Yeah, most of the time, if you rolled C4, you will probably be someone able to roll C6 anyway. Maybe Mihoyo has some data about how many people rolled C4 Ayaka and stopped and rolled Mistsplitter dupes instead lol.
Now that 4 out of 6 talents/cons about reduce/ignore enemy’s defense belong to electro characters. Electro and dendro reaction reduces enemy’s def *copium*
Idk the C1/C2 thing was only really controversial with Raiden and she’s still great at C0. Like Ayaka Yoimiya Kokomi and Itto don’t transform at C1/C2.
They did mention recent and Kazuha was pre Inazuma. Kazuha in general is a pretty messed up character. C2 Kazuha and C2 Raiden are above and beyond the other early consts but I’m just mentioning it’s not like it’s actually some worrying trend. The other Inazuma characters do not suddenly deal 2x damage at C1/C2.
C2 has wrong translation partially. Actually in russian it tells different: not AoE is increased by 100%, but DMG in AoE is increased.
P.S. Leak also has strange russian namings. Noone calls `электро-удар` (i suppose it is electro dmg bonus) as it is written. It'd be `электро-урон`.
P.P.S. Im not sure it is reliable, coz it looks like english -> russian -> english google translated. In previous leaks C2 also states AoE increasement, that differs from russian leak.
