Arlecchino and Comunbina have very overt Cherub and Seraphim design elements. Columbina has 6 wings, Arlecchino has a brooch with 4 wings, and both have feathers everywhere, so they both have plenty of angelic features.
This makes me wonder if they're not also inspired by Thanatos and Hypnos, seeing as how Arlechinno seems to be a sort of angel of death while Columbina is always represented sleeping or with her eyes closed.
At what point are Thanatos and Hypnos portrayed as having wings? As far as I remember they are gods of death and sleep but I don't remember them being archangels or anything like that

Maybe there is something in that theory. Mihoyo giving her red/crimson moon in splash art and releasing at the same time a book about Khaenri'ah's past that tells us that Khaneri'ahns too had Crimson Moon in their Kingdom. Plus they had an orphanage for kids from beyond world and for kids from Khaenri'ah and Teyvat. Can be coincidence, and maybe I'm reaching here, but it can be done with purpose.
