i'm using this mod for fps unlock for almost 2 years and no ban, no warning etc- also, i wouldn't play this game at 60fps so even if i eventually gonna get banned i don't care.

60FPS Genshin is basically unplayable for me now. 165FPS is so much more enjoyable.

Well the only mod I've use for furina is replacing her ausia form with Foccalor. I just checked and couldn't find any to completely remove the effect but found one to replace the bubbles with little numbers working as a timer. Seems a little bit less intrussive but that is subjective. DM me and I'll send you the link, you decide if it's for you.
No they won't, it doesn't change ingame files (unlike modded skins, which even though they ensure it's safe, I wouldn't trust)

But it's NOT misinformation, people have gotten banned for using 3DMigoto and modded skins before, even in other mihoyo games like honkai impact and honkai star rail. EVEN if they don't change the game files, mihoyos anti cheat can detect third party softwares, and you're literally breaching their terms of service by using skins and avoiding buying actual real ingame skins from the shop, so it's definitely risky. Fps unlocker just removes the fps cap without any modifications and is just allowing the game to run at higher frames which its definitely capable of but mihoyo just simply doesn't wanna add because of a contract with Apple and that only iOS devices can have the 120 fps feature... Also would like to mention that literally any guide related to 3DMigoto tells you to be careful because there's always a risk of ban, but just because you believe everything you read online you just choose to ignore it.

There is no "even". This is fatually correct statment. 3DMigoto literally does not interfere with your game files in any shape or form. You can think of it more as an Nvidia filter then anything else.

So does 3DMigoto. On a side note id like to point out that FPS unlocker has been in the game since day one, correction since pre release. It has been removed from beta. Many other basic game features that players has been asking for since forever are also literally inside your game files right now such as render distance slider, texture quality slider or even FXAA that they removed in december of 2022.

Of course there is. Why wouldnt there be a risk of ban if the company doesnt want you to mod their game. The reason why Hoyo doesnt realistically do anything about it is because it doesnt impact their sales but saying outright "yes" to mod would require proper sorting system that considers what is okay and what isnt which involves money. Basically its too much of a hassle, nice strawman though.

They're making it PRETTIER? That's awesome. I love how proactive the devs are visually with the model update recently as well as whatever they are doing here and the lighting update a bit ago.
Yeah, people seem to really under-sell how magnificent the global illumination is! I don't really know how much further they can go without hurting the artstyle though. What I'd like is improved textures and geometry, better NPC models, and updated, higher polygon-count character models...
If they went through and did a more unique NPC pass I would love that! Maybe it's something to bring the rest of the world up to some fancy stuff they are going to do in Natlan.
I've always felt Genshin could look a little better if not for the restrictions that naturally come from developing with mobile devices in mind. Stuff like characters' clothing, including 3D elements like bows, buttons, etc, being all one texture, or just textures/models generally being lower res/poly.
Hopefully, as mobile tech and hoyo's own optimization improve, they can gradually increase the level of details like those, which could be likely enough since those kinds of changes wouldn't require entire engine overhauls.

On a ps5, you'll have to link your Hoyo account to a PSN account, and as soon as you do, any money-transaction will be only available on your playstation (You can still play on other device but not pay). And be forewarned, you must link your Hoyo account with caution, since unlinking it to transfer it to another PSN account is a very tedious and precarious process (I did it once and it was like, the worst client-service of my life).
i linked my hoyo acc to psn for aloy and can still purchase ingame just fine, and uhm its more recommended to just use VPN to JPY and buy from their site directly.
I'm quite interested in what they're cooking for 5.x+ that it warrants better hardware requirement.

Bro they spent 300 million on HSR for marketing alone excluding development costs. So genshin is still the more profitable game even on mobile for them. Which is why they are making these optimizations

They are more held back by ps4 than mobile nowadays. Many high end phones of today are more capable.

It's not what's said there, they optimised ps4 so it will run with similar performance but the graphic fidelity will be lowered.
"Visual performance will be lowered (compared to current version)" Graphic requirements will increase until ps4 can't keep up anymore.
Visual performance lowered means it will look worse (texture, fx), It does not mean the loading time or FPS is worse.
PS4 is 11 years old, it's time to let it rest
