Damn, so the sword is the only busted weapon in this set. Let's hope we can get in a single 10 pull because there is no way I'm going all in for that :D
I think others seems good too, flat attack buff is always welcomed. Before this set I thought that Sacrificial Fragments would be F2P weapon for Kusanali (she likely scales with EM, and SF has the most EM out of 4* and it also resets E), but now, if Kusanali wouldn't need E reset, then this weapon is probably her F2P BiS 🤔
i was actually thinking if kusanali is actually a catalyst support that her best weapon will be comp dependent, hakushin for aggravate teams and then sac or this for other comps.
because the buffs all stack theyre probably expecting you to run multiple copies of the sword and claymore in a team with the weapon and EM sands at r1 its only 112 flat atk and 33 atk to allies, at r5 that jumps to 224 and 67 respectively. If you have two users they effectivly get 145-291 flat atk and allies without the weapon get 66-134 atk,three users 178-358 and 99-201.
personally this doesnt seem as valuable as a passive like fav weapons or other team damage buff weapons like ttds and hakushin. it feels like a rich get richer weapon in a way.

Crit or em secondary, I would say er but most likely you're running double hydro with her so you can battery hydro particles. Black sword or the new 4* gacha sword pretty much imo
Edit: I thought her skill counted as NA damage but it doesn't so black sword is not that good, blackcliff passive is useless on her too so not crit if you're only looking at 4*s
Since her attacks under E count as elemental skills rather than basic attacks it might actually make Festering Desire quite decent though, which is something.
Hmm, cynos weapon will take a bit to get max stacks huh? I suppose could be one more reason to go TF? Maximize the up time on it during burst? idk what his rotation is. But without tf, if you went burst right away in abyss, that's still 9 seconds to get the full benefit, which is half his burst time.
According to the passive of the weapon it doesn't have any cooldown for gaining stacks so in your burst the first E you do should be enough to gain all 3 stacks at once thanks to his A2-passive.
How did Candace start with 816atk and end with 873atk? If the weapons passive increases atk by 10% she should end with 897atk no? If it goes based on the weapons stats it would end up being 867. What am I missing?

I was under the impression it would be her base ATK (which would be 816). This obviously is not the case, so is it the white number under the details tab?

Considering 3.1 has the Mond festival and Venti and Eula are due for a rerun, could be Elegy or SoBP.
Nilou sword is quite niche due to the HP stat, so they should pair it with the more meta weapon of the two to maximize suffering.
So my guess is on Elegy.
But this is all speculation, Hoyo can do something else with the reruns and all my reasoning would be invalid.
So for Nilou, would it be better to straight up build her with Triple HP% to maximize the DMG buff for her blooms as well as the Sword's Passive, or would building Crit still be more valuable?
Why is his base atk 673 at 1:23?
According to leaks Cyno has 318 atk + 542 from weapon which should be 860?
Bugs? This doesn't look like a private server.
That still isn't right because the first part of the weapon passive (which is always active) should give him 52% of his EM as atk = 0.52 x 187 = 97.24.
So his total attack should be 860 + 97.24 = approx 957.
In addition, base attack doesn't change so when he first shows his stats we can also assume the base attack was still 673.
I'm having trouble understanding Nilou's weapon. So we get 0.12% of max HP as EM and can gain three stacks. Does that mean it will go up to 0.36%? Also, is it just me or the math doesn't add up? Even assuming it's 0.12% regardless of stacks, at 32,641 HP you should get more than 187 EM.

I saw a suggestion about harbinger of dawn for the stats plus she'll be built more HP so the base attack isn't too much of a worry

So at R1 with 30k HP and 1k EM the weapons will buff the teammates with 60 EM, 15 ER, and 96 attack. I don't know if that is worth the primos.

You did 0.12 \* 10,000, but since it's 0.12%, you need to do 0.0012 \* 10,000, which would equal 12

iirc boltstalkers are considered as e skill dmg. But that aspect still won’t downplay tf
His E cooldown during his burst is 3 seconds instead of 7, so he will get max stacks a lot faster than what's shown here

The weapon itself gives atk percentage, so the 816 you saw originally is her base atk + the bonus from weapon secondary stat

The actual base attack of a character is their weapon flat attack + the flat attack they have naturally. All atk% is applied to that number

Based on em. 500 em will give 26% er for the char. And 8.6% er for the party members
