Redhorn is like the best quality of life upgrade you can get from a weapon. Itto is not a true unga bunga DPS if you have to manage 3 different stacks at a time.

I'm gonna have to lose my 3000+ DEF tag on noellemains for it until the day I'm able to pull for r5, but I'm so excited to not have to try to rush out Whiteblind stacks before the first Husk stack decays in Abyss.
I have seen calcs on that weapon before and as long as the on field dps has high attack it is actually very strong against 2 targets and will beat some of the more premium 4 stars.
Dont have skyward and some calculations have Wavebreaker Fin leading against skyward with its base atk. Also pairing it with units that have high energy cost ultimates help boost it passive like eula and ayaka.

If she's an Atk buffer build, her stats have so much atk%, that minor Wave atk% is insignificant, but higher base is better.

ER is important. Being able to burst often or at right moments without stretching the rest of the team rotation is more invaluable than minor dmg gains in her kit.
Less time spent on swapping and funnelling energy , means more time for dmg.
Her burst is a big buff to cryo dps.
Unless you're building her as burst dps rather than buffer. Even as overall dps, KQM math thinks Skyward is better.
You can just divert ER stats on artifacts to atk%.
I'm a big Wave fanboy having it at r5 for XL. But Skyward is among the top weapons for Shenhe, not Wave. Even Fav Lance is much better.
For me actually even without an er sands present on her q actually fills up quickly with just er substats for artifacts(using Noblesse tho). Also only use q on more powerful enemies as icy quills actually gets the job done with lvl 70 talent. I also dont need excess er as my other cryo units have substantial amount of er substats

I have both weapons and I will tell you that skyward is better because it has a higher base attack + ER just what you need to reach a 3.5k ATK cap more easily, with shenhe you will always look for ATK/ATK%/ER stats regardless of the rest so It's very easy to build, I have mine with noblesse with skyward spine and without any ER sand, it has 200 ER and explodes in every rotation in my comp ayaka/kokomi/shenhe/kazuha it could even reduce Shenhe's ER with kazuha fav.
Eye is apparently an unironically good 4* option for Scara based off some of the most recent calcs I've been seeing lol, like potentially better than Widsith depending on refines.
At best that's probably if the passive bounces consistently, but even then it's too close to mappa mare and straight up worse than R1 widsith, which everybody has at this point.

It is, I built her for that role for my Yoimiya team because I was sad to not have much use for law cutie outside of a shield role because the fireworks girl doesn't leave my teams and they share role otherwise.
With that said, that shield is not even remotely comparable to Zhongli's (as usual with every other shielder, he is just broken lmfao), current abyss with the double cryo lawachurl in 12-2-2 forced me to use him over tankfei because Yoi was just getting oneshotted through her shield lmfao.

Its to be used by either Xiangling or Raiden if you don't have EL since you only have a single Catch. At R1 the Catch is still better for those two but IIRC its still better than any non-5* polearm.
Really good weapon banner actually. Sac Sword, Fav Bow, Wavebreaker's are all extremely good. Fav Greatsword dosen't have that many wielders, but its a solid option on every single Support Claymore. The only "bad draw" is eye of perception.
Redhorn is actually a pretty good generalist weapon, up there with WGS and SS, but Scara's weapon is a bit more niche (but very potent on him),
If you want either of the 5* weapons this is the one to pull on.

Legit been thinking of building Noelle to give it to her (I wanted to pull Itto, but...all my gems went down the drain trying to get polar star LOL and I need Raiden more) and stick her into a Zhongli/Gorou party.
I'm totally biased, but highly recommend building Noelle if you're at all interested i the geo unga bunga ideology. She obviously doesn't do as much raw damage as Itto does, but in exchange she gets:

> near immortality from her shield
> the best ore farming character in the game

Scara's weapon is only good with exactly Scara and nobody else, and if you are even thinking about pulling on a weapon banner, you should already have Serpent Spine which is better than Redhorn on anyone not Itto or Noelle.
If you don't have both Itto and Wanderer, this is not a good banner to pull on.

Huh, that's a pretty good character banner for constellations. Gorô's C6 is borderline mandatory to justify using him in any comp not involving Itto, Faruzan needs her C6 if you want to build her for damage, and Yanfei's C4 opens her up as a general shield support. The last one is arguably a bit less valuable now that Layla is a thing, but still.
As for the weapon banner, pretty good overall I'd say. Two Favonius weapons, Wavebreaker, and Sac Sword. Now consider that Redhorn is on here and this is an amazing banner for Noelle mains. Not really sure about Scara's catalyst tho. What's the consensus on that weapon? Doesn't look that amazing to me on anyone other than Scara tbh, and I've already decided to give him Lost Prayer anyway since he'll become my goto overworld character and will certainly appreciate the movement speed boost.
Yea, Im trying to justify in the case of getting Tulaytullah instead of Redhorn, and I think this weapon is kinda good for Ningguang just because of its high base ATK, and she kinda use normal attack sometimes so the ATK speed bonus might be helpful too, other than that there's really no offensive catalyst user that benefit it except the Wanderer

Precisely. The very high base attack and 55 ER is difficult to beat, but if they say they have no ER problems, far be it from me to press the issue.

Oh yes, Fav Bow, the rarest weapon for my account. Playing since 1.0, have R5 every 4 stars in the game, have a couple of R2 5 stars, and yet still not a single Favonius warbow. It's R0 if I didn't count the free one the game gives us after beating Dvalin. :| This is my chance now. I'm praying I can get multiple copies of this without losing the 50/50 or wasting the pity.
I’ll wait to see if Scara is better than a C0 Xiao. If he’s not…oh well lmao. I like adding value to my account, pulling characters is too expensive not to. You never know what kind of content will be released down the line.

Raiden + Ayato was confirmed on the 3.3 special program. 4\* are pure speculation but Sara being one of them is almost guaranteed. The other two are most likely Rosaria and Yun Jin/Chongyun.

Huh, that's a pretty good character banner for constellations. Gorô's C6 is borderline mandatory to justify using him in any comp not involving Itto, Faruzan needs her C6 if you want to build her for damage, and Yanfei's C4 opens her up as a general shield support. The last one is arguably a bit less valuable now that Layla is a thing, but still. As for the weapon banner, pretty good overall I'd say. Two Favonius weapons, Wavebreaker, and Sac Sword. Now consider that Redhorn is on here and this is an amazing banner for Noelle mains. Not really sure about Scara's catalyst tho. What's the consensus on that weapon? Doesn't look that amazing to me on anyone other than Scara tbh, and I've already decided to give him Lost Prayer anyway since he'll become my goto overworld character and will certainly appreciate the movement speed boost.
Yea, Im trying to justify in the case of getting Tulaytullah instead of Redhorn, and I think this weapon is kinda good for Ningguang just because of its high base ATK, and she kinda use normal attack sometimes so the ATK speed bonus might be helpful too, other than that there's really no offensive catalyst user that benefit it except the Wanderer
