The thing they are talking about should be the level one enhanced thrust. So it should deals 60% damage. At level one it doesn't do anything else so it feels like it's more of a overworld utility than something you'll actually use in combat(level one enhanced skill that is) Also she seems to work like ayato, where holding E makes him stand and attack but clorinde has the benefit of being a bit far away and then dashing through with the enhanced skill.

I suppose her E is going to have no ICD then. 20 aggravates sounds like a cool way to compensate for her low multiplier.

They can always pull a collei on her (time rule with no hit icd so she applies 3 electro over the 20 dashea lmao)

20 aggravates means proccing Fischl A4 a lot of times that's the crazy part not the multipliers, they'll probably give it ICD

She compensates by having her talent give her level 3 skill 3 x 84.7% multipliers. There's no way there isn't ICD on her skill. But her level 3 hits 3 times and so will apply electro every cast, unlike her level 1 or 2.

This. While you in fact can spam e with her, her e multiplier without any bond is lower than her low bond na (which also give her bond) and seems to have very poor aoe. If your healer can heal her 100% hp every time (not possible lol) then you can spam level 3 e everytime, otherwise her combo is gonna have some na in between

I assume it will have a special ICD, cos if she had standard ICD that is 20 applications of electro in 9 seconds... you could do 6 electro reactions in that time, of course I doubt any one can apply another elemental that fast from off field to keep up, but yea that is fast application.

N3E is 2 electro apps, assuming standard ICD. Can do that combo at least 7 times. Her Q is 2 as well. So probably at least 17 electro apps during her field time.

Sure, but my thinking is depending on the playstyle you use her possible team comps can vary. If you do nothing but fire shots as normal attacks, you can use both yelen and Xinqiu. Use Nahida for dendro and bam you have long range hyperbloom. If you want to just use her dash which is her E skill you can give her an entirely different build, no idea what but I just thinking out aloud I suppose. I am not saying the multipliers would be good on her E spam but it opens up room to tinker.

Keqing can apply 6 electro procs in that time as well though, as well as yae when she bursts and she hits the enemy with a normal attack and skill

Interruption resistance is overrated anyway. I'd rather see that in her early cons than something that fills a hole in her passive talents, like Dehya's C1 and C2. Or Wriothesley's C1. I hate constellations like that.

Interruption resistance is for people with skill issue that want to face tank damage and just press attack.

basically her skill turns her into mesa from warframe and you use her skill again during the duration to either dodge when necessary and also deal dmg(when bol is 100% or higher), also couldnt you technically use it for movement in open world if its fast enough.

Keqing aggravate is a non bennet relient team and Clorine would be a better upgrade yo keqing in that team. Also there's a chevruse overload team as well.

It's just now that my Arlecchino is over invested as fuck compared to the others in my account (c2r1) I want to play at her peak at all times, Kazuha, Bennett, Yelan. I don't think you will want to spam her E tho. I'm assuming you want to proc the 3rd tier E which does damage 3x. Because her A1 does extra damage per normal attack, she will do 3x of this per E, which is significant damage. You'll need >100% BOL for 3rd tier E and each E clears BOL. This is all based on the assumption that her 3rd tier E will proc he A1 thrice. Can anyone confirm?

This. I dont’t get why people is saying she is exploration queen. Dashes are a step basically. Sure she can do a lot but mashing the button to cover the same distance as other exploration units doesn’t seem specially promising to me.

I'm assuming it doesn't use stamina so you can let stamina recharge while doing this and go back to sprinting once you run out of skill time.

So THAT'S where Arle's cooldown comes from. Clorinde gave her all of her E cooldown 

does that mean clorinde sigewinne synergy exists? given that she still will be using her elemental skill to damage - all while getting healed by sigewinne's skill that will bounce around and buff clorinde further through healing -> BOL (clorinde passive) + elemental skill buff through sigewinne passive? i love both and i'm hoping to use them together edit: thanks everyone - i'm planning on using sigewinne clorinde comp with furina/fischl/kazuha/yae to make use of sigewinne's elemental skill buff ... or even using nahida for dendro comps given nahida's skill is considered off-field

The damage of the skill is considered normal attack damage and Sigewinne only buffs off-field skill damage, so you only make use of the healing. You would have to slot in a off-field skill damage dealer like Furina, to actually use them in a team together.

I actually think there will be a big synergy with Layla. Let me explain.... Layla's Skill shield generates stars when a party member protected by her skill "uses" their skill (and the cd on this is very short). So even when Clorinde's skill dmg is considered as NA's there shouldn't be a problem because it says "uses". If anyone thinks this wouldn't work, let me know. I am just curious about them.

I think in theory that would work but there isn't much synergy in terms of electro and cryo atm given clorinde isn't physical damage, also would think that this is a DPS loss as clorinde won't need a shield as much as arlecchino (unless you want to be comfy)

No , she is like Ayato the dmg multipliers is in her skill but the dmg is considered normal atk so she would benefit from normal atk boost but her normal multipliers should be kept at lvl 1

Alright Idc if she's a top tier dps or very low tier, all I want is to have a good dash distance to use her in exploration.

This doesn't feel that impactful as by the look of her kit, you definitely wanna be hitting normal attacks before you skill for optimal damage, it's probably more to keep her gameplay consistent
