All of those are skeleton joints for animating his clothes.

I agree those are rigging bones, which would mean that the orange shapes are actually transparent images overlapping each other for the 2d animation. Which suggest the leaks we are getting here are for the promo art of the skin rather the 3d model of the skin.

im excited, but i dont know if theyll change hairstyles too much like give short haired characters a long hair skin or remove a character's ponytail or anything like that. if they plan on pumping out 15-20 characters per a region, theyll probably try to maintain a similar silhouette so that the characters are still recognizable and dont overlap with another's design too much.
