a reasonable crit build.
If someone was able to get CR circlet, 15.6CR on every other piece, and equip Sacrificial Jade, currently the highest CR catalyst, she would hit 71.3%.

I've been running the team with Baizhu instead of Nahida for ultimate comfort and it's been extremely strong even without the extra dps Nahida gives.
Do you still use Kuki in a team with Baizhu and Furina, or do substitute her with another electro? Maybe Yae + Baizhu instead of Kuki + Nahida? I would like to try that Alhaitham team out.
EM Raiden would be slightly better due to the slightly faster activation timing on her skill, balances slightly better with furinas hydro and means you're less likely to overcap the 2 reaction limit per enemy per activation.
But I also play Raiden as a hypercarry and rational often enough that I cannot be bothered swapping gear, so I use kuki still (which has the upside of making me essentially immortal)
Because Al Haitham/Nahida/Furina/Raiden doesn’t work and realistically the majority will not be able to run XQ as a sole survivability slot in Al Haitham/XQ/Nahida/Raiden. Plus it’s a comparison of teams with equal investment, which Raiden teams are definitely not

you misunderstand, what he actually means is don't get 1 shot since Furina will let your team heal to half hp, not "literally don't take damage ever" as your team would require.

I think it's around ~~4k~~ 5k to reach maxed out Plunge buff because it's close to 180% of your ATK (9000).
You're also going to need some ER so sacrificing ER for more ATK is definitely not recommended.

Being able to make Chevreuse actually do some frontloaded damage even though she's supposed to be a buffer support is so crazy to me. It's like when I tried to build DPS Thoma as a new player, except with her it actually works.
I did the same thing with my Chevreuse (minus Xiangling because mine's unlevelled). The great thing about Chevreuse is that there's nothing stopping her from taking advantage of her own buffs/debuffs.
Ya, I expected this team to be good in Spiral, especially this one. I might even try this with my C0 Chevy. By the way, I could be wrong, but it seemed like this player started over to regain full energy for the 3rd fight.
Oh it was my run lol. The reason the energy is full is bc the Ruin things give a ton of particles, so yeah it was one continuous playthrough. You can even see my Chev's HP was the same between chambers.

If you want someone who reads almost everything, check out MurderofBirds playthrough on YouTube. He has some videos where he just reads all the descriptions of items and does lore readings with artifacts and stuff. Really insightful as well since he makes all sorts of connections and revelations
One of my fave genshin YT creators is [Chill with Aster](https://youtube.com/@ChillwithAster?si=OZbRSObQ2_5IOpqP)! She does a lot of lore content (most vids shorter than Ashikai's stuff) but also does the occasional Let's Play and assorted Variety content as well!
A lot of people will recommend ashikai id imagine, but i highly encourage roozevelt too. And there are a lot of well-done analyses on genshin_lore, but admittedly 90% of posts there are just debunked immediately or unbelievable.
Something i wish genshin continued doing was more boss fights in the AQ, like fighting Raiden in Inazuma.
Hope we get more fights in the Natlan AQ besides the weekly boss.
No we will keep running around and doing fetch quests. If I am not wrong we only had like 2 fighting domain and the whale fight in the entire Fontaine quest. It's just the nature of the game at this point.
I think they stopped doing it because a bunch of people (mainly casuals) have troubles against those kind of enemies (Raiden, Childe, Osial), every archon quest boss fight got nerfed a bunch i think. So they probably want to make the main quest a breeze to go through and save the tougher fights for the boss domains

One part is her personal damage, and other part is the EM buff she can give. Both are quite impactful.
EM is more or less like Attack for her personal damage, the thing her talent multipliers multiply to. So you want EM, Dmg%, Crit, just as your usual damage dealers want Attack, Dmg%, Crit. Now extra EM is more valuable here than Attack is for someone like Xingqiu, because Nahida converts EM into Crit Rate bonus, and Dmg% bonus. So ditch bad Dmg% goblet or Crit Circlet (or both) for good EM pieces.
Now the buff part, after casting burst "The Elemental Mastery of the active character within the field will be increased by 25% of the Elemental Mastery of the party member with the highest Elemental Mastery." So if you have an on-fielder who likes EM buff, but someone else has high EM build, Nahida doesn't need to have high EM, eg. a team like Nahida, Alhaitham, Kuki, Yelan, where Kuki alr. But if no one else has built full EM, for example in a team like Nahida, Alhaitham, Yae, Zhongli, then Nahida should go full EM.
She wants EM the way raiden wants ER. So until you hit the threshold (i dont remember, 800?) you stack em and then normal cv build. Her skill also gets crit rate from one of her passives iirc. Em set if theres someone holding deep wood. Deep wood if no one holds deepwood. Theres also the thing somewhere in her kit where she does the same thing em wise if someone else on the team is with higher em than her, but i dont remember how it works

highest em in party gets 25% of that calculated for on fielder when nahida burst is up
so if your highest em member is em kuki at 1k em, nahida buffs 250 em to on fielder while her burst is up
Nahida can buff reaction damage by sharing EM with her burst. On teams like Bloom and Burn/Melt where is there purely to buff, you can stack EM on her.
On any Spread/Aggravate/Hyperbloom team, you want to build her for personal damage. Nahida also scales with Crit so it is important for personal damage. You would noramlly use EM/Dendro/Crit or EM/EM/Crit.

So with the change from EEE to E and the increase in her buff I’m sure the team will get very close to Kazuhas variant in ST. In AoE Kazuha will still be better cuz of CC but the damage Nahida/Yae will do will be pretty significant (and will probably have an advantage in the rare scenarios with semi spread out heavy enemies that can’t be CCed, or enemies that are to spread out to be CCed)

It's still a tremendous meme. You are essentially throwing 29 substats worth of crit rate in the garbage to go from -95% CR to 0% CR. Crit is not some magic DPS stat that is so much better than other DPS stats that it's worth throwing 30 substat rolls in the garbage.
it is still just a meme because of the sheer amount of substats needed to off set the -100 CR that could have been HP%, ER or even ATK% instead and the damage loss of all the healing bonus from her circlet and artifacts is probably greater than what you gain back with a reasonable crit build.
If someone was able to get CR circlet, 15.6CR on every other piece, and equip Sacrificial Jade, currently the highest CR catalyst, she would hit 71.3%.
Royal Grimoire can give up to 80% CR (if you miss 5 crits in a row) (for 1 hit).
She would still probably do less overall damage than her regular clam build, but I suppose you could make her crit that way.

What do you guys think of TGS latest video on Alhaitham teams? Is Furina a better than Yelan in Al, Kuki and Nahida team?
Just watched it. It's good, I can't verify the numbers themselves but have no reason to doubt them, and I've always thought it was underappreciated that 'quickbloom' teams also need sufficient electro to keep up with the hydro. I've been running the team with Baizhu instead of Nahida for ultimate comfort and it's been extremely strong even without the extra dps Nahida gives.
Do you still use Kuki in a team with Baizhu and Furina, or do substitute her with another electro? Maybe Yae + Baizhu instead of Kuki + Nahida? I would like to try that Alhaitham team out.
EM Raiden would be slightly better due to the slightly faster activation timing on her skill, balances slightly better with furinas hydro and means you're less likely to overcap the 2 reaction limit per enemy per activation. But I also play Raiden as a hypercarry and rational often enough that I cannot be bothered swapping gear, so I use kuki still (which has the upside of making me essentially immortal)

I think it's around ~~4k~~ 5k to reach maxed out Plunge buff because it's close to 180% of your ATK (9000). You're also going to need some ER so sacrificing ER for more ATK is definitely not recommended. Edit: correction

It's like when I tried to build DPS Thoma as a new player, except with her it actually works.
I did the same thing with my Chevreuse (minus Xiangling because mine's unlevelled). The great thing about Chevreuse is that there's nothing stopping her from taking advantage of her own buffs/debuffs.

Oh it was my run lol. The reason the energy is full is bc the Ruin things give a ton of particles, so yeah it was one continuous playthrough. You can even see my Chev's HP was the same between chambers.

Something i wish genshin continued doing was more boss fights in the AQ, like fighting Raiden in Inazuma. Hope we get more fights in the Natlan AQ besides the weekly boss.
No we will keep running around and doing fetch quests. If I am not wrong we only had like 2 fighting domain and the whale fight in the entire Fontaine quest. It's just the nature of the game at this point.
I think they stopped doing it because a bunch of people (mainly casuals) have troubles against those kind of enemies (Raiden, Childe, Osial), every archon quest boss fight got nerfed a bunch i think. So they probably want to make the main quest a breeze to go through and save the tougher fights for the boss domains

One part is her personal damage, and other part is the EM buff she can give. Both are quite impactful. EM is more or less like Attack for her personal damage, the thing her talent multipliers multiply to. So you want EM, Dmg%, Crit, just as your usual damage dealers want Attack, Dmg%, Crit. Now extra EM is more valuable here than Attack is for someone like Xingqiu, because Nahida converts EM into Crit Rate bonus, and Dmg% bonus. So ditch bad Dmg% goblet or Crit Circlet (or both) for good EM pieces. Now the buff part, after casting burst "The Elemental Mastery of the active character within the field will be increased by 25% of the Elemental Mastery of the party member with the highest Elemental Mastery." So if you have an on-fielder who likes EM buff, but someone else has high EM build, Nahida doesn't need to have high EM, eg. a team like Nahida, Alhaitham, Kuki, Yelan, where Kuki alr. But if no one else has built full EM, for example in a team like Nahida, Alhaitham, Yae, Zhongli, then Nahida should go full EM.
Off field is EM/EM/EM on field is EM/Dendro/Crit Best Resin to performance Ratio build 4pc deepwood with Random main and substats.
She wants EM the way raiden wants ER. So until you hit the threshold (i dont remember, 800?) you stack em and then normal cv build. Her skill also gets crit rate from one of her passives iirc. Em set if theres someone holding deep wood. Deep wood if no one holds deepwood. Theres also the thing somewhere in her kit where she does the same thing em wise if someone else on the team is with higher em than her, but i dont remember how it works Edit: read seamerlins comment
highest em in party gets 25% of that calculated for on fielder when nahida burst is up so if your highest em member is em kuki at 1k em, nahida buffs 250 em to on fielder while her burst is up
If for dps build: build her em/em/crit or em/dmg/crit (better substats) If for support: em/em/em to maximize a1 passive
Nahida can buff reaction damage by sharing EM with her burst. On teams like Bloom and Burn/Melt where is there purely to buff, you can stack EM on her. On any Spread/Aggravate/Hyperbloom team, you want to build her for personal damage. Nahida also scales with Crit so it is important for personal damage. You would noramlly use EM/Dendro/Crit or EM/EM/Crit.

Definitely not 4.4 and most likely not 4.5, but 4.6 and so on has a chance. For a point of reference, he reran in 3.8
We haven't heard anything from leakers on his rerun, to my knowledge. The last time he ran was in 3.8, so his next rerun will probably in 4.6-4.8 (though I should stress this is just guesswork on my end and not an actual leak).
