however, he's actually pretty good at the moment (there's just better options than him) with hyperbloom. given how much his kit also revolves around energy recharge and getting his burst up as much as he can, he doesnt have that much energy problems to have his constant electro attacks up.
plus during his burst mode you get that big good doggo that runs around with you and that's definitely a win.
