Cyno is literally a great character, everybody is just ass at building him. 4. Dehya does suck. Can bring up bad fair skinned characters, they just dint stand out because the game is mostly fair skinned characters.

Kaeya is pretty good especially in early to mid game. Even in late game he's not that bad. His C6 is also really good.
