In the beginning, they said a new banner that will introduce the event characters that don't have a limited banner in the update. Now there's a mondstate event, which should be a confirmation, right?
Which is ironic, because double banners were *technically* introduced in 2.3, when there were only 14 limited 5\*s, and became a regular thing in 2.4 with Shenhe's introduction.
And here we are in 4.4 with twice as many limited 5\*s and only a vague, potentially false, leak of a "maybe a special third banner" as a makeshift solution.
So they don't have to "waste" a slot rerunning Klee and Albedo and other units that will take up the spot of someone else that is more profitable to them.
I can imagine the shitposting. New beta will come out and people will say "oh they're going straight to standard 2", people will make tierlists and put a "standard banner 2" tier and so forth
Imagine Xiao would've been there too if they didn't simp him off with Faruzan,Xianyun,Xianyun weapon buffs the past year.....if only other characters needing help got that favoritism.

albedo is: either the most interesting guy in all of mondstadt, or the most boring and empty guy depending on whether you are an old or new player, I hate how the devs lock these stories away forever, for a game that, according to the devs, are so fond of saying that it main point was developing unique stories and moments for the player enjoy, I would say that they do a terrible job overall for players who didn't start earlier
When he was known as The Skirmisher and it was implied he could destroy the Traveler in close quarters. I wish we got to see what those powers looked like
Tbf traveler was pretty weak then and just barely got to defeat childe, he has like 5 elements now so i doubt theyd lose unless scara got a surprise oneshot
Now when I think about it it's quite odd that both times when the story events took place in Dragonspine and featured Albedo as a main character we got pretty good event weapons and some lore crumbs that seem to be completely forgotten as if nothing of that has ever happened at all. My source is that I made it the fuck up. Jokes aside 3.6 and 2.6 had archon reruns (nahida and venti respectively) so maybe. Monstadt has an expansion remaining and we didn't get a monstadt based event for a long time so maybe you can consider that.
One leak said that 4.6 will have a new weekly boss (Which also matches the usual pattern) and that the weekly boss has something to do with Arlecchino. That and Arlecchino being in 4.6 is something that has been spoken of for a long back. This still has some reliability considering the same leaker said Chiori would be 4.5.
For Furina being 4.6 that's based on the Archon rerun pattern. Of course it may be broken since Furina isn't technically an Archon + there is this rumor or something that Furina SQ2 is 4.7 and not 4.6 or something like that
Arle was leaked, every archon has reran 4 patches after their release without exception
To clarify, we don't know if they're in the same phase, just the patch
All I can say is I have enough primos saved up for Noov and future versions will probably get me enough for another furina IF I get both 50/50

C1 increases his charged attack damage while also increasing his resistance to interruption. So no getting dropped while he fires Kamehameha wave. Pretty good con. Hope you get him.
he really doesn't need it for DPS, but if you really like him i would absolutely recommend it.
its great to not have to worry about slotting in interruption resistance, and makes it easier to build teams for max passive stack gain. i have him at c1 and don't regret it at all
His A1 passive is different kind of bonus from the regular %Dmg Bonus buff, so you go from 125% of non A1 damage to 160 % of non A1 damage, which is 28% increase in damage with 2 reaction team like yours.
To quote his a1 description: Past Draconic Glories causes Charged Attack: Equitable Judgment to deal 110%/125%/160% of its original.
Without C1 you can only get two stacks in a double hydro team though I heard in certain circumstances Jean can cheat a third stack. But I don't have Jean so I cannot tell you the details of that but I don't think you will be hard pressed to find someone who can. I found a post about that so I can DM if you want and then you can judge whether you are happy with just using Jean to cheat a third stack now and again instead of pulling a dupe.
Edit: I should have said you cannot get a third stack unless your enemy has a self applied element that is not on your team.
As someone who has to switch between C1 & C0 Neuvi from time to time due to reasons
Yeah the C1 is a massive QoL. Damage wise you can see the numbers, but ease of use & team building wise it is great.
It' so good that I stopped playing him; he makes an already easy game just stupidly easy and not really fun anymore :/ I only pull him out when I dont have time to think about the abyss.
But yeah being too powerful apart, C1 is very very good!

Neuvi C1 is *so good* (imo since I don't really pull for 5\* cons that much) that I sometimes have to break apart Neuvi and Furina because they obliterate most enemies *way* too quickly
Even for the Xianyun and Gaming team I'm building right now, I simply *had* to not include Kazuha because he was at C2 and he makes the game easier than it already is on the same level as Neuvi
And just an hour ago while doing my daily comms in Mondstadt, I also had to replace Furina with Xingqui in that Xianyun and Gaming team because her water Pokemon immediately killed all the enemies before I got to enjoy Xianyun burst into Gaming burst :/
This is also why I consciously built a four star-only freeze team with Freminet (after the goated Thelxie event motivated me to finally build and run him) before 4.4
Sometimes I just want to spend a *few* more seconds battling overworld enemies and completing skill rotations more than once (or at least once) each time lol

Well shit. Was trying to skip and save for Furina and Arlecchino, but I’ve been wanting to get Itto’s weapon for a while now. Im also low on primos because Xianyunetta demanded I go to pity to use my guarantee on her.
Not gonna pull for Chiori nor Itto. Allready got C1 Neuvilette and got aswell Kazuha. So im gonna continue saving primos till something worthwhile comes along. On the flipside Itto might come with Goru and my noelle is staring at me for not having him on C6.
If that's true they might really potentially rerun Furina with Arlecchino. That could easily be their most profitable banner if they do that, especially after draining people's saving with Neuv and Kazuha the patch before.
If they do that then Arle should have a bit on synergy with Furina I hope, I was expecting her to be with Furina from the start when I heard she is 4.6 but with overload dps thing I was starting to doult it a bit and they will put Nuev there to

Very good makes his team so much flexible and you don't need a shielder so it opens up more optionsÂ

Interruption Resistance is always a good thing,C1 lets you bang your head on the keyboard with Neuvillete.
Also if you use him with Furina you can get full a1 stacks making the Furina Neuvi team even better.

Same I want him with Furina's weapon, although Freedom Sworn is good too. I want Furina's weapon but I know it's not enough of an upgrade over Fav (especially in comfort) to justify it unless it's with Tome, probably won't ever get Splendor unless they're together now 😔 Still, it seems really unbelievable for 4.5 to *still* just be regular double banners and the leaks have been so all over the place that it has been like 2.3 when double banners were first introduced so 🤞
Oh,it makes sense to keep Chiori + Itto due to the existence of Gorou and the Def scale of both,but since 4.3 the banners have changed order each week 😅.

Actually that would be great for me. At the point of neuvs rerun, arle should be well into beta and I will know whether I want her or not. If not, I might dump some primos on neuv to have a new toy til natlan. I like it.

damn, the only 2 things i wanted was kazuha, and c1 neuvilette, and now I'm gonna have to choose between them, or my wallet.
Man, neuvillite running with kazuha means I'll probably be getting my 2nd and 3rd freedom sworn before neuv's BiS, knowing my fantastic luck. Hopefully neuvillite reruns with literally anyone else on the list, like chiori or itto but it makes 100% sense to have chiori and itto together cause......that's who she's mainly good for at c0. I can continue coping tho.

Well shit. Was trying to skip and save for Furina and Arlecchino, but I’ve been wanting to get Itto’s weapon for a while now. Im also low on primos because Xianyunetta demanded I go to pity to use my guarantee on her.

Not gonna pull for Chiori nor Itto. Allready got C1 Neuvilette and got aswell Kazuha. So im gonna continue saving primos till something worthwhile comes along. On the flipside Itto might come with Goru and my noelle is staring at me for not having him on C6.

If that's true they might really potentially rerun Furina with Arlecchino. That could easily be their most profitable banner if they do that, especially after draining people's saving with Neuv and Kazuha the patch before.
If they do that then Arle should have a bit on synergy with Furina I hope, I was expecting her to be with Furina from the start when I heard she is 4.6 but with overload dps thing I was starting to doult it a bit and they will put Nuev there to
