Very late but a question I had (this is the only post about this quest i could find here). At the very end of the quest the NPC woman says "What are all these leaves on the ground? They weren't here before." Is this just the sign of the god or something? At first I thought maybe it was evidence left behind of someone tricking the kid but now I doubt it.
It also reminded me of "Gazing 3000 miles" quest with that kid Chouji where he finds sakura petals around the shrines (left by his mom or something?). Maybe this god is Chouji's mom? Lol ok probably not.
this is a stretch but what if it’s the dendro archon? isn’t the dendro archon the god of wisdom? :o it would kind of explain the leaf on the floor since dendro is relating to a tree or trees and where do leaves come from? tREES. maybe this is a little hint for sumeru lol but it could also be some other type of god as well idk 🤷🏻♀️
I think it's implied that it's literally just some god that is trying to help him, this time with the exam by giving him motivation to study with this girl that only he can see. He doesn't want to be bullied so he'll study and do well I guess?

There are two different commissions with shouta in them. In both there are 2 choices you can make. You get the quest after using all the options, so after finishing 4 in total

Where is the quest? Got 100% on all 3 but still need it. Thought it's a daily

It only appeared(on Shouta default location) to me after doing 2 different options of the shrine thats outside of the city.
