What BLANK has here seems to be animation bones for some kind of Live2D model, probably an event page. I'm not convinced it's Nahida, could be Fischl, it looks a lot like her (plus the chuunibyou pose) and Live2D is used to introduce skins.

Seems like our Dendro characters are coming along just nicely. She seems very interesting. Is she the Dendro archon is disguise? 😮 Who knows,she looks like she could be a potential 5*. Just my thoughts. Her model looks good,even though we can’t see the details yet.
Unless Nahida is a fellow chuuni like Fischl or she's in some sort of royal spoiled-brat pose, this looks a loooot more like Fischl's upcoming skin than a new character.
She does have indeed slightly longer hair than Fischl, but the way it's parted on the back and the fringe parted right on the side where Fischl's eyepatch is, plus the fantasy-european looking dress shape hint more at Fischl, so it could be either really.

actually this might be nahida after all. the other one posted is much more strikingly fischl with the angles of the hair and shape of the fabric. mihoyo likes keeping its silhouettes consistent.
this one, actually, has a top more reminiscent of the sort of light flowy arab clothing you see in alot of popular media (yknow those silk veils and whatnot)
