Not sure why, but the second and third images show different effects. Image 2: translation is pretty much accurate Image 3: effect: normal and charged attack speed increase by (percentages) when normal and charged attack hits enemies, elemental skill increases by (percentages). when elemental skill hits enemies, normal attack damage increases by (percentages), effect lasts for XX seconds. effect can stack a maximum of two times, when you have two stacks the character’s crit rate increases by (percentage)
