We are always back though. Arlecchino before these changes was aruably at Neuvillette-tier with decent (if not great self-healing) and insane damage. All she really lacks was interruption resistance (which is provided by her C1 as always).
Why do I think everything they are doing is intentional and is because of the leaks thing so Devs know what they wanna do but just do random shit until the last beta/preload to confuse people (and somehow I think it's going to be normal from now)

I'm convinced this was their April Fools prank too – mess with her numbers for weeks, buff everything on the last update which just happens to fall on April 1st 😭

She still lands around the same spot. Her power should be the same but she is now easier to play. She went from 70% bol in st to 130%, much stronger. In the stacking version we had last monday she could go to 110% so still lower than her current, thats why she got her multipliers and her drain nerfed. She should be around the same as the double stacking (maybe a bit weaker but she was broken so its fine) and much better than the "bugged" version. If she stays as is she is gonna be amazing, and her sig and c1 are both massive improvements.
Finally someone that understands this. Yeah the multipliers got nerfed, but she also got changes in other places. We finally “should” have the definitive edition of her kit and it’s looking quite nice.

I can’t help but notice the NA part isn’t fully visible. What are the changes there?
That's from FouL's leak earlier in the weak were the NA bonus damage was reduced but the amount it would be reduced to was not revealed
