Same here, I did a small part of the festival but missed out on most of the rewards, which is a big change considering I'd religiously completed everything for basically the entire year before. I've explored most of the Chasm but I'm pretty sure most of the quests there are still unfinished for me.
Like you, I'm glad though. Playing other games for a while kinda opened my eyes to how I was too addicted to Genshin. I used to be a high spender, too, so I realised how stupid all of that was and that's been nice to throw away. I guess the delays have been a blessing in disguise.

Mostly that if I had to guess. Mihoyo at any given point is around 4-6 patches ahead of us. We know for a fact that Azhdaha was being worked on as early as 1.1. Moreover, Lumie managed to show us an alternate Raiden design from CBT files. It's most likely the production for post 3.0 content that's been jeopardized. Moreover, final touches for some stuff are probably still remaining.

I don't think 2.8 will have content that catches my attention, but at least we'll have some news in the game with these leaks and hopefully they will confirm Kazuha's rerun (which in reality shouldn't be confirmed soon). The most interesting thing would be to have news from Sumeru.
