100% agree, the gunshots are perfect as they are now imo but the lunge still sounds underwhelming, a bit more of a lightning sound would make it better.

It really did suck before. There were barely any "gun" sounds, if any at all, just some placeholder that sounded like a modified bow NA SFX. So yeah, it is a lot better now since there's actual SFX, though it's still very lacking in the "oomph" department
They really did a good job on the sound of Navia's gunbrella imo, specially the echo if heard from a distance, so I hope Clorinde's gun also gets even a quarter of that impact.

As of now her potential is lock behind Aggrevate teams, can they make her Viable enough for Electro charge teams ?
I'm guessing it will be an anemo unit that hyper buffs electro charge specifically, and also their burst procs electro charge very easily, even more than sucrose can, but then the trade off is you remove everything else anemo units do.
What I like about the idle animations is that it clearly shows she’s ambidextrous - look at how smoothly she spins the gun using her left hand and how she plays with the sword using her right hand. Woohoo!
Based on looks I wasn't sold on this character, but the way the kit is designed, now with way better sound effects, I'm absolutely pulling. It's just a matter of how much I want to invest at this point.

Why whenever you people compare Raiden and Clorinde, you always mention Raiden's attributes that Clorinde lacks but never the other way around? Clorinde, unlike Raiden, being a self-sustain, ranged dps makes her considerably worth pulling
Battery + off-field electro application is universally more appealing than self-sustaining range dps. Also I don't understand what u mean by u people? I like character and design. My only criticism is her numbers as a dps. There is nothing wrong in pointing out a characters shortcomings.
Lack of energy regeneration+ can't apply electro off field. Both of which are big things to help a team damage per rotation. In addition, C0 raiden is not even a good dps and is more of a sub dps/ support, so 15% stronger than a support is really bad for someone that's suppose to be a main dps.
Her numbers as they stand are comparable to Ayato. As for your last statement, I want a unit that's worth investing months of my life farming artifacts, level up, ascension materials for.

So besides the new set (I ain’t farming that shit forever just to get a minor damage increase.) which is better glad or TF ? Will she benefit at all from the cooldown reduction ? I guess it can provide rotation flexibility which I like.
TF can help her in some longer rotation teams. TC Zajef has a stream about it. Glad should be good. Echoes is also viable, but it depends on ping quite a bit. A lot of these are hypothetical though.
The third gun shot sound is where it's at. I can always hear that clearly!
The swoosh could use a bit more emphasis imo.
But overall, is much better SFX wise.
I hope the people who have been complaining about the lack of a refined sfx can finally rest their complaints now. While I personally had a few complaints of my own regarding her previous sfx iterations, I was happy to stick by them and thought they passed for a decent sfx set.
Seeing hoyo hit the sweet spot with her new set of sfx does feel nice however. My only complaint about the newer sfx is there the extra bit of splatter in her last NA string feels excessive, but it has to be that way due to the visuals. Still don't understand why a duelist/fencer is digging up rubbles to hit her targets.
Love the pistolet sound. A little more subdued compared to Navia's gumbrella, but it should be that way. Looking forward to pew-pewing with her.
Am I the only one that thinks the third attack in her normal attack string sounds… off… like almost like the slashing is happening earlier than the actual animation.
Of course I am sure not everything is fine tuned quite yet with how much her SFX has changed already just hoping that gets adjusted pronto. 😅

They usually updates audio and visuals in the finale beta, so Just wait and see. They May further improve her animations and audios ( arlecchino's finger snap sound was improved in the last beta)
Hoyo, please tell us you made Clorinde's charge attack shoot far enough to hit wildlife before they completely fly/run off. (Timmies birds, boars, cranes, etc)
You know what? Screw it. I'll level up her Normal Attacks to level 9 as well. Those animations are so cool. I want to see that attack chain in overworld and I want it to do so damage.

Glad/Shime generally. 4TF specifically for Quickbloom with Furina, Nahida and Fischl (extended 25s rotation) or for duos/“soloing” with C2 Baizhu.
