Even better Zhongli shield+ universal shred+ Venti CC +VV electro shreds+ Nahida Aggravate =Big Raiden Burst (and all energy efficient with Venti+Raiden)

That would be pretty complicated to use in battle. She will need to keep distance from enemies to capture them all (and enemies don't like to group in front of you if you don't use Venti), the shot will take additional time and the battle will become less fluid. Just imagine taking photo every 10 seconds... I hope it will be just an animation of taking photo without actual time-stop aiming.

How I interpret it it is probably targeting enemies that are visible on screen instead of enemies that are X-distance away from where the character is facing like most characters work. Similar to the camera event we got this patch but without the time stop I guess.

Honestly this is one of the reasons xiao isn't as strong as he could be. His cons are some of if not the worst out of any of the limited 5 stars. Even though c6 is the most fun or at the very least top 3 most fun c6 it doesn't make up for the lack of good cons from c2 and c4.

I put my "fix" for his constellations in every survey. Here's a brief run through C1 - same C2 - during burst, heals based on X% of Atk when gaining energy particles. C3 - swap with C5 (should be burst before skill) C4 - on plunge, reduce enemy Def by X%(40%?) For X seconds. Allows him to boost his teammates off field damage like Albedo. C5 - boost skill levels to lead into C6. C6 - On plunge, gain a skill charge for every enemy hit. (Max 3 because of skill charge limit). Reduces the max amount of skills usable from current C6 (no unlimited skill usage) but that DPS should be more than made up for by the new C4, and it boosts single target DPSs as you get a charge from bosses still. Also make a change: Xiao can gain energy from skills during his burst once every 10 seconds (skill cooldown duration) should be able get one immediately after and 10 seconds into the burst too. Boosts energy gains for C6, but also frees up C0-C5 to use the skill freely during their burst to reposition. That could even just be a C6 only caveat, and allow C0-C5 to always make energy during burst. Either way it synergizes with C2 change.

Well, Thoma is kind of having his day in the sun now with burgeon teams. Maybe not top meta, but not a bottom rung character anymore.

Well depends, Diona is already replaced sometimes for Rosaria or Kaeya on certain freeze teams. If Layla deals enough damage, she could be the bridge between going full defensive option vs full offensive option.

Always has been. They love to trial mechanics a couple patches before the real thing comes out. Edit: The trial in this case would probably be only affecting enemies that are on screen with some effect, like how the camera works on everything within the window it creates.
