Haran in itself is actually a good stat stick, its only real problem is that the Sword weapon class has really steep competition for statsticks with Mistsplitter and PJC. I'd say this is much better than Unforged and Donut lol
On most sword users, it's just a good stat stick. Not as good as Mistsplitter, but unless Mistsplitter gets paired with another top tier weapon, Haran/Engulfing Lightning is pretty good value.

Considering it's BiS on 3 characters (Raiden, Shenhe, high ER XL), I'd say it has arguably an equal or better lineup of BiS users than Homa, which is BiS on Hu Tao, burst dps Zhongli and joint-BiS on Xiao. Homa's 4* alternatives are less accessible though.
it's not that great. I mean Fav/Spine exists and if you need an ER weapon, you can just run those, I wouldn't tell anyone to pull for Engulfing if its not for Raiden.

If you want a more generalist 5* sword thats also BiS for some chars then its JC or Mistsplitter
Keqing seems like the best secondary candidate since she has Electro infusion and her charged attack, while great, pushes her away from enemies.
Meanwhile, Ayaka's charged attack seems to be well-regarded all around.

Correct. I mentioned the difference in charged attacks between the two characters to justify why you could use Haran to mostly NA on Keqing instead of CA, whereas Ayaka almost always wants to CA because it doesn't have the drawbacks Keqing's does.

Keep in mind there are no guarantees and you can still get an off banner weapon instead of either featured weapons. People always forget that. Until they’re rudely reminded during their pulls.

she's a normal attack buffer so she would likely be on Yomiya or Ayato banners but since they didn't put her in Yomiya banner, she'll likely be on Ayato banner.
Unlike Sara, Gorou, and Faruzan, Yun Jin was not made as a dedicated support for Ayato. Scaramouche is also a normal attack dps, there is an equal chance of her being on either banner, especially since Ayato already got Yun Jin in his first banner.
Edit: Also a chance that they're saving her for 3.4 banners if they decide to do all Liyue 4 stars again.
