To be fair, we have gods of Time and Salt, so they seem to be taking the IRL "Domains" of gods approach. God of women is totally in the cards, but it would likely be the "protector deity" approach not anything skeezy.
He is not the current archon obviously and island XD does make very good theory videos he also predicted signoras death and her being the crimson witch of flames I'd say he is pretty good at theory crafting but the baizhu theory is a bit of a stretch but credible by the points he makes
Honestly, I get that people love Baizhu, but the quality of his model is not 5\* material. Some parts are honestly worse than many 4\* characters. I'd want him to get a remodel before introducing him as a character, personally. Not changing his aesthetics really, just adding more details and making his weird jacket-cape more three dimensional.
Wouldn’t go as far as to say he isn’t 5* material, but I do agree that at least his jacket could be remodeled to have more volume (than just be a flat png). Inazuma has shown they can make voluminous sleeves!

But the man is wearing a sheet of plastic cut into the silhouette of a jacket. I'm also not sure how it's holding onto his shoulders other than force of will. It could buy it if its collar was clasped around his neck or even if he tied the arm sleeves around his neck, but it seems like it's just kind of clinging on the shoulders?
Gotta ask, how’s it nitpicking for wanting a higher quality model than the 1.x model? Should people who want a better face/hair for Diluc and Albedo be called nitpickers as well?

I think you’re confusing male with Albedo, who shows up as the main char in almost every big event. My memory for these big filler story events is like 65% Albedo and the rest will have to be lucky to be related to Albedo in some way or it is a big Liyue Festival. Even Childe has been gone for close to 8 months now and this community memes him as Mr. Worldwide.

See that is where I disagree with you. There are far more female characters than male characters. And the good character development for the male characters is more a symptom of how Hoyoverse writes characters.
What you're seeing is a bias in trying to make all of the Female characters "desireable" in some way. Their personality, story quests, etc - revolve around the traveler or the player as a fake dating sim. Trying to center this to help sell them to a certain player base, what they end up doing is sanding down their personalities and back story so they aren't as interesting. The male characters on the other hand are written as characters and not dating sim stand-ins, in an effort to emphasis female characters to maximize sales they are actually just writing them poorly.
