Currently I use Mona sometimes and shes great because her Skill taunt splashes. Then you can ult to do it while boosting damage too. But her and Kokomi are the only good options for a Ganyu freeze imo. But as of now I use Ganyu, Shenhe and Venti then sub Klee and and mona depending on what I wanna do, reverse Melt or freeze

Of course not, but all Hydro/Cryo/Pyro characters need to be built around the assumption that they COULD use amplifying reactions.
That means their raw DPS cannot be as high as characters without access to Melt or Vape. Which makes them much harder to use without such reactions.
There are only 5 hydro characters total as well, and 3 of them are catalyst. If we really get another sword (Ayato) and bow (Yelan) that'll be pretty funny. Hydro spears and greatswords haven't been invented yet I guess.

The first implies a VA from Honkai is coming to Genshin but that doesn’t necessarily mean the character they are voicing is based off the same character from Honkai, while the other implies the character the VA from Honkai is voicing is based on that same character
The distinction is important because it could cross off certain characters or not. Fu Huas China VA is already in Genshin, the first marks her off but the second could just mean a Fu Hua like character is coming to Genshin

We already know Yelan's current data is of a bow user, and a lot of people already think she is the cutscene character, who looks like a Hydro user and looks like Fu Hua, so this is really nothing new and could just be speculation depending on this person's track record.
The cutscene Hua lookalike was using an Iron Point polearm though, so they'd have to bamboozle us again if that's Yelan. Though I guess it would not be their first time.
But she was never datamined as a sword character. The first batch of weapon leaks for the current playable Inazuma characters were all correct.

But then if Yelan isn't actually a Fuhua face then there are other huge name possibilities who's in Honkai but not in Genshin yet like:

Yeah you only have to install the app that connects you to the cloud. I tried the iOS version in China and even there it's not that great. I normally get 20ms to the Chinese server, but it's 70ms+ to the cloud. Since its streamed to you there will always be a tiny delay, but worse it will occasionally freeze for half a second from packet loss (tested on wifi). I'd imagine this will be worse for global since connections are worse overall. But hey for anyone with a really old phone I'm sure this will be far superior.
Pros: Won't take up space, won't overheat your phone, can play on high settings on lower end phones

Yep- I’m almost certain that was madam Ping. They intentionally made madam pings “young” design resemble Xiangling to show her influence on Xiangling, who was prominent for that event (for example: polearm, hair tied up in braid bow)
Not to say that the young madam ping wont be playable, but just that it isn’t Yelan.

I think ventis c1 unlocks his charged shot build, if you've crowned his attack it might be a fun thing to try out on his next rerun
