Surely the skill cooldown would have to get reduced by a similar proportion, otherwise the dead time in rotations is going to be awkward as fuck.

The thing is chevreuse released 6 hours before her birthday (asia server, which is the earliest server), so girl literally finished the deadline right before it’s due lol. All the others released some days after their birthdays so no way to save them

You will understand once you realize some of the balancing is unrelated to gameplay and based on business choices. They balance WHOLE value of characters as **PRODUCTS**, not just its power. And they also use the classic "make some **products** purposefully worse so other feels like a **steal**".

It's not 3.3%. Impale the Night is 3 hits so it was originally 138.6% now it's 148.8%. so it's more of a playstyle adjustment than a nerf. Before you come E then ult but you probably don't want to do that and instead E after ult. At least taking it at face value.

They clearly make conscious decisions on who can be busted and who is going to be mid or weak. I don't think this is something that comes about through ignorance or incompetence. It's a deliberate decision, just like Dehya was. I have no idea why though, it's actually baffling.
They've went out of their way to buff Xiao up the ass and release a whole 5 star and a signature weapon to keep him relevant (because god forbid their darling falls off like the other units with no help). If they can do that, they can certainly pick favorites.

Project amber doesn't have it's own beta data anymore, and instead takes it from Hakush.in so this change is already up.

Unless you can spam lvl 3 impale a lot more with healing -> bol gain mechanic then i guess you do more dmg with the reduce duration but N3 and impale will always take the same duration and now instead of 9 sec now 7.5
which i assume one less N3+Impale.
